Claims (6)
- Verdrängermaschine für kompressible Medien mit wenigstens zwei in einem Gehäuse (7'') angeordneten Förderräumen (11, 11'), welche spiralförmig von einem radial aussenliegenden Einlass (12, 12') zu einem radial innenliegenden Auslass (13) führen, und einem im Betrieb eine kreisende, verdrehungsfreie Bewegung ausführenden Verdränger (1) mit einer Scheibe (2) und an einer Seite der Scheibe (2) angeordneten spiralförmigen Leisten (3, 3'), die in radialer Richtung gesehen äussere und innere, mit äusseren und inneren Zylinderwänden (14, 14', 15, 15') der Förderräume (11, 11') zusammenwirkende Dichtflächen (30, 30', 31, 31') aufweisen, um im Betrieb vom Einlass (12, 12') zum Aus-lass (13) bewegte Arbeitskammern (41, 42, 43, 44) zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren und inneren Dichtflächen (30, 30', 31, 31') der Leisten (3, 3'), in Umfangsrichtung gesehen, versetzt sind, um in einem gleichmässigen Drehwinkelabstand der Bewegung des Verdrängers (1) je eine Arbeitskammer (41, 42, 43, 44) zu bilden.
- Verdrängermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren und inneren Dichtflächen (30, 30', 31, 31') einlassseitig Anfänge (32, 33) aufweisen, die derart auf den Leisten (3, 3') angeordnet sind, dass wenigstens annähernd im Drehwinkelabstand von 90° jeweils eine Arbeitskammer (41, 42, 43, 44) geschlossen wird.
- Verdrängermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren und inneren Dichtflächen (30, 30', 31, 31') auslassseitig Enden (34, 35) aufweisen, die derart auf den Leisten (3, 3') angeordnet sind, dass wenigstens annähernd im Drehwinkelabstand von 90° jeweils eine Arbeitskammer (41, 42, 43, 44) geöffnet wird.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Seite der Scheibe (2) zwei Leisten (3, 3') um 180° versetzt angeordnet sind und an jeder Leiste (3, 3') die äussere Dichtfläche (30, 30') relativ zur inneren Dichtfläche (31, 31') um wenigstens annähernd einem Drehwinkelabstand von 90° entsprechend, versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einlassseitigen Anfänge (32, 33) und auslassseitige Enden (34, 35) der äusseren und inneren Dichtfläche (30, 30' ,31, 31') derart an den Leisten (3, 3') angeordnet sind, dass die Arbeitskammern (41, 42, 43, 44) beim Schliessen wenigstens annähernd gleich gross und beim Öffnen wenigstens annähernd gleich gross sind.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Seiten der Scheibe (2), zu dieser spiegelsymmetrisch, mit zugeordneten Förderräumen (11, 11') zusammenwirkende Leisten (3, 3') angeordnet sind.
