Claims (3)
- Procédé de gestion de l'égouttage et du pressurage, notamment pour un pressoir à cuve rotative, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, suite à une première phase de brassage des matières à pressurer par l'intermédiaire, par exemple, d'une ou de plusieurs rotations de la cuve du pressoir, à effectuer une première phase de mesure sans appliquer de pression ou en appliquant une pression (Po) et en mesurant le débit instantané du jus (Dit) et la quantité (Qjt) de jus récupéré en fonction du temps (t) écoulé depuis le début du brassage, de manière continue ou séquentielle au cours du temps, puis à effectuer, suite à une seconde phase de brassage, une seconde phase de mesure consécutive en appliquant une pression (Po) ou sans appliquer de pression, à comparer entre elles les valeurs respectives de (Dit), (Qjt) et (t) atteintes lorsque l'inéquation : Dit ≤ Qjt/t (1) est vérifiée pour la première fois dans lesdites première et seconde phases de mesure précitées, c'est-à-dire en appliquant une pression (Po) et sans appliquer de pression, et à poursuivre en fonction du résultat de cette comparaison le fonctionnement du pressoir soit en continuant le cycle d'égouttage et en répétant les phases précitées en mesurant, de manière continue ou séquentielle, les valeurs de (Dit), (Qjt) et (t), soit en débutant le cycle de pressurage lorsque les valeurs de (Dit) et/ou de (Qjt/t) atteintes, lorsque l'inéquation (1) est vérifiée, au cours de la phase de mesure sans application de pression sont inférieures à celles atteintes, lorsque l'inéquation (1) est vérifiée, au cours de la phase de mesure avec application d'une pression (Po).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que durant la première phase de mesure aucune pression n'est appliquée et en ce que durant la seconde phase de mesure une pression (Po) est appliquée.
