Claims (6)
- Dispositif de transfert (18) positionné entre une première enceinte (16) et une deuxième enceinte (19) de traitement métallurgique de produits sidérurgiques (1, 2) initialement disposés sur des longerons fixes (23), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un châssis muni d'un assemblage constitué par la juxtaposition d'une pluralité de longerons mobiles (24) et éventuellement d'une pluralité de rouleaux (30), ceux-ci étant positionnés entre la première enceinte (16) de traitement et la deuxième enceinte (19) de traitement, et à l'extrémité d'une ligne de transfert (20) des produits sidérurgiques (2), lesdits longerons mobiles (24) coopérant à la fois avec un châssis (25) de levage/dépose et avec un châssis de translation (26) avant/arrière, lesdits châssis (25, 26) permettant de faire décrire un mouvement de pas rectangulaire aux longerons mobiles (24), de manière à assurer, le transfert des produits sidérurgiques (1, 2) entre la première et la seconde enceinte, ou le transfert des produits entre la ligne de transfert (20) et la première enceinte (16) ou entre la ligne de transfert (20) et la seconde enceinte (19).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les longerons fixes (23) sont positionnés au sein de la première enceinte (16) de traitement métallurgique et de la seconde enceinte (19).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (25) de levage/dépose est pourvu de moyens de levage (27).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (26) de translation avant/arrière est pourvu de moyens de translation (28).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les longerons mobiles (24) décrivent un mouvement de pas rectangulaire comportant quatre phases : un mouvement de levage, un mouvement de translation avant, un mouvement de dépose, un mouvement de translation arrière.
- Installation de traitement métallurgique de produits sidérurgiques mettant en oeuvre le dispositif de transfert (18) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une première enceinte (16) dont l'une des extrémités débouche en face du dispositif de transfert (18), qui assure la continuité avec une deuxième enceinte (19), le transfert des produits sidérurgiques s'effectuant soit à partir de ladite première enceinte (16) vers ladite seconde enceinte (19), soit à partir de ladite ligne de transfert (20) vers la première enceinte (16) ou vers la seconde enceinte (19), soit à partir de la première enceinte (16) ou de la seconde enceinte (19) vers la ligne de transfert (20).
