Abstract
Description
Bei der Lösung der Aufgabe gemäß Patentanspruch 1 wurde berücksichtigt, daß für eine optimale Betätigung des Schalters, bzw. für ein störungsfreies Schalten, zwei Bedingungen erfüllt sein müssen. Zum Einen ist es notwendig, daß der den einen Hauptkontakt tragende Kontakthebel in noch offener Position exakt mittig zum zweiten Hauptkontakt liegt, um beim Zuschalten diesen immer zentral treffen zu können. Zum Zweiten muß der vom Kontakthebel getragene erste Hauptkontakt im eingeschalteten Zustand eventuell nachträglich in eine genaue Position bezüglich des zweiten Hauptkontakts eingerückt werden.
Im offenen Zustand befindet sich der Kontakthebel 1 in der in Fig. 1a gezeigten Position. In dieser Position, die auch durch die Darstellung in Fig. 3a verdeutlicht ist, befindet sich die Achse 2 mit der zylindrischen Wand des zweiten Endabschnitts 6b in Anschlag und ist in diesem gleitend gelagert, um eine durch das Gestänge 4 kontrollierte Kipp- bzw. Schwenkbewegung des Kontakthebels 1 zu ermöglichen. Während der Schließbewegung des Schalters wird der Kontakthebel 1 durch das Gestänge 4 im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, um die Hauptkontakte 3 miteinander in Berührung zu bringen. Nachdem die Hauptkontakte 3 miteinander in Anlage gebracht sind, wird die Drehung des Kontakthebels 1 um einen kleinen Winkel fortgesetzt, bevor die das Gestänge antreibende Vorrichtung eingestellt wird. Weil das in bezug auf die Achse 2 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gestänge 4 liegende Ende des Kontakthebels 1 durch die miteinander in Anlage befindlichen Hauptkontakte 3 blockiert ist, wird mit dieser Nachdrehung erreicht, daß sich die Achse 2 von ihrem, durch den zweiten Endabschnitt 6b der Gelenkaufnahmeöffnung gebildeten Lagersitz löst. Dabei nimmt die Achse 2 die in Fig. 1b und Fig. 3b gezeigte Position im geraden Öffnungsabschnitt 6c ein.
Claims (3)
- Schalter mit einem auf einer Gelenkachse (2) gelagerten und mit einem ersten Hauptkontakt (3a) versehenen Kontakthebel (1), der zu einem zweiten Hauptkontakt (3b) schwenkbar ist, wobei die Gelenkachse (2) in einer als Langloch ausgebildeten Gelenkaufnahmeöffnung (6) des Kontakthebels (1) aufgenommen ist, welche Gelenkaufnahmeöffnung (6) mindesten einen ersten Öffnungsabschnitt (6b) mit einer rotationssymmetrisch konvex oder konkav ausgebildeten Wand aufweist, die zur Bildung eines Gleitlagerpaars mit einem zugehörigen konkav bzw. konvex ausgebildeten mittleren Abschnitt (2c) der Gelenkachse (2) während der Schwenkbewegung des Kontakthebels (1) in Eingriff bringbar ist, und einen weiteren sich an den ersten Öffnungsabschnitt (6b) anschließenden zweiten Öffnungsabschnitt (6c) mit zwei sich im wesentlichen parallel zueinander erstreckenden Wänden hat, die bei einer nach Berührung der Hauptkontakte (3a, 3b) fortgesetzten Schwenkbewegung des Kontakthebels (1) die Lagerung des Kontakthebels auf der Gelenkachse (2) übernehmen, um eine Kippbewegung des Kontakthebels (1) in einer Ebene parallel zu der Gelenkachse (2) zu ermöglichen.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Öffnungsabschnitt (6c) ein axiales Spiel der Gelenkachse (2) erlaubt, währenddessen die Gelenkachse (2) im ersten Öffnungsabschnitt (6b) spielfrei einfügbar ist.
- Schalthebel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das axiale Spiel der Gelenkachse (2). im zweiten Öffnungsabschnitt (6c) 0,1 - 0,9 mm beträgt.
