Definitions
- the invention relates to trestle assemblies and ladder for supporting articles on shelves shop.
- An object of the invention is to provide a set ladder and easel facilitating the operation of the easel, especially in the presence of articles, while preserving the effectiveness of rearward locking.
- an assembly for the support articles including a ladder with teeth, and an easel for an article, the easel having teeth adapted to engage with the teeth of the ladder to block the easel in the direction from one end of the ladder, the teeth of the easel then extending to a predetermined depth between the teeth of the ladder, in which the teeth of the bridge are shaped so that when engaged the depth of easel tooth furthest from the end of the scale is less than the depth at least one other among the bridge teeth.
- the teeth of the bridge are at less than three in number, these teeth being shaped so that, in engagement, the depth of the tooth of the easel adjacent to the most easel tooth far from the end of the scale, is less than the depth of at least one other among the teeth following the easel towards the end of the scale.
- the teeth of the bridge are shaped so that, in engagement, the depth of easel teeth is increasing towards the end of the scale.
- the bridge tooth adapted to be furthest from the end of the scale has a height less than the height of the other teeth of the easel.
- This characteristic represents a possibility for implementing the invention.
- At least the tooth of the bridge adjacent to the tooth adapted to be furthest from the end of the scale has a general shape truncated triangular.
- the two side faces of this tooth will be adapted to be supported at the same time against two respective teeth on the scale so that provide good blocking and good positioning of the easel on the ladder.
- the teeth of the bridge have vertices inscribed in a curved profile having a center of curvature located on the side of the easel.
- the bridge has two coincident series of teeth, the two series lying opposite each other.
- the easel defines a plan support for an article, the bridge teeth extending behind this plane.
- At least some of the teeth of the ladder has a flat at the top substantially perpendicular to a direction longitudinal of the ladder and oriented towards said end of the ladder.
- a support easel for an article the easel presenting a series of teeth each having a height predetermined, in which the height of the tooth of a end of the series is less than the height of minus another among the teeth.
- This set includes an easel 2 and a scale 4, each one being made each of a single piece of molded plastic.
- the easel 2 has two left and right sidewalls 6, each generally triangular isosceles identical to each other, the two sides extending parallel to each other, facing and from a distance one from the other, in coincidence of contours.
- the easel 2 is suitable for resting on a flat support in pairs respective lower straight edges 8 of the sides 6.
- the easel 2 has a flat bearing face rectangular 10 extending perpendicular to flanks 6, from one flank to the other, at the level of their front edges.
- the bearing face 10 extends from the point of the triangle opposite the lower edge 8, up to neighborhood of it. It is inclined relative to a flat support on which the easel 2 would rest its lower edges 8.
- Each lateral flank 6 carries streaks 12 extending in relief from an external face of the flank in the vicinity of the bearing face 10. These streaks facilitate the gripping of the easel 2 by the user.
- the support face 10 defines the front of the easel.
- the bridge has two stops 14 extending facing each other towards each other projecting from the internal faces of the respective flanks 6.
- Each stop 14 has a flat shape, the general plane of the stop being perpendicular to the associated flank 6 and slightly tilted backwards from the edge lower 8.
- Bridge 2 has two teeth defining each two sets of teeth 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16th, in five species in each series, this number can of course vary.
- the two teeth protrude from the inner side of the flanks respective lateral 6, in mutual coincidence, in look and towards each other.
- Each teeth looks like a ribbon that would have been folded and curved to define each of the teeth, the width of the ribbon being perpendicular to the associated sidewall 6, the length of the ribbon being generally parallel to the lower edge 8.
- the teeth extend to the following each other from front to back of the easel from tooth 16a to tooth 16th.
- the tops of the teeth are directed downwards towards the lower edge 8.
- the teeth 16c and 16d have a general isosceles triangular shape.
- the tooth 16b has a generally truncated triangular shape, the point of the triangle being replaced by a flat face 18 slightly tilted down and forward.
- the teeth 16a and 16e are in fact, as to their shape, equivalent to half teeth compared to teeth 16b, 16c, 16d.
- Tooth 16a extends behind the associated stop 14.
- the 16th tooth extends to the edge of the flank 6.
- the shape of the teeth can be different.
- the 16th rear tooth of each series is of a in one piece with the homologous tooth of the other series. They are thus in continuity with each other and constitute a rod 20 extending from a side 6 to the other, perpendicular to these, as shown Figure 3.
- each series the respective bases of the teeth extend to a same distance from the lower edge 8 of the flank 6, and thus define a line parallel to this edge 8.
- the top of the tooth the area of each tooth closest to this bottom edge 8 it turns out that the distance from the vertex to this edge goes decreasing from front to back, i.e. from tooth 16a to the 16th tooth.
- the Ha-He height of each tooth 16a-16th is increasing from tooth 16a to the tooth 16th.
- This height H is strictly increasing from tooth 16a to tooth 16d, in the sense that for each of these teeth, the height of the tooth is strictly less than the height of all the teeth who follow it towards the back of the easel.
- the first tooth 16a is the lower.
- the heights of teeth 16d and 16th are substantially equal to each other.
- the tops of the teeth are inscribed in a monotonous curved profile having a center of curvature located on the side of the bridge.
- the basics teeth 16b, 16c, 16d have substantially the same width.
- the ladder mainly comprises a base 24 of planar shape elongated rectilinear rectangular and two teeth identical to each other.
- Each toothing is formed by a series of triangular teeth 26 identical to each other.
- the two teeth extend in look at each other, with their teeth 26 mutually coincidentally.
- Teeth 26 are arranged with their top facing up.
- the two teeth extend parallel to base 24, on either side on the other side of it and being elevated.
- Each toothing resembles a ribbon deformed by folding.
- the toothing is connected to the base 24 by spacers 30 to be supported by the base.
- Ladder 4 has a front end 28 and a rear end not shown.
- a projection 35 extends vertically downwards at from a tooth located in front of day 34. This projection of the ladder is adapted to form a stop for the stop 14 of the bridge against the displacement of the easel forward. It allows you to position the easel for exit by 34 days.
- a the front end 28, the scale 4 may include a flat support 36 extending perpendicular to the base 24 and adapted to receive labeling or the like.
- the teeth of scale 4 are adapted to respectively engage with the teeth of the easel 2 when the easel is placed on the scale, the bearing face 10 which defines the front of the easel being oriented towards the front 28 of the ladder.
- the easel can be so arranged in a position any along the scale.
- Figures 8 and 9 show the teeth of the easel and scale mutually engaged.
- Tooth 16a of the bridge comes in contact with a single tooth 26 of the scale.
- the teeth 16b, 16c, 16d, 16th come into contact each with two teeth 26.
- the four corresponding teeth 26 of the ladder 4 penetrate between the teeth of the easel 2, their apex coming into contact with the base of the teeth of the easel.
- the depth Pa, Pb, Pc, Pd, Pe over which each tooth 16a-16th of the easel 2 enters between two teeth 26 of scale 4 is increasing from front to the back of the ladder and easel. In particular, it is strictly increasing from tooth 16a to tooth 16d. Pd and Pe are substantially equal to each other.
- tooth 16a of the bridge enters a depth Pa strictly less than the depth Pb-Pe teeth that follow it backwards. So is even for the tooth 16b which is adjacent to it.
- Each tooth the bridge is resting against a side facing the front of a tooth 26 of the scale.
- each stop 14 of the easel 2 extends under the corresponding toothing of scale 4. It thus comes into contact from below with the teeth and prohibits any tilting of the bridge backwards. Therefore, an article 40 can be put against the bearing face 10 while resting on the teeth of the scale. Easel 2 here maintains article 40 in slightly tilted position relative to the direction vertical. Other articles 40 may be so following arranged parallel to each other for a good presentation of the articles in the shelving.
- the separation of easel and ladder is obtained by bringing the easel at the front 28 of the ladder until the stops 14 in abutment against the projections 35, then by tilting forwards in order to introduce the stops 14 in the respective 34 days, as shown in the figure 11. Still in the tilted position, the easel 2 is then extracted from scale 4, by a movement towards the top and rear indicated by arrow 44. The reverse maneuvers allow to reconnect the easel and ladder.
- the teeth 26 of the ladder have a shape profile general triangular.
- the summit has a flat horizontal 47 parallel to the general plane of the scale and a rear vertical flat 49 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the scale.
- Flat 47 is contiguous at the front to the side of the tooth inclined towards front and rear to the vertical flat 49 which extends down. The latter is contiguous to the tooth blank tilted back.
- the horizontal flat 47 facilitates moving the easel along the ladder.
- the vertical flat 49 improves the stability of some sufficiently thin articles 40 including an edge lower front can be abutted against this flat 49 against moving forward, as shown in figure 8.
- the teeth 16a-16e of the bridge extend in back of the support plane defined by the face 10 of the easel.
- the article (s) 40 directly supporting or indirectly on the easel rest by their edges lower 46 on the scale 4 and not on the easel. It can therefore be operated without having to remove previously these articles. It is for example possible to slide the items 40 forward 28 of the ladder at the same time as the easel.
- the teeth 16a-16th of the easel 2 may have increasing depth once engaged, without as much to have in itself an increasing height as supra.
- the bridge teeth may have identical heights and a width at the base decreasing from front to back in order to obtain the aforementioned condition on the depth, once in taken with the teeth of the ladder.
