Abstract
1534469 Time delay ignition device DIEHL 30 June 1977 [1 July 1976 26 Oct 1976] 27405/77 Heading F3A In a delay ignition device, transmission of the ignition signal is prevented, should the moulded delay composition 2 be inadvertently omitted from the device 1, by the provision, adjacent a firing charge 3, of a thickened sealing disc 5a which acts as a dam. A thinner sealing disc 5 is provided at the priming end of the device; and both discs are sealed in recesses in the device by sealing rings 6, flanging-over 7 and, optionally, adhesive or lacquer.
