Claims (6)
- Dreizugheizkessel, bestehend aus einem wasserführenden, mit oben angeordneten Vor- und Rücklaufanschlüssen (5,6) versehenen Gehäuse (4), in dem ein mit Brenner (1'') bestückter Feuerraum (1') als erster Zug (1), ein bezogen auf den Feuerraum (1') entgegengesetzt durchströmbarer, zu einer brennerseitigen Überströmkammer (4') führender zweiter Zug (2) und ein aus mehreren Heizgaszugrohren (3') gebildeter, zum Rauchgasabzug (R) führender dritter Zug (3) angeordnet sind, wobei der zweite und dritte Zug (2, 3) brennerseitig von einem einen Rückströmkanal (10) begrenzenden Leitblech (7) gegen zuströmendes Rücklaufwasser abgeschirmt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Leitblech (7), bezogen auf die Mittelsenkrechte (MS) des Gehäuses (4), beidseitig im mittleren Bereich seiner an die Form des Gehäuses (4) angepaßten Schenkel (7'') mit über deren Breite (B) in mindestens jeweils einer Reihe verteilt angeordneten Ausströmöffnungen (9) versehen ist. - Dreizugheizkessel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausströmöffnungen (9) in Form von Schlitzen (9'') ausgebildet sind. - Dreizugheizkessel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausströmöffnungen (9) mit Leitlaschen (9') versehen sind, die, nach unten orientiert und geneigt, in den vom Leitblech (7) und der Gehäusewand (4') begrenzten Rücklaufspalt (10) ragen. - Dreizugheizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Scheitelbereich (11) des Leitbleches (7) mindestens eine Reihe von Löchern (8) angeordnet ist. - Dreizugheizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1bis4
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Scheitelbereich (11) des vom Leitblech (7) begrenzten Rückströmkanales (10) zur Begrenzungswand (12) der Überströmkammer (4') hin eine einen Teil des Rücklaufwassers an die Begrenzungswand (12) leitende Schlitzöffnung (13) angeordnet ist. - Dreizugheizkessel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zwecks Schlitzöffnungsbildung angeschnittene Blechbereich des Leitbleches (7) nach unten abgekröpft ausgebildet ist.
