- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique d'un dispositif de contrôle d'accès de la technique antérieure décrit en préambule de la présente description, du type perfectionné par la présente invention, et
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématique d'un mode de réalisation des moyens d'activation incorporés au dispositif suivant l'invention, ces moyens étant conçus pour se substituer au bouton interrupteur 4 du dispositif de la figure 1.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif de contrôle d'accès à un espace fermé par une porte (5) équipée d'une serrure (8,9) et d'une poignée (6) de commande de ladite serrure, le dispositif comprenant en outre des moyens électroniques (2, 3) pour interroger un circuit émetteur-récepteur (1) porté par une personne désirant ouvrir ladite porte, pour reconnaítre un code prédéterminé émis en réponse par ledit circuit et pour commander alors le retrait d'un pion de verrouillage (10) hors d'une encoche (11) d'un pêne (8) formant partie de la serrure, et des moyens d'activation par ladite personne desdits moyens électroniques (2, 3), caractérisé, en ce que lesdits moyens d'activation (13) comprennent des moyens pour permettre l'exécution d'un dialogue entre lesdits moyens électroniques (2, 3) et le circuit (1), et le déverrouillage éventuel du pêne (8) de la serrure, avant que l'action exercée par ladite personne sur ladite poignée (6) ne provoque un blocage par frottement du pion (10) dans ladite encoche (11) du pêne (8) de la serrure.
- Dispositif conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'activation (13) sont constitués par au moins un interrupteur (14i) agencé sur une surface (16) de la poignée de manière à commuter dès le premier contact entre la main d'une personne et cette poignée (6), l'intervalle de temps séparant cette commutation du déverrouillage effectif éventuel du pêne étant inférieur au temps d'établissement d'un frottement propre à bloquer le pion (10) dans le pêne (8), résultant de l'action exercée sur ladite poignée (6).
- Dispositif conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'activation (13) sont constitués par une pluralité d'interrupteurs alignés (14i), connectés électriquement en parallèle.
- Dispositif conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit interrupteur est choisi parmi ceux du groupe constitué par : un interrupteur du type utilisé dans les claviers souples, un interrupteur à effet capacitif.
- Dispositif conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit interrupteur (14i) est disposé sur la poignée (6) en un emplacement où il est invisible de l'extérieur dudit espace.
- Véhicule automobile équipé d'un dispositif de contrôle d'accès conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
