Claims (10)
- Dispositif de toiture permettant de créer une surface à taux d'ensoleillement réglable et le répartissant uniformément caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une couche de claire-voie à lamelles (A) sur laquelle coulisse une autre couche constituée d'une ou plusieurs claires-voies à lamelles (B), le décalage entre les claires-voies (A) et (B) étant réglable, et l'ensemble des claires-voies (A) et (B) étant relié à un moyen permettant de l'animer d'un mouvement de va-et-vient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la claire-voie (A) est fixée sur un châssis (2), les claires-voies (B) sur des châssis (3), l'ensemble de châssis (2) et (3) reposant sur un châssis (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le moyen destiné à animé l'ensemble des claires-voies (A) et (B) d'un mouvement de va-et-vient est constitué par un motoréducteur (11) solidaire du châssis (1), d'un pignon (12) et d'une crémaillère (13) solidaire du chassis (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que des roulettes (9) sont fixées sur le châssis (2), permettant au châssis (2) de rouler dans le châssis (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que des roulettes (16) sont fixées sur le châssis (1) et roulent sur la face latérale interne inférieure du châssis (1), permettant au dispositif de toiture d'être incliné.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce des équerres (17) sont fixées sur le châssis (1), empêchant l'ensemble châssis (2) et (3) de sortir du châssis (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'une tige filetée (18) passe à travers une pièce taraudée (19) fixée sur une traverse (20) solidaire du châssis (2), dont l'extrémité entraine une cornière (21) fixée sur une traverse (22) solidaire du châssis (3) permettant le réglage des châssis (3) par rapport au châssis (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que des roulettes (6) sont fixées sur les châssis (3) et que des chemins de roulement (7) sont fixés sur le châssis (2), permettant le roulement des châssis (3) dans le châssis(2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la claire-voie (A) est fixée sur un châssis (2), les claires-voies (B) sur des châssis (3), des éléments de liaisons reliant le châssis (2) à une structure (23), un vérin (24) reliant le châssis (2) à la structure (23), permettant à l'ensemble claire-voie (A) et claires-voies (B) d'être animé d'un mouvement de va et vient par balancement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de la claire-voie (A) ont leurs bords relevés pour former canal d'évacuation des eaux, que les lamelles des claires-voies (B) opturent complètement les espaces entre les lamelles de la claire-voie (A), permettant à la toiture d'être étanche à la pluie.
