Bei diesem keilförmigen Kopfkissen ist unter anderem nachteilig, daß sich die Füllung leicht vom spitz zulaufenden vorderen Kissenbereich nach hinten verlagert, und daß am hinteren, hohen Kissenrand trotz der Steppnähte an den Ecken nur eine geringe Formstabilität erzielt wird; um hier eine Verbesserung zu erzielen, wird demgemäß auch in dieser DE-B 2 019 004 der Einsatz eines zusätzlichen Versteifungsstückes im hinteren Kissenbereich vorgeschlagen. Überdies braucht im Liegebereich keine steife Quernaht oder Absteppung vorgesehen werden, was zufolge der optimalen Anpassung des Kissens an den Kopf der darauf liegenden Person, gleich ob Rücken- oder Seitenschläfer, ebenfalls den Schlafkomfort begünstigt. Dadurch, daß durch die Abnäher an allen vier Ecken für das Kissen eine stabile, allgemein quaderförmige Gestalt erhalten wird, wird auch in vorteilhafter Weise die Unterteilung des Kissens durch die fix im Kissen angeordnete Stegwand begünstigt, wobei es überdies vorteilhaft ist, wenn die Stegwand eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Form hat. Hierdurch wird das Kissen in zwei Kammern geteilt, welche individuell je nach Bedarf bevorzugt mit unterschiedlichem Füllgrad und/oder mit unterschiedlichem Füllmaterial befüllt werden können, so daß ein Kissen mit zwei "Seiten" erhalten wird. Anschließend wird das Kissen über die Einfüllöffnung 6 gewendet.
