Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Treibladungsanzünders für patronierte Munition mit einem eine Übertragungsladung enthaltenden Anzündrohr, wobei das Anzündrohr ein mit Anzündöffnungen (3) versehenes Mantelrohr (4) und ein zum Schutz der Übertragungsladung innerhalb des Mantelrohres (4) angeordnetes dünnwandiges Schutzrohr (6) umfaßt, dessen Außenwand an der Innenwand des Mantelrohres (4) anliegt und die Anzündöffnungen (3) verdeckt.
Zur Vermeidung von die Funktion des Treibladungsanzünders beeinflussenden Mikrospalten zwischen Mantel- und Schutzrohr schlägt die Erfindung vor, entweder vor dem Einbringen des Schutzrohres (6) in das Mantelrohr (4) ein pastöses Abdichtmittel (5) in das Mantelrohr (4) einzubringen und erst anschließend das Schutzrohr (6) in das Mantelrohr (4) einzusenken oder die Anzündöffnungen (3) des Mantelrohres (4) bei eingeschobenem Schutzrohr (6) mit einem Abdichtmittel (5) aufzufüllen und dann das Schutzrohr (6) sowie das Mantelrohr (4) axial gegeneinander zu verschieben.
