Claims (25)
- Holzbauelement mit einem Balken, insbesondere Kreuzbalken (10) der aus einer Mehrzahl, insbesondere vier, von in Längsrichtung des Balkens (10) parallel zueinander verlaufenden und eine den Balken (10) in Längsrichtung durchsetzende Ausnehmung umschließenden Holzelementen (20, 30, 40, 50) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein zur Herstellung einer Verbindung mit anderen Bauteilen ausgelegtes Verbindungselement (80, 100) zumindest teilweise in der Ausnehmung (70) aufgenommen und festgelegt ist.
- Holzbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (80, 100) mit einer vorzugsweise ein Epoxidharz, ein Polyurethan und/oder einen Verbundmörtel aufweisenden Vergußmasse (90) in der Ausnehmung (70) festgelegt, insbesondere verleimt, ist.
- Holzbauelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der von der Vergußmasse (90) gefüllten Fuge zwischen der Außenfläche des in der Ausnehmung (70) aufgenommenen Teils des Verbindungselementes (80, 100) und der von den Holzelementen (20, 30, 40, 50) gebildeten Wand der den Balken durchsetzenden Ausnehmung (70) etwa 1 bis 12 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 3 bis 9 mm, besonders bevorzugt etwa 3 bis 5 mm beträgt.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Länge des in der den Balken (10) durchsetzenden Ausnehmung (70) aufgenommenen Teils des Verbindungselementes (80, 100) etwa 100 bis 200 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 150 bis 200 mm beträgt.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Holzelementen (20, 30, 40, 50) gebildete Wand der den Balken durchsetzenden Ausnehmung (70) zumindest teilweise in Form eines sich in Längsrichtung des Balkens (10) erstreckenden Segmentes einer Kreiszylindermantelfläche gebildet ist, vorzugsweise etwa die Form einer vollständigen Kreiszylindermantelfläche aufweist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Holz des Balkens (10) im Bereich der den Balken durchsetzenden Ausnehmung (70) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise längs mindestens einer die Längsachse des Balkens (10) umlaufenden Linie verdichtet, insbesondere mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der in der Ausnehmung (70) aufgenommene Teil des Verbindungselementes (80, 100) eine profilierte, vorzugsweise mit einem Außengewinde (82, 114) versehene Außenfläche aufweist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (100) ein im wesentlichen rohrförmiges Teil (110) mit einem sich im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung des Balkens (10) erstreckenden, vorzugsweise über ein in seiner beispielsweise im wesentlichen kreiszylindermantelförmigen Wand gebildetes Loch (112) mit einer Fuge zwischen der von den Holzelementen (20, 30, 40, 50) gebildeten Wand der Ausnehmung (70) und der Außenfläche (114) des Verbindungselementes (100) in Verbindung stehenden, an zumindest einem seiner axialen Enden offenen Hohlraum (116) aufweist.
- Holzbauelement nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (100) ein in dem Hohlraum (116) des rohrförmigen Teils (110) festlegbares und zum Herstellen einer Verbindung mit einem weiteren Holzbauelement und/oder einem anderen Bauteil ausgelegtes Verbindungsteil (120) aufweist.
- Holzbauelement nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (100) ein in dem Hohlraum (116) des rohrförmigen Teils (110) aufgenommenes, vorzugsweise einen sich in Längsrichtung des Balkens (10) erstreckenden Hohlraum (136) und den Löchern (112) in dem rohrförmigen Teil (110) entsprechende Löcher (136) aufweisendes Innenteil (130) umfaßt.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Verbindungselement (100) ein zur zentrischen Positionierung in der den Balken (10) durchsetzenden Ausnehmung (70) dienendes Positionierungselement (150) und/oder ein das Auslaufen der die zwischen der von den Holzelementen (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) gebildeten Wand der Ausnehmung (70) und der Außenfläche (82) des in der Ausnehmung (70) aufgenommenen Teils des Verbindungselementes (100) gebildeten Fuge gefüllten Vergußmasse dienender Verschluß (140, 160) zugeordnet ist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (100) zum Herstellen einer Verbindung mit einem Bauteil in Form eines die Ausnehmung (70) durchsetzenden, vorzugsweise aus Stahl gebildeten Vorspannelementes ausgelegt ist.
- Holzbauelement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorspannelement am Verbindungselement festgelegt und mit einem an dem dem Verbindungselement entgegengesetzten Ende des Balkens angeordneten Konterelement vorspannbar ist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement mit mindestens einem zum Herstellen einer Verbindung mit einem sich quer zur Längsachse des Balkens erstreckenden Bauteil ausgelegten Verbindungsbereich versehen ist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement im wesentlichen in Form einer Gewindestange (80) und/oder eines Baustahls gebildet ist.
- Holzbauelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement in die Ausnehmung einschraubbar ist.
- Verbindungselement zum Herstellen eines Holzbauelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11.
- Holzelement zum Herstellen eines Holzbauelementes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit zwei etwa einen rechten Winkel miteinander einschließenden Begrenzungsflächen, auf denen die Jahresringe des Holzelementes vorzugsweise etwa senkrecht auslaufen und einer zur Bildung eines Teils der Wand der den Balken durchsetzenden Ausnehmung dienenden weiteren Begrenzungsfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Begrenzungsfläche etwa die Form eines sich in Längsrichtung des Holzelementes erstreckenden Segmentes einer Zylindermantelfläche aufweist.
- Kreuzbalken zur Herstellung eines Holzbauelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 mit vier eine den Balken in Längsrichtung durchsetzende Ausnehmung umschließenden Holzelementen, von denen jedes zwei etwa einen rechten Winkel miteinander einschließende Begrenzungsflächen aufweist, auf denen die Jahresringe der Holzelemente etwa senkrecht auslaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Balken durchsetzende Ausnehmung von einer im wesentlichen kreizylindermantelförmigen Wand begrenzt wird.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Holzbauelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Holzelementen zu einem eine durchgehende axiale Ausnehmung aufweisenden Balken, insbesondere Kreuzbalken, zusammengefügt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von einer Stirnfläche des Balkens ein zur Herstellung einer Verbindung mit anderen Bauteilen ausgelegtes Verbindungselement in die Ausnehmung eingeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Einführung des Verbindungselements eine Bearbeitung und/oder Bohrung an der Stirnfläche vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Holz des Balkens zumindest im Bereich des das Verbindungselement aufnehmenden Teils der Ausnehmung vor und/oder während der Einführung des Verbindungselementes verdichtet, vorzugsweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor und/oder nach Einführen des Verbindungselementes eine Vergußmasse und/oder ein Leim in die Ausnehmung eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vergußmasse nach Einführen eines rohrförmigen Teils des Verbindungselementes durch in dem rohrförmigen Teil angeordnete Löcher in die Ausnehmung eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement in die Ausnehmung eingeschraubt wird.
