Abstract
Description
- un premier flacon destiné à contenir un premier produit, ce flacon étant ouvert à sa base en forme de jupe et étant muni, au sommet, d'un embout de distribution;
- des moyens de raccordement fixés sur la base du premier flacon, comportant une cheminée centrale propre à recevoir en partie haute un obturateur séparable permettant la fermeture du premier flacon;
- un deuxième flacon destiné à contenir un second produit, muni d'un goulot apte à être engagé dans ladite cheminée centrale, ce goulot étant équipé d'un moyen de fermeture amovible, le goulot portant des moyens d'entraínement pour, après enlèvement du moyen de fermeture, coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires prévus sur la cheminée centrale, pour permettre l'expulsion de l'obturateur et permettre le mélange des deux produits.
- les figures 1A et 1B représentent un mode de réalisation du dispositif, lors du montage du récipient contenant un produit pulvérulent ou à forte viscosité, sur le reste du dispositif (figure 1A), et lors de la réalisation du mélange (figure 1B); et
- la figure 2 représente le récipient contenant un produit pulvérulent ou à forte viscosité, avant montage sur le dispositif.
Claims (16)
- Dispositif (1) pour le mélange extemporané d'au moins deux produits, comprenant :a) un pot (27) destiné à recevoir un premier produit, et dont un bord libre (31) délimite une ouverture (30) de section voisine de celle du pot (27);b) un récipient supérieur (2) destiné à contenir un second produit et dont une première extrémité (38) est surmontée par un embout de distribution (6) présentant un orifice (8) pour la distribution du mélange;c) un élément intermédiaire (14) dont une première extrémité (22), destinée à être montée de manière étanche sur l'ouverture (30) du pot (27), définit une ouverture de section voisine de l'ouverture (30) du pot, et dont une seconde extrémité (15), opposée à la première, est destinée à être montée de manière étanche sur une seconde extrémité (10) du récipient supérieur (2), opposée à la première (38), un moyen d'obturation (21) obturant de manière amovible une ouverture (20) située entre le récipient supérieur (2) et l'élément intermédiaire (14), ledit élément intermédiaire (14) définissant avec le pot (27) un volume au moins égal au volume du mélange; etd) des moyens (36, 37) pour provoquer l'expulsion de l'organe d'obturation (21) et la réalisation du mélange dans le volume défini par le pot (27) et par l'élément intermédiaire (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le premier produit est un produit non liquide, notamment une poudre ou un produit à forte viscosité, le second produit étant un produit liquide.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le volume défini par l'élément intermédiaire (14) est au moins égal au volume dudit second produit contenu dans le récipient supérieur (2), le premier produit occupant avant le mélange, sensiblement tout le volume du pot (27).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le volume défini par le pot et par l'élément intermédiaire est de section sensiblement droite, ou variant de façon progressive dans un sens ou dans l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'obturation (21) comprennent un bouchon porté par une jupe axiale (18) portée par une paroi annulaire transversale (39) située au voisinage de la seconde extrémité (15) de l'élément intermédiaire (14), et dont un bord libre (19) délimite ladite ouverture (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (21) est monté sur la jupe axiale (18) par claquage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour provoquer l'expulsion de l'organe d'obturation comprennent une tige axiale (37) portée par une surface du bouchon (21) située à l'intérieur de l'élément intermédiaire (14), ladite tige (37) étant apte, lors du montage du pot (27) sur l'élément intermédiaire (14), à venir en engagement avec un organe en saillie (36) disposé axialement dans le fond du pot (27), et à provoquer l'expulsion du bouchon (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que la tige (37) est de longueur légèrement inférieure à la hauteur axiale de l'élément intermédiaire (14), de sorte que, avant d'être monté sur le pot, l'élément intermédiaire (14) puisse reposer sur une surface plane sans provoquer l'expulsion de l'organe d'obturation (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la première extrémité (22) de l'élément intermédiaire (14) est montée de manière étanche sur l'ouverture (30) du pot (27) par vissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce qu'un col (32) est formé au voisinage de l'ouverture (30) du pot, ledit col (32) comprenant un filetage (26) sur une surface externe, et destiné à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant (25) prévu sur une surface interne de l'élément intermédiaire (14), au voisinage de la première extrémité (22), une jupe interne (28) de diamètre externe légèrement inférieur au diamètre interne du col (32) étant portée par la première extrémité (22) de l'élément intermédiaire (14) de manière à assurer un montage étanche du pot (27) sur l'élément intermédiaire (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la seconde extrémité (15) de l'élément intermédiaire (14) est montée de manière étanche sur la seconde extrémité (10) du récipient supérieur (2), par vissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce qu'un col (11) est formé au voisinage de la seconde extrémité (10) du récipient supérieur, ledit col (11) comprenant un filetage (12) sur une surface externe, et destiné à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant (13) prévu sur une surface interne de l'élément intermédiaire (14), au voisinage de la seconde extrémité (15), une jupe interne (16) de diamètre externe légèrement inférieur au diamètre interne du col (11) étant portée par ladite paroi annulaire transversale (39) de l'élément intermédiaire (14) de manière à assurer un montage étanche du récipient supérieur (2) sur l'élément intermédiaire (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que, avant d'être monté sur l'élément intermédiaire, en vue de la réalisation du mélange, le pot (27) est obturé par un couvercle vissé (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout de distribution (6) est vissé sur la première extrémité (38) du récipient supérieur (2), l'orifice (8) étant obturé par une patte sécable (9), à casser avant la distribution du mélange.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le mélange est un produit d'application capillaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le second produit est un produit oxydant sous forme liquide, le premier produit étant un colorant sous forme d'une poudre ou d'un produit à forte viscosité.
