Claims (9)

  1. System zur Montage und Befestigung einer Verblendung (2, 3) für eine zu verkleidende Oberfläche (1), wobei die Verblendung (2, 3) ein aus U-Profilen (4) gebildetes Tragwerk für die Aufnahme einer Verkleidung (3) aufweist, wobei dieses System ein Verbindungsteil (11) für den Zusammenbau von zwei in einer gleichen Ebene liegenden U-Profilen (4, 10) aufweist, das Verbindungsteil (11) aus einem Blech gebildet ist, welches zwei U-förmige Abschnitte (12, 13, 14, 12, 15, 16, 17) aufweist, deren Achsen einen zwischen 30° und 90° liegenden Winkel bilden, und jeder dieser Abschnitte (12, 13, 14, 12, 15, 16, 17) zum Aufnehmen eines U-Profils (10, 4) bestimmt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (11) in der Achse der Basis (12) derjenigen U-Form, die durch zwei parallele Flügel (13, 14) gebildet wird, eine Feder (20) aufweist, wobei die Feder (20) so auf das Innere der U-Form hin gerichtet ist, daß sie im wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (12) der U-Form bleibt.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der U-förmigen Abschnitte (12, 13, 14; 12, 15, 16, 17) einen Winkel von 90° bilden.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blech des Verbindungsteils (11) so gebogen und zugeschnitten ist, daß es die Basis (12) der beiden U-Formen und drei aufgebogene Flügel (13, 14, 15) bildet, wobei eine U-Form von zwei parallelen aufgebogenen Flügeln (13, 14) gebildet wird, und die zweite von dem dritten Flügel (15; 15') und den Rändern (16, 17) der beiden parallelen Flügel (13, 14).
  4. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (13, 14, 15, 15'), welche die U-förmigen Abschnitte des Verbindungsteils darstellen, jeweils auf das Innere der U-förmigen Abschnitte hin gerichtete Höcker (18, 19) aufweisen, so daß sie eine Druckkraft auf die beiden U-förmigen Profile (10, 4) ausüben.
  5. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (13, 14, 15, 15'), welche die U-förmigen Abschnitte des Verbindungsteils (11) darstellen, einen Winkel von weniger als 90° mit der Basis (12) der beiden U-Formen bilden, so daß sie Klemmkräfte auf die beiden U-Profile (10, 4) ausüben.
  6. System Dach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (11) aus einem galvanisch behandelten Stahlblech mit einer Dicke, die zwischen 5 und 7/10 liegt, und bevorzugt mit einer Dicke von 6/10 gefertigt ist.
  7. Verbindungsteil (11) für den Zusammenbau von zwei U-Profilen (10, 4), welches aus einem Blech mit zwei U-förmigen Abschnitten (12, 13, 14; 12, 15, 16, 17) gebildet ist, deren Achsen einen zwischen 30° und 90° liegenden Winkel bilden, wobei jeder dieser Abschnitte (12, 13, 14; 12, 15, 16, 17) zum Aufnehmen eines U-Profils (10, 4) bestimmt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (11) in der Achse der Basis (12) derjenigen U-Form, die durch zwei parallele Flügel (13, 14) gebildet wird, eine Feder (20) aufweist, wobei die Feder (20) so auf das Innere der U-Form hin gerichtet ist, daß sie im wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (12) der U-Form bleibt.
  8. Verbindungsteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der U-förmigen Abschnitte (12, 13, 14; 12, 15, 16, 17) einen Winkel von 90° bilden.
  9. Verbindungsteil nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (11) so gebogen und zugeschnitten ist, daß es die Basis (12) der beiden U-Formen und drei aufgebogene Flügel (13, 14, 15) bildet, wobei eine U-Form von zwei parallelen aufgebogenen Flügeln (13, 14) gebildet wird, und die zweite von dem dritten Flügel (15; 15) und den Rändern (16, 17) der beiden parallelen Flügel (13, 14).
