Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Vergasung von Abfallstoffen. Um auch bei verhältnismäßig geringen Durchsätzen einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Vergasung in einem Vergaser (1) mit einem flüssigen, rotierenden Schlackebad (2) erfolgt. Das Schlackebad (2) wird vorzugsweise durch tangentiale Einleitung des Vergasungsmittels und/oder zumindest eines Teiles der Abfallstoffe in rotierende Bewegung versetzt. Während Abfallstoffe mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 5 mm oberhalb des Schlackebades (2) in den Vergaser (1) eingegeben werden, werden größere Abfallstoffe direkt in das Schlackebad eingebracht. The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for gasifying waste materials. In order to enable economical operation even with relatively low throughputs, it is proposed that the gasification takes place in a gasifier (1) with a liquid, rotating slag bath (2). The slag bath (2) is preferably set in rotating motion by tangential introduction of the gasification agent and / or at least some of the waste materials. While waste materials with a diameter of up to 5 mm above the slag bath (2) are fed into the gasifier (1), larger waste materials are introduced directly into the slag bath.
