Abstract
Description
- ledit transducteur sonore est monté dans ledit boítier en regard d'une membrane déformable le séparant de façon étanche d'une cavité d'entrée qui est ménagée dans ledit boítier et en communication directe avec l'extérieur, et en ce qu'entre la membrane et ledit transducteur sonore est ménagée une chambre intermédiaire admettant une déformation de ladite membrane sous l'action d'une pression statique extérieure et délimitée côté transducteur par un organe de soutien monté fixe dans le boítier et susceptible de limiter la déformation de la membrane en cas d'application de ladite pression statique extérieure.
- la figure unique montre une vue en coupe partielle d'une pièce d'horlogerie conçue selon l'invention et munie à titre d'exemple d'un transducteur microphonique.
- la rainure 22 peut être omise, et le gaz diffuser par un chemin de fuite entre la surface frontale de la bague 16 et la surface du fond 12a;
- il peut n'y avoir qu'une seule communication avec l'extérieur à travers une pastille telle que la pastille 28 montée comme représentée sur la figure, la rainure 22 communiquant avec l'intérieur de la montre;
- la coupelle 12 peut être montée dans son logement du boítier 2 de manière à laisser un chemin de fuite le long de sa paroi extérieure pour faire diffuser les gaz à faible variation de pression vers l'extérieur le long de sa paroi extérieure.
Claims (12)
- Appareillage portable étanche capable de subir une immersion jusqu'à une profondeur prédéterminée de liquide tel que l'eau, notamment montre étanche, comportant un boítier (2) dans lequel est monté un transducteur sonore (11) de manière à communiquer de façon étanche aux fluides avec l'extérieur du boítier (2) par l'intermédiaire d'énergie sonore caractérisé en ce queledit transducteur sonore (11) est monté dans ledit boítier (2) en regard d'une membrane déformable (18) le séparant de façon étanche d'une cavité d'entrée (14, 15) qui est ménagée dans ledit boítier (2) et en communication directe avec l'extérieur, et en ce qu'entre la membrane (18) et ledit transducteur (11) est ménagée une chambre intermédiaire (19) admettant une déformation de ladite membrane sous l'action d'une pression statique extérieure et délimitée côté transducteur par un organe de soutien (12a) monté fixe dans le boítier et susceptible de limiter la déformation de la membrane en cas d'application de ladite pression extérieure.
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de soutien est une plaquette (12a) percée de trous (13) pour laisser passage à l'énergie sonore transmise à partir de ladite chambre d'entrée (14, 15) par l'intermédiaire de ladite membrane (18) ou transmise en sens inverse.
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaquette constitue le fond (12a) d'une coupelle (12) dans laquelle est disposée ledit transducteur sonore (11).
- Appareillage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (18) est maintenue entre deux bagues de montage (16, 17) fixées sur ledit organe de soutien (12a), la bague (16) se trouvant du côté dudit transducteur (11) déterminant intérieurement le volume de ladite chambre intermédiaire (19).
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite chambre intermédiaire (19) est mise en communication avec l'èxtérieur à travers des moyens (23) n'admettant une circulation gazeuse qu'en présence de variations lentes de la pression différentielle entre ladite chambre intermédiaire (19) et l'extérieur.
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens admettant une circulation gazeuse sont formés par au moins une pastille (23).
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens admettant une circulation gazeuse sont formés par un chemin de fuite reliant ladite chambre intermédiaire (19) à l'extérieur.
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite chambre intermédiaire (19) communique avec l'intérieur dudit boítier (2) à travers une première desdites pastilles (23) et en ce que le volume interne dudit boítier (2) communique avec l'extérieur à travers une seconde (28) desdites pastilles.
- Appareillage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (18) est réalisée en Mylar®.
- Appareillage suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (18) présente une épaisseur choisie entre 2 et 50 µm, et de préférence une épaisseur de 10 µm.
- Appareillage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite pastille est réalisée en Teflon® fritté ou en céramique.
- Appareillage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit transducteur sonore est un microphone (11) ou un hautparleur.
