- a length adjustment and locking device 46 for the optional change of the Length dimensions 23, 24 of the transmission arms 11, 12 can be assigned.
- the Length adjustment and locking device 46 for the transmission arms 11, 12 is in The following is specifically explained using the transmission arm 12 and can, for example by a threaded sleeve 47 with a left-hand and a right-hand thread be educated.
- the transmission arm 12 is in the area between the joint arrangements 15, 16 divided and the two sections point towards each other End areas in relation to the internal threads of the threaded sleeve 47 each corresponding Threads on.
- the multi-part can then be made by means of the threaded sleeve 47 Transfer arm 12 connected to an integral transfer arm 12 and through Rotation of the threaded sleeve 47 about the longitudinal axis of the length dimension 24 of the Transmission arm 12 can be enlarged or reduced.
- An adjustment range of the Length adjustment and locking device 46 depends on the number of threads in the threaded sleeve 47 or the number of threads on the mutually facing end regions of the two parts of the transmission arm 12.
- the transmission arms 11, 12 are rod-shaped and preferably have a circular cross-sectional shape, making it easy to get through an essentially rectangular deformation of the end regions of the transmission arms 11, 12 the journals 27, 28, 35, 36 for the joint arrangements 13 to 16 can be formed. At the same time it is a simple way Attachment of threads for the length adjustment and locking device 46 possible.
- the transfer arms 11, 12 are preferred through several transverse to the usual direction of travel - according to arrow 10 - mutually spaced and essentially parallel transmission arms 11, 12 formed in order to ensure a high stability of the connecting device 1 guarantee.
- the user moves towards the sports device 2 transferring tax forces without delay and as intended and the Torsional rigidity of the contact surface 7 with respect to the tread 45 of the sports device 2, with respect to a vertical axis, is increased.
- This will be a cheap one Steering behavior of the sports device 2 or a high edge pressure and a direct, low-loss Repulsion movement of the user's foot from the surface 8 of the sports equipment 2nd achieved.
- the transversely to the usual direction of travel - according to arrow 10 - spaced apart and transmission arms 11 aligned essentially parallel to the vertical plane 9 or 12 can be formed by U-shaped round rods, the base of the U-shaped deformed round rods gives the corresponding pivot axis 17 to 20 and the two legs the two transfer arms spaced apart in the transverse direction 11 and 12 respectively.
- the two transmission arms 11 formed by an integral part, which simultaneously forms the journal 35.
- the joint arrangements 13 to 16 are preferably closer to that assigned to the toes Area on the footprint 7 as the area associated with the heel on the Footprint 7 assigned to the generated according to the invention and Rotational movement of the contact surface 7, the natural rolling movement of the to reproduce the human foot over the ball of the toe. Beyond that wide swivel angle possible between the footprint 7 and the sports equipment 2, since the shoe or the support element 6 is not early on the top of the Sports device 2 strikes and thus only in its relative movement to sports device 2 outside a relatively large range of motion is limited.
- the stop element 48 In the area of the contact surface 7 assigned to the heel there is a stop element 48 arranged that a lowering of the heel area of the footprint 7 in Direction to sports equipment 2 prevented and the maintenance of the respective minimum Vertical distance 44 guaranteed.
- the stop element 48 preferably has a height-adjustable Stop surface 49, which with the support member 6 or the sole of the used footwear works together to fall below the set, to prevent minimum vertical distance 44 in the heel area of the contact surface 7.
- the height-adjustable stop surface 49 can by a in Different height positions displaceable stop pin 50 may be formed.
- the stop element 48 further comprises an attachment body 51 for the sports device 2 with a plurality of openings 52 spaced apart in the vertical direction, into which the stop pin 50 can optionally be inserted.
- the top body 51 is designed for attachment to the sports device 2, preferably by means of a screw connection. Of course, it is also possible to attach the attachment body 51 to the base part 29 to fix the connecting device 1 or to form it in one piece.
- the Attachment body 51 preferably has guide surfaces 53, 54 for side surfaces 55, 56 Carrying element 6 or on the sole of the shoe and thus forms a vertical guide device 57 for the support element 6 or the user's shoe. This will Rotational movements of the contact surface 7 with respect to the sports device 2 by a vertical one Axis counteracted reliably and the steering movements of the user can directly and without delay to sports equipment 2, e.g. a ski 4 transmitted become.
- the vertical guide device 57 with the guide surfaces 53, 54 can can of course also be implemented separately from the stop element 48 and, for example be formed by guide plates extending in the vertical direction, which are assigned to the side areas of the transmission arms 11, 12.
- the attachment body 51 is thus based on a vertical transverse plane to the usual one Direction of travel designed according to arrow 10 U-shaped and points to each other facing inner surfaces of the two legs on the guide surfaces 53, 54.
- the vertical guide device 57 to form T-shaped according to arrow 10 and the vertically protruding part of the T-shaped Attachment body 51 as a guide element with the guide surfaces 53 and 54 use which the side surfaces 54, 55 of a slot-shaped recess in Carrier element 6 or in the sole of the shoe are assigned as free of play as possible.
- the stop element 48 Via the stop element 48, it is also possible to project onto the vertical plane 9 different swivel angles between the contact surface 7 and the tread 45 of the sports equipment 2. This is for example for the practice of touring skiing an advantage because - as known per se - by setting the Stop element 48 essentially the leg of the user on a steep climb can be aligned perpendicular to the contact surface 7, whereby the stop element 48 represents a corresponding ascent aid.
- the vertical guide device 57 allows the support element 6 or the sole of the Shoe, a combined rotational movement as well as a movement in the longitudinal direction of the sports device 2 or in the direction of the usual direction of travel - according to Arrow 10 - and the opposite.
- the vertical guide device 57 prevents but all directed transversely to the usual direction of travel - according to arrow 10 Evasive movements of the user's foot relative to the sports device 2.
- 1 and 2 is the Coupling device 58 formed by a binding unit 59 which consists of one of the Retaining bracket 60 assigned to the shoe tip and from a bracket assigned to the heel of the shoe Heel tensioner 61 exists.
- binding unit 59 instead of the binding unit 59 described, it is also possible any binding units 59 known from the prior art, e.g. Safety ski bindings, Belt fastenings, locking band and buckle units or to use the same. A distance between the parts of the binding unit is preferred 59 changeable to the coupling device 58 different shoe sizes to be able to adapt.
- the connecting device 1 is anatomically correct Sequence of movements in the exercise of various running sports, both in the Summer and winter seasons can be exercised.
- the largely corresponding to the natural movement sequence, through the connecting device 1 simulated movement sequence also increases the performance of the User of the connection device 1 on the sports device 2.
- the increase in the distance traveled at each step of the user relative to the background 8 comes about by increasing the user's step size, although this does not change the step angle between the legs can maintain. This is achieved in that during the swing-up phase of the Heel area of the repelling foot of the user or placed on the base 8 by the construction of the connecting device 1 in Direction of travel - according to arrow 10 - relative to sports equipment 2 or to the ground 8 is also moved translationally. This striving forward Footprint 7 or the foot of the user in the direction of travel - according to Arrow 10 - ends at the same time as the heel swings up opposite the toe area.
- This step width extension is for example when climbing in touring skiing, a great advantage in cross-country skiing and ice skating.
- This step width extension is defined by a translation width 62 which with increasing swivel angle 63 between the footprint 7 for the foot and the surface 8 or the tread 45 of the sports device 2 increases.
- the swivel angle 63 can assume the values in a range from 0 to approximately 150 °, is usually 0 to 100 ° and is projected onto the vertical plane 9 between the footprint 7 and the ground 8 or the tread 45 in the direction of travel - Arrow 10 - related rear area after the joint arrangement 13 measured. With the swiveling of the user's heel area opposite the toe area thus increases the value of the swivel angle 63 and simultaneously decreases the translation width 62 of the hinge assembly 13 with respect to the fixed hinge assemblies 14, 15 on the sports equipment or in relation to the sports equipment 2.
- the translation width 62 is shown in FIG Embodiment by moving the hinge point 13 in Direction of travel - according to arrow 10 - from that shown in full lines Starting or resting position in the active position shown in dashed lines with a Swivel angle 63 defined by approximately 45 °.
- the translation width 62 starting from another point on the support surface 7, for example starting from the joint arrangement 16, with respect to one fixed point on the sports device 2, for example the joint arrangement 14 or in relation to define the base 8, and so the translational movement of the footprint 8 in relation to the sports equipment 2 or the surface 8 when pivoting the Mark footprint 7 in relation to sports equipment 2.
- the combined translational and rotational movement of the contact surface 7 opposite the sports device 2 as the user of the connecting device 1 progresses in the direction of travel - according to arrow 10 - is due to the fact that the Footprint 7 associated joint arrangements 13, 16 around the stationary on the sports equipment 2 mounted joint arrangements 14, 15 at least limited or limited can circle.

This device comprises an upper subframe, which is connectable to a shoe of the user and includes a hinge mechanism a variety of transmission arms and joints with a lower subframe, which is designed for attachment to various sports equipment, is articulated. The the upper joint mechanism connecting the lower part frame is constructed in such a way that pivoting of the upper subframe relative to the lower subframe at the same time causes a relative shift between the two subframes. Furthermore are resetting spring means are provided, which the two subframes in a predefined Press the relative position against each other resiliently. The disadvantage here is that the proper Function can be easily impaired under adverse operating conditions.
US 4,602,801 A describes a roller skate with a wheeled frame, on which a pedal used to hold the foot by at least one transverse one Axis is pivotally mounted, namely between a rest position and an operating position, which it takes up every time a runner applies pressure to the heel exercises rear part of the pedal, as well as with a braking device. The braking device is attached to the frame so that it is actuated every time the runner tips his foot exerts a compressive force on the front part of the pedal in the rest position. The roller skate also has a motion transmission device so attached to the frame is that it is actuated every time the runner with his foot on the pedal one down exerts directed pressure force, which it depresses from its operating position into a Let pass position and which is connected to one of the wheels so that it with each actuation the pedal exerts a driving effect on this. Furthermore, elastic means e.g. Springs to return the pedal when the runner's foot is depressed Raised position to the rest position, trained. The pedal is in the rear end area connected to the frame in an articulated manner and in the front end region via a lengthwise direction running guideway on a pivotally mounted lever on the frame, the supports rollers on the end facing the pedal.
Die Bindungseinheit weist dabei Mittel zum Steuern und zum permanenten elastischen Rückstellen des Schuhs in Richtung zum Gleitorgan auf, welche hinter den Befestigungsmitteln des vorderen Endes des Schuhs angeordnet sind.EP 0 768 103 B1 describes a binding unit (cross-country binding) on a sliding element known which fasteners for the front end of a shoe, wherein the rear end of the shoe can be raised and lowered in relation to the sliding member. The binding unit has means for controlling and permanent resetting of the Shoe towards the sliding organ, which is behind the fasteners of the front End of the shoe are arranged.
A describes a snowboard suspension system which is also used for roller skates is provided, which comprises a mounting plate which with a binding plate over a or several joints is connected. Is between the binding plate and the mounting plate arranged at least one damper. These dampers are used to dampen occurring the distance between the binding plate and the mounting plate reducing forces. Around to create a composite system between the binding plate and the mounting plate, a connection plate can be added. The aim of this design is to create a Damping device for snowboards, especially devices which have uneven terrain moderate to create.
EP 0 230 989 A describes a spring board that is located in the central area of a ski whose top is located. The front and rear ends of the spring board are by articulated arms, which are guided in bearing elements which are arranged on the ski surface and with the Ski connected. By rotating the articulated arms around their articulated axes, the spring board exercises vertical and horizontal movement in relation to the ski surface. The springboard is doing so at least at one point, between the articulated connections of the front and rear end, resiliently supported against the ski. The task of this execution is to train a ski in which the guiding characteristics and directional stability even with short-drawn Swings and the drift when driving on inclines on steeper slopes are improved.
Weiters ist es nachteilig, daß Rückenlagen des Benutzers zu einer Anhebung des Frontbereiches des Sportgerätes führen können.WO 87/01296 A1 describes a binding unit between a shoe and a sports device, In particular, a touring ski binding is disclosed, the joint connection to the sports equipment is manufactured in the area assigned to the ball of the foot. The binding unit for the The user's shoe can be in an upper active position relative to the sports equipment, in which pivoting around the articulation is possible relative to the sports equipment, shifted and also in a lower locking position, in which a pivoting of the binding is prevented from being adjusted. The disadvantage here is that a switch from the active in the locked position of the hinge connection and vice versa is difficult to perform and the shear forces or torsional forces occurring in relation to a vertical axis between the sports equipment and the foot of the user place high demands on the parts used put. In addition, when the binding unit is in the active position, there is a high load on the Sports equipment in the center area below the user's shoe, because of the small area or linear support points are formed. It is also disadvantageous that supine of the user can lead to an increase in the front area of the sports equipment.
The present invention is based on the object of a pivotable connecting device between a user's foot and a piece of sports equipment, which the Performance of the user increases.
This object of the invention is achieved in that two transmission arms in two Sports equipment fastened, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the foot Joint arrangements in one or more in the direction of pivot axes of the joint arrangements vertical plane (s) spaced apart from one another and running vertically to these articulated and in the other end areas facing away from the sports equipment in the two further distant to each other in the longitudinal direction of the foot and with the footprint connected hinge assemblies are articulated and in the assembled position on Sports equipment located joint arrangements the transmission arms relative to the footprint are inclined and run in opposite directions to the longitudinal extension of the foot.
It is particularly advantageous in this training that with relatively few and simple Components simulated the natural rolling movement of the foot over the ball of the toe is and thereby the performance of each user can be increased. The one with The increase in performance that can be achieved by the training according to the invention is surprising Way but not associated with a loss of comfort behavior. Rather is through the harmonious or round movement of the connecting device a comfort gain ascertainable. The combined or rigidly coupled translatory and rotary Movement of the user's foot relative to the sports equipment during the active phase the connecting device gives the user the feeling of stability and functional reliability, whereby this fully focuses on the respective performance reserves can and does not have to consciously pay attention to a proper sequence of movements, because this is pre-programmed to a certain extent by the kinematics of the connecting device. In addition, the connecting device comprises a few individual components, which one enable optimal weight design and still the advantageous, translational and rotary motion sequence result. At the same time, undesirable degrees of freedom between the user's foot and the sports equipment, such as twists can be reliably prevented around a vertical axis and furthermore high forces can be exerted withstand. Furthermore, with the connecting device according to the invention Pivotal positions between the footprint for the user's foot and the Sports equipment can be achieved in which the footprint for the foot starts from the heel area towards the toe area with respect to the top or tread of a horizontal aligned sports equipment increases. This means that the user can also lie on their back based on e.g. horizontal riot level can be taken without doing so to have negative effects on the step-like movement. conversions from an increasing to a decreasing footprint in relation to the foot on the sports equipment and vice versa are possible at any time without jamming or function-impaired locking positions occur. The structure of the invention Connecting device also gives a variety of variations in terms of desired swivel angle and translation widths of the footprint in relation to the Sports equipment. Furthermore, due to the low number of bearings, friction losses can occur between the joint parts of the connecting device are kept particularly low, whereby the available performance potential of a user in a high degree Kinetic energy for locomotion of the sports equipment can be implemented.

In the

The two

The sole of the footwear worn by the user takes over the function of the
Regardless of whether the
The lower

The plate-shaped or profile-shaped
The
Of course, it is also possible to relate the

The actuating device is a half-
According to a preferred development, there is a

However, as shown in broken lines, several in the longitudinal direction are preferred

Ruhestellung befindet,
The
einander zugewandten Endbereichen der beiden Teile des Übertragungsarms 12 ab.According to a possible development, at least one of the
The
erzielt. As best seen in Fig. 2, the
To achieve high stability values of the distribution device 1, the

The
In the area of the
The
Of course, it is also possible to view the
Via the

Fersenstrammer 61 besteht. For detachable fastening of the user's shoe on the
Of course, instead of the binding
eingreift, einzusetzen.Of course, it is also possible to use a
The foot of the user held on the
This is partly due to the fact that with every step the user takes,
i.e. when the heel area of the
The increase in the distance traveled at each step of the user relative
to the background 8 comes about by increasing the user's step size,
although this does not change the step angle between the legs
can maintain. This is achieved in that during the swing-up phase of the

Due to the mandatory coupled pivoting and translational movement of the
This step width extension is for example when climbing in touring skiing, a great advantage in cross-country skiing and ice skating.
This step width extension is defined by a
Aufstandsfläche 7 zugeordnete Gelenkanordnung 16 bzw. deren Schwenkachse 19 projiziert
The combined translational and rotational movement of the

The
The
Schuhwerks entspricht.Of course, the two
The joint arrangements assigned to or closest to the
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the
The adjusting and / or locking
Of course, the adjustment and / or locking
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the
Anschlag 81 in seiner Schwenkbewegung in Fortbewegungsrichtung - gemäß Pfeil
The
The
The
The
When the
Of course, it is also possible instead of the one described and
Gelenkanordnungen 13, 16 bzw. deren Schwenkachsen 17, 19 zwangsweise in
The
The further sequence of movements of the connecting device 1 or the foot of the user
is by snapshots in part based on a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
The height of the
As can also be clearly seen from FIG. 3, the swiveling angle increases

Overall, a harmonious, natural rolling movement of the heel ball is created

Connection device 1, whereby the performance and comfort behavior

The maximum
In den Fig. 4 bis 6 ist eine weitere Ausführungsvariante der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungseinrichtung 1 gezeigt, wobei für vorhergehend bereits beschriebene Teile gleiche Bezugszeichen verwendet werden.4 to 6 is a further embodiment variant of the connecting device according to the invention 1, wherein for parts already described above same reference numerals are used.
The connecting device 1 according to the invention is fundamental according to the previously described designs formed, so no closer to the Training according to the invention is received.

In addition, the connecting device 1 according to the invention comprises an
This
bzw. Ruhelage nicht in gegenseitigem, formschlüssigen Eingriff. The anchoring
The anchoring
verlaufen.The anchoring hooks 97, 98 are essentially L-shaped or U-shaped

The
The
The
The biasing means 105 assumes the function of an anti-rotation device, um
an unintentional pivoting of the
If necessary, the
The
The end region of the
The
In the inactive position of the
If the connecting device 1 is now from the position shown in Fig. 4, in the

For this purpose, the
The
One of the
The
As can also be seen best from FIG. 5, the

Fig. 6 dargestellt, mittels der Arretiervorrichtung 107 bzw.

The position shown in FIG. 6 is then also that which is assigned to the toe

Furthermore, the connecting device 1 can have elastic or resilient spring means

2 zugeordneten Schenkel gebildet.The
The legs of the torsion spring are therefore on the one hand on the
Of course, it is also possible to use the spring means 117, in particular the
Independently of this, the spring means 117 - as shown in dashed lines in Fig. 4

strichpunktierten Linien dargestellt ist - verbunden.7 shows the connecting device 1 according to the invention in accordance with the preceding ones

The connecting device 1 thus connects the sports shoe to a
Vertikalebene 9 wiederum in entgegengesetzte Richtungen weisend angeordnet, d.h.
The two
The pivot axes 17 to 20 of the
It is not a mandatory requirement that the
In summary, it can be stated that the pivotable connecting device
1 between the
in mehreren zueinander distanzierten Vertikalebenen 9 anzuordnen, sodaß in
The front joint arrangement related to the usual direction of travel - according to
In gleiche Richtung weisende Übertragungsarme 11, 12 bzw. exakt parallel zueinander
ausgerichtete Übertragungsarme 11, 12 stellen nämlich eine eher ungeeignete Ausbildung
dar.
In the inventive design of the connecting device 1 with the opposite

If necessary, in the area of the footprint assigned to the

It is also possible to reset the rolling

- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 23 or 24, characterised in that the articulating arrangements (13, 16) co-operating with the support surface (7) have grooves (82, 83) in the sole of the sports shoe extending transversely to the longitudinal direction - arrow 66 - of the foot and the coupling mechanism (58) is disposed between the sole and the end regions of the lever arms (11, 12) co-operating therewith and is an operating mechanism (84) selectively locking and releasing an open region (86,87) of the grooves (82, 83).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one of the articulating arrangements (13 to 16) co-operates with an elastically returnable spring means (117), which opposes a mechanical resistance of the pivoting motion of the support surface (7) which can not be overcome by the foot of the user, in order to increase the pivot angle (63).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 26, characterised in that the spring means (117) is a torsion spring (118).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 26 or 27, characterised in that the spring means (117) pushes the support surface (7) towards the mounting surface (30) on the sport apparatus (2) in the non-operating state.
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 26, characterised in that the spring means (117) is secured to the support surface (7) and to the sport apparatus (2) and is a resilient elastic strip or a tension spring in the heel region of the support surface (7).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 26, characterised in that the spring means (117) is a compression spring in the region of the support surface (7) assigned to the toes and is disposed between the latter and the sport apparatus (2).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the combined translation and pivoting motion of the support surface (7) can be selectively locked by means of a locking mechanism (107) between the support surface (7) and the sport apparatus (2).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 31, characterised in that the locking mechanism (107) selectively locks the support surface (7) to prevent it from lifting off the sport apparatus (2).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that an anchoring mechanism (96) is provided in the region of the support surface (7) assigned to the toes, disposed between the latter and the sport apparatus (2), which secures the support surface (7) in the activated state to prevent it from lifting off the sport apparatus (2).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 33, characterised in that the anchoring mechanism (96) has an anchoring hook (97, 98) co-operating respectively with the support surface (7) and the sport apparatus (2), or an anchoring recess, which can be displaced into a positive engagement as and when necessary.
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 31 or 32, characterised in that the locking mechanism (107) is disposed on the stop element (48).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in claim 31 and 33, characterised in that when the anchoring mechanism (96) is activated and the locking mechanism (107) is activated, the support surface (7) for the foot of the user is positioned and immobilised relatively close to the mounting surface (30) on the sport apparatus (2).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that a damping element (95) is provided at the end positions of the pivot path, which delays and damps the pivoting and translating motion of the support surface (7) when the maximum or minimum pivot angle (63) is reached.
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the articulating arrangements (14, 15) co-operating with the sport apparatus (2) are disposed on a common plate-shaped or profiled base part (29), which can be fixed and immobilised on the sport apparatus (2) by means of releasable fixing means (72) on the mounting surface (30).
- Pivotable connecting device as claimed in one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that a rolling body (125) is disposed between the support surface (7) and the sport apparatus (2), the rolling surface (126) of which is adapted to the displacement path of the support surface (7) relative to the sport apparatus (2) so that the support surface (7) is linearly supported on the sport apparatus (2) by means of the rolling body (125) in different relative positions (89 to 92).
- Binding for retaining the foot of a user on a sport apparatus (2), in particular on a roller or runner body (3, 5), characterised in that the pivotable connecting device (1) as claimed in one of the preceding claims is fixed, preferably adjustably, to the sport apparatus (2).
- Binding as claimed in claim 40, characterised in that the support surface (7) for the foot of the user is a profiled support element (6) with a coupling mechanism (58) affixed thereto to provide a releasable connection to a shoe of a user.
- Shoe for connecting to a sport apparatus (2), in particular a runner or roller body (3, 5), characterised in that it comprises or has elements for receiving at least one of the articulating arrangements (13, 16) of the pivotable connecting device (1) as claimed in one of claims 1 to 39.
