Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Vermeidung von Rückexpansion bei Kolbenverdichtern. Kolbenverdichter haben die Eigenschaft nach Überschreiten des Kolbens in OT-Stellung kurzzeitig ein negatives Drehmoment auszuüben, was sich bei Zahnradantrieb durch Zahnflankenschlagen bemerkbar macht. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Rückexpansion dadurch vermieden, daß in den Kolbenboden 8 ein Ventil 7 eingebaut ist, welches gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder durch einen Nocken 9 geöffnet wird, wenn sich der Kolben 3 in OT-Stellung befindet. Der Nocken 9 ist dabei auf einer Nockenscheibe 10 angeordnet, welche drehfest mit dem Pleuelauge 11 der Pleuelstange 5 verbunden ist. Durch die Schwenkbewegung der Pleuelstange 5 wird die Nockenscheibe 10 gedreht und der Nocken 9 öffnet Ventil 7 im Bereich von OT und Druckluft kann aus dem Verdichtungsraum entweichen, so daß Rückexpansion und das daraus resultierende Getriebegeräusch vermieden wird.

The invention relates to a device for avoiding back expansion in reciprocating compressors. Piston compressors have the property of briefly exerting a negative torque after exceeding the piston in the TDC position, which is noticeable when the gear is driven by the flank of the teeth. According to the invention, the back expansion is avoided in that a valve 7 is installed in the piston crown 8, which valve is opened against the force of a compression spring by a cam 9 when the piston 3 is in the TDC position. The cam 9 is arranged on a cam disk 10 which is connected to the connecting rod eye 11 of the connecting rod 5 in a rotationally fixed manner. The pivoting movement of the connecting rod 5 rotates the cam disk 10 and the cam 9 opens the valve 7 in the region of TDC and compressed air can escape from the compression chamber, so that back expansion and the resulting transmission noise are avoided.
