Abstract

Anordnung eines elektrischen Heizelementes (3) als Kochzone mit einer sehr gut wärmeleitenden Keramik als Träger, in einer Aussparung einer Fläche (2) aus Glaskeramik, Glas, Keramik, Metall oder Kunststoff, wobei der keramische Träger des Heizelementes auf Bereichen der Fläche, die von der Hauptebene der plattenförmig ausgebildeten Fläche unter Ausbildung von linienförmig verlaufenden Erhöhungen (2a), wie Kegelstümpfen, Kugelsegmenten und/oder Kegeln abweichen und den Rand der Aussparung definieren, übergreifend aufliegt, wobei diese erhöhte Auflage des Heizelementes (3) als Lager und die Unterseite der Fläche als Widerlager für eine unter der Hauptebene der Fläche angeordnete, die Aussparung nach unten abschließende Abdeckung (5) dient, und mittels mit dem Heizelement (3) fest, und der Abdeckung (5) lösbar fest verbundener Befestigungselemente das Heizelement (3) in der Aussparung der Fläche form- und kraftschlüssig fixiert ist.
