Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for operating a boiler system with a Boiler water supply suitable for heat generation, for heating of service water and / or for heating, with the characteristics of the generic term of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4.
- the invention is also a corresponding Device having the features of the preamble of claim 20, 21, 22 or 23.
- Boiler plants such as Heating and / or domestic water heating systems are usually still with an unnecessarily high energy consumption - mainly due to an inconvenient burner start / burner hour ratio - and thereby operated an increased pollutant emissions.
- the control of such systems is usually quite simple.
- the regulation usually takes place with a two-point controller (thermostat) via a from the outside temperature dependent displacement of the boiler water temperature or above two limit temperatures specified for the boiler water.
- the burner is requested: The burner starts and the re-heating starts.
- the top Temperature limit which is usually 7 to 12 ° C above the lower temperature limit
- the burner is switched off. During the burner downtime the boiler water gradually cools down.
- the lower temperature limit is reached the burner starts again and the next cycle begins.
- a cycle is a sequence of burner run and burner standstill.
- the switch-on temperature is not below 50 ° C because of the danger Condensation, since the dew point is about 48 ° C and below this temperature on the steel walls form condensation and to Rusting and corrosion can contribute; in cast basins is such Plant usually operated between 30 ° C and 90 ° C.
- heating and / or service water heating systems are included more than 20000 burner starts per year, with less than 1300 burner hours operated in the year. These are usually more than 20 burner starts ever Brenner Sammlungshunt, because a maximum tripodabban is only in 3-5 % of the total annual term needed. Even the most modern heating systems still work with such a high starting frequency per burner operating hour. In some cases, the heating systems run even in times of increased outside temperatures, although that would not be mandatory just because they are unnecessarily high Temperature limits are set. Many heating systems are also today still set to a lower temperature limit of about 70 ° C to the Customers a clearly noticeable in each case and also, for. on the radiator to ensure tactile comfort, although a lower lying lower Temperature limit for equivalent comfort without excessive Energy consumption would be sufficient. Excessive energy consumption often becomes referred to as provisioning loss.
- Boiler systems that can be operated according to the invention are all Boiler plants that are old or new, with smaller (70 kW), medium (70 to 500 kW) or high power (> 500 kW) or one or more stages and possibly with a ceramic insert for energy saving such as the so-called SchuCeram of the society for economical heating mbH are provided in Nuremberg.
- the boiler systems can be as small or Large combustion plants, as small, medium or large heating and / or Industrial water heating systems, as reactors, incinerators and Serve post-combustion plants. These boilers can use gas, oil and / or solid having a particle size of substantially less be operated as 1 mm.
- the boiler systems are often already with a scheme or control when provided with an accessory device for Burner start delay to be equipped.
- the device according to the invention can be a program selection allow for different types of programs to delay, to vary of time intervals, for the variation of the delay, for regulation and riation of the lower temperature limit or / and to lower the boiler water temperature and their variation.
- the device according to the invention may be a microprocessor or a similar operating electronic unit for the determination or / and specification of the delay, the time intervals, the lower temperature limit or the temperature reduction and possibly a memory for one or more modulations or / and a program unit for one or more programs and possibly.
- a boiler plant which also contains a regulation or control of the burner is usually operated according to the invention, if that of the control device reported impulse that would conventionally request the burner start for the Triggering a time delay of at least one, preferably of at least 2 to 25 minutes is used. If this delay is over many or all cycles are the same size and if the other operating conditions are not Change more, the control behavior of the boiler system after some time on apply these conditions and a constant or substantially constant Cycle behavior result. As a result, the energy consumption of oil, gas or similar primary energies have already been reduced by several percent.
- the delays are more than 15 minutes, preferably at least 16 minutes, especially at least 18 minutes, more preferred at least 20 minutes, preferably up to 40 minutes, especially up to 30 Minutes, or even up to 25 or 20 minutes.
- substantially constant refers above all to fluctuations within the controlled system, approximately in the range of ⁇ 1 minute.
- the reduction in energy consumption for this process usually already about 2 to 18%, for heating systems usually at least 6%; it often results in this method, a lowering of the boiler water temperature level.
- a particularly strong permanent lowering of the boiler water temperature level can affect the comfort noticeable, since the upper temperature limit only is still achieved selectively and the main amount of water to a lowered Temperature level, the lowering operating temperature, levels off and the Burner standstill time reduced to the pure forced delay time; the then requires excessively long burner run times and therefore an excessively high Primary energy consumption, just by briefly the upper burner shutdown temperature limit to reach.
- the optimal energy saving range is then already exceeded.
- the boiler system does not play on a constant control behavior, but must be often or constantly individually to different amounts of water to be heated ever Adjust time unit; the time unit here comprises 1 or up to 6 cycles to the Adjustment of the plant to be able to perceive.
- the intervals are on average at least 3 Minutes, preferably at least 5 minutes, in particular at least 8 minutes, more preferably at least 10 minutes, even more preferably at least 14 or at least 16 minutes, usually up to 120 minutes, preferably up to 60 Minutes, in particular up to 40 minutes, more preferably up to 25 minutes. It however, longer periods of time, e.g. on average at least 12 or for at least 15 minutes.
- the additional Time intervals on average at least 1 minute, preferably at least 2 Minutes, in particular at least 4 minutes, more preferably at least 10 Minutes, most preferably at least 16 minutes, mostly up to 40 minutes Minutes, preferably up to 30 minutes, in particular up to 15 minutes, if necessary. even up to 12 minutes.
- the delay of the burner start is starting from burner start request preferably on the order of 2.5 to 6.5 minutes, more preferably 3.5 to 5 minutes, however, for small plants preferably on average of the order of 6 to 12 minutes, especially preferably at 7 to 10 minutes.
- variable time intervals from a burner start to the next burner start or varied times for the delay of the burner start Burner start request are given, so vary the variable time intervals by the mean of these intervals by at least ⁇ 1 minute, preferably by at least ⁇ 2 minutes, especially at least ⁇ 4 minutes, especially preferably at least ⁇ 6 minutes, most preferably at least ⁇ 8 or by up to ⁇ 30 minutes, most often by up to ⁇ 20 minutes, preferably by until to ⁇ 15 minutes, especially up to ⁇ 10 minutes.
- the reduction in energy consumption is varied for a process with Time intervals mostly 3 to 35%.
- the number of cycles per 24 h mostly lowered by 25 to 50%.
- the temperature reduction compared to the conventional method in Average at least 2 ° C, preferably at least 3 ° C, in particular at least 5 ° C, u.U. at least 7 ° C, usually up to 10 ° C, preferably up to 8 ° C.
- the temperature variation is on average at least 1 ° C, preferably at least 2 ° C, especially at least 4 ° C, u.U. at least 6 ° C, usually up to 10 ° C, preferably up to 8 ° C.
- control in these inventive method is more difficult than at the time delay. It is specific to the plant and its operating conditions adapt.
- the time to burner start, the lower temperature limit or / and the boiler water temperature used for a control according to the invention be to use a greater reduction in boiler water temperature using a greater time delay before burner start, both coupled together, to achieve.
- the degree of lowering of the boiler water temperature may preferably proportional to the outside temperature and / or to the heat demand. If the Lowering the boiler water temperature is used as a controlled variable and if Here, varied values for the reduction can be specified, can be any varied subsidence can be used. Lowering the boiler water temperature can be varied in the same ways as the variation of the delay.
- the lower temperature limit, the lowering of the Boiler water temperature or the variation of the lowering of the Boiler water temperature re-determined for each burner start request is not limited.
- the varied time intervals, the varied delay times, the varied lower ones Temperature limits or the varied temperature drops vary from Maximum value often at least 5%, preferably at least average every 20 firing cycles, more preferably on average at least every 12th Burning cycles, especially on average at least every 8 firing cycles ago On average, at least every 5 firing cycles.
- the modulation depth with which the differ between maximum value and minimum value at least 5% e.g. the initial value of the burner starting point without temporal Delay or without temperature reduction for the maximum variation of time delay or temperature reduction, preferably at least 15 %, more preferably at least 25%, or even at least 40% of the Maximum value of the delay, u.U. even up to 100%.
- the modulation can for example, via a program unit or a microprocessor specified become.
- the modulation causes a performance-matched operation of the Boiler plant, u.U. the application of the most economical mode of operation.
- the modulation depth should be over 5 cycles, preferably at least 10% in total, in particular at least 20%, more preferably at least 30%.
- Table 1 shows, by way of example, modulations for varying the delay or a temperature reduction, in which the 100% value of a time delay can correspond to, for example, 6 or 17 minutes, or the 100% value of a temperature decrease, for example 2 or 10 ° C. After eg 8, 12 or 16 cycles, the same values are repeated again from. Examples for the modulation of varied delays, varied regulation of the lower temperature limit value or the varied temperature decrease: Modulation A (8 cycles) 100% - 70% - 88% - 65% - 92% - 75% - 89% - 72% ...
- Modulation B (16 cycles) 100% - 65% - 85% - 50% - 65% - 30% - 80% - 55% -90% - 45% - 80% - 35% - 65% - 30% - 75% - 60% ...
- Modulation C (12 cycles) 100% - 85% - 70% - 79% - 88% - 76% - 65% - 77% -92% - 83% - 75% - 88% ...
- Modulation D (16 cycles) 100% - 70% - 70% - 88% - 88% - 65% - 65% - 92% -92% - 75% - 75% - 89% - 89% - 72% - 72% - 100% ...
- Modulation E (12 cycles) 100% - 45% - 75% - 30% - 90% - 50% - 70% - 40% -80% - 35% - 85% - 20% ...
- modulations have proven in which the values of cycle to Cycle can be varied.
- the values vary between one Maximum and a minimum value from cycle to cycle.
- Very particularly preferred here the sum of two consecutive values is 100 to 170%, in particular 110 to 150%.
- the aim of the modulation is to keep the temperature as flat as possible over time set, so without major temperature peaks and without deeper temperature valleys.
- a similar sequence of values be specified for delay times.
- the variation can alternatively or in addition to a modulation in case of under- or / and exceeding of limit values e.g. the burner running time by lengthening or shortening e.g. the delay time respectively.
- a simple and effective method according to the invention goes as long as the Values of a given variation of the time intervals as long as the burner run time does not fall short of certain time intervals.
- the varied delay time is average e.g. 2 or 3 minutes high, e.g. by transition from one Modulation to a higher. This variation of the delay time is then for the keep following cycles.
- the chosen variation of the delay time is then averaged e.g. 3 or 2 minutes down. That variation of the delay time then becomes maintained for the following cycles.
- undershooting or exceeding the set Burner run time limits will be the varied average delay time correspondingly extended or shortened. This procedure can be done in accordance with modified manner also used for the other methods of the invention become.
- the boiler water temperature preferably by 1 to 25 ° C, in particular by 2 to 10 ° C, usually by about 3 to 6 ° C at the lower ones usually chosen under comparable conditions Temperature limit and thus below the usually selected switch-on point for the burner drops before the burner is started.
- the temperature at the burner switch-on point can vary according to the invention after installation and operating conditions are approximately between 10 and 100 ° C.
- at Heating systems with a cast kettle can be the burner start due to the Burner start delay initiated at boiler water temperatures of 10 to 100 ° C are, preferably at 25 to 90 ° C, especially at 45 to 75 ° C, especially preferably at 50 to 70 ° C.
- the ignition of the burner due to the burner start delay at boiler water temperatures preferably made from 40 to 80 ° C, in particular at 45 to 75 ° C, particularly preferred at 50 to 70 ° C - depending on the needs of a particular Water quantity and temperature, depending on the system and operating conditions.
- the burner will burn at boiler water temperatures of preferably at least 50 ° C started.
- the burner start temperatures are up Continuous operation.
- the burner preferably operated as in plants with a steel boiler.
- the burner running time is in one cycle with one of according to the invention extends as long as possible.
- the burner power during the burner runtime to each required power, so that the performance within the burner runtime is continuously reduced.
- the latent heat including the core heat of the Used water during the burner downtime.
- the latently stored heat is often in a larger Extent used.
- the latent heat is especially in the core heat of the Heating water, but also stored in the system and in the rooms to be heated.
- the core heat is the heat in the mass of the water supply of the plant. Both The process according to the invention should usually the core heat of the water supply not lowered.
- the boiler water supply is at small heating systems about 15 to 100 l, at Medium-sized heating systems about 60 to 300 l and for large heating systems about 250 to 1000 l.
- the amount of primary energy savings depends primarily on the operating conditions of the heating system. The lowest primary energy consumption and the lowest pollution usually occurs in the inventive operation with an energy-saving use in the boiler. Temperature-time behavior in experiments without delay and with a constant or modulating varied delay in comparison.
- Example 11 and 21 the temperatures of the delayed burner start point and the upper temperature limit value at which the burner is switched off are maintained for approximately the duration of the test. Due to the forced delay over 10 or 6.5 minutes in Examples 12 and 22 (Comparative Examples), despite a certain optimization of the test conditions over the test period, a significant temperature drop of the delayed burner start point and a slight drop in temperature of the upper temperature limit value occur.
- the significant drop in temperature of the delayed burner start point is disadvantageous, since the switch-on temperature drops continuously and thus in the long term the comfort decreases a little and the primary energy consumption increases continuously.
- the burner run time per cycle increases greatly, while the burner standstill time usually decreases from cycle to cycle.

- the plant H is designed for such great benefits that the to be heated and amount of water flowing through for heating and hot water supply of approx. 150 housing units is sufficient. Due to the large amounts of water shows such Plant a significantly different behavior than a comparable system with z. B. 30 kW Performance as often used for one- or two-family homes. However, that would a plant with 30 kW power even under suitable conditions for four to five Residential units are sufficient. Even an extension of the constant time delay from 6.5 (Example 22) to e.g. 10 minutes would be at the plant H for even more cause worse results, since the heat supply including the latent Heat is no longer sufficient for this.

- weniger Startemissionen, weil weniger Brennerstarts,
