Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device intended to provide hygienic protection for the bottom of a headgear, including a motorcycle helmet.
- EP-A-0613625 discloses a device for hygienic protection, for work helmet or for motorcycle helmet, which is made of a material absorbent, the periphery of which contains hollow parts intended to allow its folding and its adaptation on the helmet background. Attaching the absorbent material to the bottom of the helmet is made using notches provided in this one and which come to hang place on protuberances existing in the bottom of the helmet.
- Such a device is far from having a character universal, insofar as the notches provided in the absorbent material must be specific to the form internal headset used.
- a hygienic protective device for helmet which is consisting of a sheet of absorbent material, one side of which is made of cellulose wadding, which is impregnated with a hygienic product, on which a film is deposited waterproof material.
- the fixing is ensured by bands adhesive which are fixed on the bottom of the headgear.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a protective device allowing the user to have a headgear maintained in conditions of satisfactory comfort and hygiene.
- the present invention thus relates to a device of protection for headgear, in particular for helmet, of the type comprising at least one sheet consisting of absorbent material characterized in that the back of the absorbent sheet is secured to at least one element of semi-rigid and / or elastic deformable support intended for come into contact with the bottom surface of the headgear, and whose deformation ensures shaping and maintenance thereon absorbent sheet.
- the back absorbent sheet which may consist of a microperforated sheet, has at least one adhesive zone.
- the semi-rigid deformable element and / or elastic consists of several sectors possibly joined together by a party central.
- the sectors will be sufficiently spread to prevent them from touching each other when the protective device is in place.
- Each side of sectors can be formed of a first portion of rectilinear radial segment and a second portion of straight segment which extends towards the interior of the sector compared to the first segment.
- the semi-rigid deformable element and / or elastic consists of four adjacent sectors angle at the center of 90 °, so as to allow folding in four of the protective device.
- a protective device 1 is consisting of a disc 2 produced in a sheet of a absorbent material, such as in particular wadding cellulose, which is fixed on a holding element 13 made of a thin sheet made of a material deformable and semi-rigid, for example cardboard.
- a material deformable and semi-rigid material will be understood a material able not only to deform under the effect of a constraint but able to keep the form given to it, while nevertheless retaining elasticity characteristics.
- This sheet 13 includes a series of sectors 9 separated by cut zones 11, these sectors 9 being interconnected by their central part 10. The joining of the element holding 13 with the disc 2 of absorbent material is ensured in particular by bonding.
- a helmet 5 of motorcyclist usually includes a disc of padding 4 fixed on the internal face of the wall 7 of the helmet 5.
- sectors 9 against the inner wall of the helmet 5, which thus puts in conformity with the internal surface of it the protective device.
- the holding element 13 tends to apply the protective device against the internal walls of the helmet 5, thereby ensuring its keeping inside of it.
- the present device has the particularity of adapting to any type of helmet, including those with bottom has padding, like helmets motorcyclists, that fire helmets whose funds have nets, or military helmets that have straps. Furthermore, adaptation is done instantly.
- the low cost price of the device protector according to the invention ensures a marketing of it as a disposable product.
- the holding and shaping sheet may well heard not to be made in a single piece as in the mode of implementation represented in FIG. 1.
- a protective device whose support and shaping sheet is consisting of four elements 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d formed each of three sectors 9a linked together by their central part 10a.
- the folding of the protection device is favored by the presence of semi-rigid elements or elastic bands which constitute a folding guide for the parts absorbent to fold the protective device around the orthogonal lines xx 'and yy' marking the boundaries of each of elements 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d, which allows to reduce its size.
- this embodiment allows a quick and easy adaptation of the device to the bottom of the headgear and immediate compliance thereof with the user's skull.
- the absorbent element and the retaining element can for example be made up of an extra thickness of the absorbent element 2, which has the advantage of easier manufacturing.
- the holding element can also be made up of different embossed areas made from the absorbent sheet.
- each side of the sectors 9 or 9a may not consist of a segment rectilinear, but of two parts of segment, namely a first part of segment 15 which is radial and a second part of segment 16 which extends inwards compared to the first. It has been found that such arrangement allowed better shaping of the protective device.
- the absorbent part of the disc 2 can be treated with antibacterial products, which improves the hygiene qualities provided by this one, or also by means of perfumery and / or in particular colored reagents making it possible to detect user's sebum or sweat.
- the elastic deformable layer and the absorbent element can be supplemented by means adhesives, but also by any mechanical process.
- the elastic deformable elements may have undergone micro-punching so as to impart porosity to the elastic deformable layer which promotes breathing scalp.
