Abstract
Description

Bei richtiger Dimensionierung der inneren Schlauchsäule ist eine sehr gute Standfestigkeit erzielbar, so daß dort gegebenenfalls ganz auf eine Außenverpackung verzichtet werden kann.

Claims (10)
- Stabilisierter, flexibler, kubischer Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierung durch ein fortlaufendes und mit Ausstanzungen (2) versehenes röhrenförmiges Basisteil (1), vorzugsweise in Form eines Seitenfaltenschlauches erfolgt, dessen nicht ausgefülltes Volumen in den Eckbereichen mit äußeren Materialadaptionen (3) versehen ist, deren innere offene Kanten (5) unmittelbar hinter den Ausstanzungen (2) überdeckend mit dem Basisteil (1) dicht verbunden sind (4).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Adaptionen (3) vier Taschen bilden, die mittels schweißtechnischer Adaptionen von acht Flachbahnen (3A) gebildet sind, die an den inneren offenen Kanten (5) dicht mit dem Basisteil (1) verbunden sind (4) und an den äußeren offenen Kanten zusätzlich geschlossen sind (4A).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Adaptionen (3) vier Taschen bilden, die mittels schweißtechnischer Adaptionen von vier Halbschläuchen (3B) gebildet sind, die an den inneren offenen Kanten (5) dicht mit dem Basisteil (1) verbunden sind (4).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des röhrenförmigen Basisteils (1) eine Kunststoffolie, vorzugsweise in Form eines Seitenfaltenzuschnitts ist, welche aus demselben Material hergestellt ist, wie die äußeren Adaptionen (3).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des röhrenförmigen Basisteils (1) eine spezielle Kunststoffolie ist, welche aus mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt ist (Coextrussionsfolie), wobei das eine Material eine wesentlich geringere Dehnung aufweist als das andere und daß als Außenlage dieses Basisteils (1) dasselbe Material dient wie für die äußeren Adaptionen (3).
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des röhrenförmigen Basisteils (1) eine spezielle Kunststoffolie ist, welche aus mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt ist (Coextrussionsfolie), wobei die innenliegende Schicht des röhrenförmigen Basisteils (1) einen wesentlich höheren Schmelzpunkt aufweist als die außenliegende Schicht, welche aus demselben Material besteht wie die äußeren Adaptionen (3).
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als röhrenförmiges Basisteil (1) ein Gewebe aus Kunststoff dient und die vier äußeren taschenartigen Adaptionen (3) aus einer extrudierten Kunststoffolie gebildet sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Behälters Papier ist und daß das Basisteil (1) mit den äußeren taschenartigen Adaptionen (3) durch Klebetechnik verbunden ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Material des Behälters Polypropylengewebe dient und die Verbindung des Basisteils (1) zu den äußeren taschenartigen Adaptionen (3) durch Vernähung erfolgt.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ein- und Auslaufbereich (6;7) in Einheit mit dem röhrenförmigen Basisteil (1) ausgebildet ist.
