Claims (16)

  1. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel (6; 8) für eine Erdölgewinnungsanlage, wobei dieser Sockel dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Meeresboden zu liegen, und einen Rohrverteiler (10; 10') trägt, um eine dichte Verbindung zwischen einer Rohrleitung (12), die von einer Unterwasserstruktur (2; 3) wie etwa einem Unterwasser-Ölbohrungskopf ankommt, und wenigstens einem Abschlußteil (17; 18; 20; 21) wenigstens eines Teilstücks (5, 7, 9) einer flexiblen Rohrleitung herzustellen, wobei der Rohrverteiler (10; 10') außerdem einen Flansch (11) für die Verbindung mit der Rohrleitung (12), die von der Unterwasserstruktur (2; 3) ankommt, umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel Mittel umfaßt, um die Achse (H) des Verbindungsflansches (11) in eine ausgewählte Richtung zu orientieren, bevor die Verbindung des Flansches mit der Rohrleitung (12) hergestellt wird.
  2. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Rohrleitung (12) mit einer Kupplung versehen ist, die ein Verriegelungsorgan aufweist, das durch die Wirkung der Schwerkraft in eine Verriegelungsstellung gelangen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausgewählte Richtung bei einer Winkeltoleranz kleiner oder gleich 10° und vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 5° der Vertikalen entspricht.
  3. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen festen Rahmen (31), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Meeresboden zu liegen, sowie eine Platte (32) aufweist, die in bezug auf den Rahmen orientierbar ist ist und auf der der Rohrverteiler (10; 10') befestigt ist.
  4. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (32) durch ein Kardangelenk mit dem Rahmen (31) verbunden ist.
  5. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel aufweist, um den Verbindungsflansch (11) in der ausgewählten Position anzuordnen und zu halten.
  6. Rohrverteiler-Trägersockel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel (67) für die lösbare Befestigung eines Portalrahmens (60) aufweist, der für die Anordnung und/oder die Wiedergewinnung des auf dem Meeresboden angeordneten Sockels verwendet wird.
  7. Offshore-Erdölgewinnungsanlage (1), die zwei Sockel (6, 8) umfaßt, wovon wenigstens einer wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert beschaffen ist, wobei jeder Sockel auf dem Meeresboden liegt und einen Rohrverteiler (10; 10') trägt, der an zwei Enden mit zwei Endansätzen entsprechender Teilstücke (5, 7; 7, 9) flexibler Rohrfeitungen verbunden ist, die am Rohrverteiler (10; 10') im wesentlichen in der gegenseitigen Verlängerung befestigt sind, wobei jeder Rohrverteiler (10; 10') außerdem einen Flansch (11) für die dichte Verbindung mit einer Rohrleitung (12) aufweist, die von einer Unterwasserstruktur wie etwa einem Ölbohrungskopf (2; 3) ankommt, wobei die Rohrverteiler (10; 10') der beiden Sockel (6; 8) miteinander an einem Ende über ein Teilstück (7) einer flexiblen Rohrleitung verbunden sind und am anderen Ende über entsprechende Teilstücke (5, 9) flexibler Rohrleitungen mit einer Überwasser-Gewinnungsanlage (4) verbunden sind.
  8. Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschnitte der flexiblen Rohrleitungen in der Nähe der festen Ansätze am Rohrverteiler jeweils in einem mit dem Sockel (6; 8) fest verbundenen Krümmungsbegrenzungsorgan (56) gleiten können.
  9. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Krümmungsbegrenzungsorgan (56) durch eine Gruppe (56) von Wirbeln (57, 58) gebildet ist, die mit einem Ende am Sockel (6, 8) befestigt ist und in der der Abschnitt der Rohrleitung in der Nähe des festen Ansatzes des Rohrverteilers gleiten kann.
  10. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrverteiler jeweils die allgemeine Form eines T besitzen, wobei der Verbindungsflansch (11) mit der Rohrleitung (12), die von der zugeordneten Unterwasserstruktur ankommt, vom Hauptschenkel des T getragen wird.
  11. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer (8) der beiden Sockel einen Schieber (14) trägt, der die Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen den Rohrverteilern (10, 10'), die sich auf den beiden Sockeln (6, 8) befinden, oder deren Trennung ermöglicht.
  12. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, die ein Leitungsnetz für die Fernsteuerung von Unterwasserorganen wie etwa von Schiebern aufweist, das aus nabelschnurartigen Rohrleitungen gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Netz eine erste Nabelschnur, die die Überwasser-Gewinnungsanlage mit einem ersten Sockel (6) verbindet, sowie eine zweite Nabelschnur aufweist, die den ersten Sockel mit dem zweiten Sockel (8) verbindet.
  13. Verfahren zum Anordnen einer Erdölanlage, wobei diese Anlage zwei Sockel (6, 8) umfaßt, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf dem Meeresboden angeordnet zu werden, wobei wenigstens ein Sockel wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert beschaffen ist, wobei jeder Sockel (6, 8) einen Rohrverteiler (10; 10') trägt, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit zwei Enden mit zwei entsprechenden Teilstücken (5, 7; 7, 9) flexibler Rohrleitungen verbunden zu werden, die am Rohrverteiler (10; 10') im wesentlichen in der gegenseitigen Verlängerung befestigt sind, wobei jeder Rohrverteiler außerdem einen Flansch (11) für die dichte Verbindung mit einer Rohrleitung (12) aufweist, die von einer Unterwasserstruktur (2; 3) wie etwa einem Ölbohrungskopf ankommt, wobei die Rohrverteiler dazu bestimmt sind, miteinander an einem Ende über ein Teilstück (7) einer flexiblen Rohrleitung und am anderen Ende über entsprechende Teilstücke (5, 9) flexibler Rohrleitungen mit einer Überwasser-Gewinnungsanlage (4) verbunden zu werden, wobei dieses Anordnungsverfahren die Schritte umfaßt, die darin bestehen, nacheinander:
    mittels eines Montageschiffes auf dem Boden ein erstes Teilstück (9) einer flexiblen Rohrleitung abzurollen,
    einen ersten Sockel (8), der vorher mit dem ersten Teilstück und mit einem zweiten Teilstück verbunden worden ist, zu Wasser zu lassen und dabei den Anfang des zweiten Teilstücks und das Ende des ersten abzurollen,
    auf dem Boden das zweite Teilstück der flexiblen Rohrleitung (7) abzurollen,
    den zweiten Sockel (16), der vorher mit dem zweiten Teilstück und mit einem dritten Teilstück einer flexiblen Rohrleitung verbunden worden ist, zu Wasser zu lassen und dabei den Anfang des dritten Teilstücks und das Ende des zweiten abzurollen und
    auf dem Boden das dritte Teilstück der flexiblen Rohrleitung abzurollen,
       wobei das Montageschiff im wesentlichen eine Schleife fährt, um die drei Rohrleitungsteilstücke (9, 7, 5) anzuordnen.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zu-Wasser-Lassen jedes Sockels (6, 8) erfolgt, während der Sockel über zwei Seile (74, 75) mit dem Montageschiff verbunden ist, wobei ein erstes Seil (74) am hinteren Ende des Sockels befestigt ist und ein zweites Seil (75) an einem starren Portalrahmen (60), der am Sockel angelenkt ist, befestigt ist, wobei nur das Seil (74), das mit dem hinteren Ende des Sockels verbunden ist, dazu dient, den Sockel zu einer ersten Absenkzeit zu halten, wobei die Spannung in diesem Seil gelöst wird, wenn der Sockel eine bestimmte Tiefe erreicht, wobei das am Portalrahmen (60) befestigte Seil (75) dann dazu dient, den Sockel in eine im wesentlichen horizontale Stellung zu bringen und ihn anschließend zu halten, bis er auf dem Meeresboden angeordnet ist.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Portalrahmen (60) am Sockel lösbar in der Weise befestigt ist, daß er nach der Anordnung des Sockels wiedergewonnen werden und der Anordnung des folgenden Sockels dienen kann.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Portalrahmen (60) wenigstens ein Drehbetätigungsorgan (63) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, durch einen Roboter betätigt zu werden, wobei dieses Drehbetätigungsorgan über eine Kraftübertragung (64) mit einem Mechanismus verbunden ist, der die Drehung des Organs (63) in eine Entriegelungsbewegung eines Hakens (66), mit dem der Portalrahmen (60) am Sockel befestigt ist, umwandeln kann.
