Definitions

  • the invention relates to a switching device and a bistable, rotatably mounted snap body according to the preamble of claim 1 for a polarized relay.
  • Such a polarized relay has become known from DE 44 45 069 A1, which has two permanent magnets on opposite sides of a magnet armature and a coil which can reciprocate the armature with the permanent magnet by reversing.
  • the core is guided linearly within the coil, so that contacts connected to the core can perform a linear movement.
  • the armature is bent in a circle and it can accordingly perform a circular arc-shaped movement whose center is the center of the armature arc.
  • an overload relay which has two switching contact pairs, of which the first closed in a first position of a so-coupled push button and the second in a second position of the push button are.
  • a spring suspended therefrom on which a contact piece is mounted, which cooperates with a fixed contact piece; the other pair of contacts is composed of a fixed contact piece and a stationary mounted, mounted on a spring arm contact piece. The coupled with the push button arm then actuates the other contact point.
  • this overload relay is simple in construction, but requires as an actuating element a bimetallic strip or an element made of a shape memory alloy, so that an electronic control of the two contact pieces is not readily possible.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a bistable switching device for a polarized relay having a snap body, which is provided with contact pieces and can be easily manufactured and driven.
  • the object is achieved in that the first armature has two projecting arms in the opposite direction, that a stationary, two parallel and transverse to the direction of movement of the arms yoke leg yoke is provided, which is associated with the snap body that in a first position the first arm touches a yoke leg, while the other armature simultaneously touches the other yoke leg, and vice versa, and that at least at each yoke leg a coil is provided which reverses the magnetic flux in the yoke and thus reverses the snap body in two stable positions.
  • the snap body is mounted on a stationary support pivotally mounted on this preferably eccentric; he may preferably have a bearing in the form of a cutting edge, which comes to rest against the wearer.
  • the snap body may have a guide recess into which the carrier is resiliently pressed against the cutting edge.
  • the snap body On the opposite side of the Auflagerungsstelle the snap body may have a projection which receives the permanent magnet.
  • the first armature is provided with the arms with a plate which is perpendicular to the north-south axis of the permanent magnet, wherein the north-south axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the snap body.
  • the second anchor may also be plate-shaped and held fast to the projection; both anchors take the permanent magnet between them.
  • the yoke legs of the preferably U-forming yoke are parallel to the north-south axis of the permanent magnet. It can be wound around each yoke leg, a coil.
  • a pivotable pawl may be provided which holds in a first stable position the snap body in a first position and can be brought into a second stable position in which the snap body is released, so that he snaps into its second position can.
  • an actuating push button is provided, which rotates the pawl from the first to the second position when actuated.
  • the actuating knob can be brought into a position in which he releases the pawl.
  • an arm can be formed, which presses on the pawl when the actuating pushbutton is pressed and which is wegverschwenkbar and locked by turning the actuating pushbutton of the pawl.
  • a projection may be formed on the actuating pushbutton, which pivots the snap body from a first position to a second position upon actuation of the actuating pushbutton.
  • the snap body 10 is drawn approximately rectangular. It has two lying in a plane recesses 11, 12, in each of which a contact bridge 13, 14, which are pressed by a spring 15 and 16 against the bottom of the recess 11, 12. Centered between the two recesses 11 and 12 and based on the connecting line of the contact bridge 13 and 14 on one side of the connecting line Above the opening 11 and 12, a further opening 17 is provided, through which a stationary support 18 protrudes, wherein a spring 19 is provided, which acts on the snap body 10 so that a cutting edge 20 on the openings 11 and 12 facing wall sides of the other Opening 17 comes to rest against the carrier 18; around this cutting edge 20, the snap body 10 rotates.
  • a first armature 21 is mounted, which has two armature wings 22 and 23, which are set at an angle to each other, to the openings 11 and 12 and 17 is open and forms an obtuse angle approaching 180 °.
  • a second armature 25 is provided; the first anchor 21 with the arms 22 and 23 is held by means of lugs 26, which is integrally formed on the insulating intermediate wall 24 and engage around the first armature 21.
  • lugs 26 which is integrally formed on the insulating intermediate wall 24 and engage around the first armature 21.
  • the legs 29 and 30 wound around in the space between the snap body 10 and the web 31 (see FIG. 3) coils 32 and 33 are arranged, which serve for reversing the snap body 10.
  • the anchor arm 23 In a first position, for example, the anchor arm 23 is located on the yoke 30, whereas the second armature 25 abuts the yoke 29; in a reversed position, which is not shown in Figures 1 to 3, the anchor arm 22 is located on the yoke 29 and the second armature 25 on the yoke 30 so that on the arms 22, 23 and the corresponding position of the second armature 25 each one Magnetic circuit is closed.
  • the Fig. 1 is drawn so that the two armature arms 22 and 23 take a middle position in which they do not abut the two yoke legs 29 and 30.
  • the snap body 10 is, as mentioned above, made of plastic, and the two contact carriers 13 and 14, depending on the control of the coils 32 and 33 are brought into contact with a first or a second fixed contact piece. If, for example, the snap body 10 is pivoted in the direction of arrow P 1 , that is to say in the counterclockwise direction, a contacting of the contact carrier 13 with an associated adjacent first fixed contact arrangement is obtained; when the snap body 10 is reversed, that is pivoted in the clockwise direction opposite P 1 , then one obtains a contact of the contact carrier 14 with an associated second fixed contact arrangement. Both fixed contact arrangements are not shown.
  • FIG. 4 now shows a design of the snap body 10 which is optimized in terms of weight and production and which is designated by the reference numeral 40 here. It can be seen the two openings 41 and 42 which correspond to the openings 11 and 12, and the opening 47 corresponding to the further opening 47, at its located in the drawing below wall side, the cutting edge 50 is arranged or formed. The opening 47 becomes narrower toward the bottom; this taper or widening in the opposite direction is due to the vertical length or height of the carrier 18, which is not shown in Fig. 4, so that the snap body 40 can snap back and forth unhindered.
  • the snap body 40 has centrally a T-bar 43, on which a transverse web 44 is formed, on the upper side, on the side on which the web 43 connects, attachments 45 and 46 are formed, the openings 41 and 42 for the Pick up double contact carrier.
  • the snap body 40 has on the underside, not shown, a projection 54 which corresponds to the projection 24 and the respective armature 21 and 25 and the permanent magnet 27 carries.
  • the snap body 40 cooperates with a stationary wall component 60, to which a pawl 61 is articulated, the axis of rotation 62 of which is aligned parallel to the pivot axis of the snap body 40.
  • a stationary wall member 60 On the stationary wall member 60 is a perpendicular to the pivot axis 62 extending reset knob 63 to which a pivot lever is formed, which comes to rest against the pivot arm or pawl 61 when pressed and the pawl 61 down, so counterclockwise about the pivot axis 62 pivots.
  • a stop wall 65 is formed, which cooperates with a recess 66 on the pivot lever 61 or on the pawl 61, such that pivoting of the snap body 40 clockwise in the position shown is not possible; this corresponds to a position "manual reset", because an automatic reset of the pawl 61 is prevented.
  • the pawl 61 is accordingly pivoted about the pivot axis 62, then the snap body 40 can also pivot in the clockwise direction when driving the solenoid system, because the pawl 61 is not in the path of movement of the stop wall 65th sitting. This is the automatic reset position.
  • the fixing of the reset button 63 in the corresponding position in which the pawl 61 is pressed down and thus releases the snap body 40, can be effected by the actuating button 63 is pivoted in the direction of arrow P 2 about its axis, so that the pivot lever 64th pivoted into a receiving opening, not shown, on the stationary wall member 60 and is held therein, so that the reset button 63 is fixed in the depressed position, see also Fig. 7 and associated description.
  • the yoke 28 can be seen. It has the two legs 30 and 29 and the transverse web 31, which is bent up perpendicular to the plane which is spanned by the two legs 29 and 30.
  • the armature 25 can be seen, which is of the projection 70 which corresponds to the projection 24, with the arms 71 and 72 which correspond to the arms 26 is included.
  • the armature 21 is hidden; only the arm 22 is visible, which is mounted or arranged in a recess 72 on the underside of the snap body 40.
  • FIG. 6 shows the snap body of FIG. 5 from the rear side. It can be seen that the yoke leg 31 is surrounded by a bobbin 75, which serves to receive the coil 32. Further visible are the reset button 63, the pawl 61 and the stationary wall portion 60th
  • a Phillips recess 83 is provided which serves to receive a Phillips screwdriver.
  • the pivoting lever 64 can be pivoted into a recess 84 located in the wall part 60 after pushing in, so that the pivoting lever 64 is held in the pivoted position within the recess 84. In this position, the end of the pivot lever 64 presses against a projection 85 on the pawl 61 and in the pivoted position, the pawl 61 is held in its lower position, ie in the position in which the pawl 61 against the snap body 40 move freely, so that the snap body 40 is pivotable in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
