Claims (24)
- Sachet comportant, adjacent à son embouchure, des profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30, 40) actionnés par curseur (50), et des moyens (60) adaptés pour assurer une étanchéité entre les parois internes du sachet, en position fermée de celui-ci, au niveau de l'extrémité des profilés (30, 40) recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens (60) adaptés pour assurer une étanchéité sont placés dans la zone du sachet sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) sur le côté des profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30, 40) opposé à l'embouchure.
- Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (60) assurant l'étanchéité sont formés par une soudure (62) entre les parois internes du sachet, dans la zone sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (60) assurant l'étanchéité sont formés par un collage (62) entre les parois internes du sachet, dans la zone sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la zone de liaison (62) est réalisée entre des voiles (32, 42) support des profilés de fermeture (30, 40).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la longueur de la zone de liaison (62), considérée parallèlement aux profilés (30, 40), est supérieure à la longueur du curseur (50).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la zone de liaison (62) présente une longueur (L1) de l'ordre de 1,5 cm et une largeur (L2) de l'ordre de 1 à 2 mm.
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la zone de liaison (62) rejoint le bord latéral (12) du sachet.
- Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (60) assurant l'étanchéité sont formés par au moins un bossage ou surépaisseur (64) entre les parois internes du sachet, dans la zone sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une surépaisseur unique (64) sur l'une des parois internes du sachet.
- Sachet selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des surépaisseurs symétriques (64a, 64b) respectivement sur les deux parois du sachet.
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que chaque surépaisseur (64) est prévue sur toute la longueur des profilés (30, 40).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que chaque surépaisseur (64) est limitée à la zone du sachet sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (60) assurant l'étanchéité sont formés par des moyens de pinçage (66, 67, 68, 69) prévus sur le curseur (50), adaptés pour pincer la zone sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40) au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur(50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (60) de pinçage comprennent deux machoires (66, 67) liées respectivement aux flancs latéraux du curseur (50) et adaptés pour solliciter élastiquement les surfaces externes du film (10, 20), dans la zone du sachet sous-jacente aux profilés (30, 40), au niveau de l'extrémité de ceux-ci recevant le curseur (50) en position fermée.
- Sachet selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que les machoires (66, 67) s'étendent sur toute la longueur du curseur (50).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des machoires auxiliaires (68, 69) sur l'extrémité arrière ou avant du curseur (50), assurant une fonction de pincement des parois du sachet.
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que des voiles (32, 42) portant les profilés de fermeture (30, 40) sont fixés sur l'intérieur des films (10, 20) composant le sachet.
- Sachet selon la, revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que les films (10, 20) ont une température de soudure supérieure à celle des voiles (32, 42) portant les profilés (30 et 40).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 17 ou 18, caractérisé par le fait que les voiles (32, 42) sont formés d'un matériau choisi dans le groupe comprenant le polyéthylène, les copolymères éthylène-propylène ou les copolymères EVA, tandis que les films sont formés d'un matériau choisi dans le groupe comprenant le polypropylène, les copolymères éthylène-propylène, les mélanges de polypropylène et de copolymères éthylène-propylène et/ou les terpolymères.
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que des voiles (32, 42) portant les profilés de fermeture (30, 40) sont fixés sur l'extérieur des films (10, 20) composant le sachet.
- Sachet selon la reyendication 20, caractérisé par le fait que les films (10, 20) ont une temperature de soudure inférieure à celle des voiles (32, 42) portant les profilés (30 et 40).
- Sachet selon l'une des revendications 20 ou 21, caractérisé par le fait que les voiles (32, 42) sont formés d'un matériau choisi dans le groupe comprenant le polypropylène, les copolymères éthylène-propylène, les mélanges de polypropylène et de copolymères éthylène-propylène et/ou les terpolymères,ou encore les polyamides, tandis que les films sont formés d'un matériau choisi dans le groupe comprenant le polyéthylène, les copolymères éthylène-propylène ou les copolymères EVA.
- Sachet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (62) assurant l'étanchéité sont formés par une fermeture (130, 140) ou une chicane (130, 140a, 140b) située sous les profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30, 40) adjacents à l'embouchure du sachet et se fermant par l'action du curseur (50), l'extrémité correspondante au curseur (50) en position fermée, de la seconde fermeture (130, 140) ou chicane (130, 140a, 140b) étant soudée (62) pour assurer l'étanchéité.
- Sachet selon la revendication 23, caractérisé par le fait que la seconde fermeture (130, 140 ; 140a, 140b) est jointive de la première fermeture (30, 40).
