  • Each bearing component 23 is of annular shape along axis A and comprises a first section 33a interposed between the relative bush 25 and a lateral surface of the relative hole 26 of plate 15 and a second section 33b which in service projects axially towards the door 2 in relation to the bush 25 itself and to the plate 15 and arranged to meet the end of the relative hole 31 in door 2.
  • Each bush 25 comprises a main part 34 engaging in the respective holes 26, 27 of the plates 15, 16 and an end head 35, essentially of oblong form, having a maximum length greater than the external diameter of the portion 34 and placed to bear against the plate 16 by interposing the relevant bearing component 24. More precisely, the head 35 of each bush 25 is defined by two flat surfaces 36 parallel to each other, essentially tangential to the external surface of portion 34, and by two curved surfaces 37 convex towards the outside, facing away from each other, extending between opposing ends of the surfaces 36 and defining in association with their own central positions the maximum length of the head 35 (Fig. 6).
  • Each bearing component 24 comprises a cylindrical annular portion 38 interposed between the portion 34 of the relative bush 25 and a lateral surface of the relative hole'27 of plate 16, and a recessed portion 39 housing the head 35 of the bush 25 and having a drilled bottom wall 40 engaging with the portion 34 of bush 25 and interposed between the head 35 and the plate 16.
  • the portions 39 are achieved by integral pressing of the shell 17 in the manufacturing position, in which they protrude externally from the shell 17 and are connected thereto by means of relative strips 41, which can be folded back from the manufacturing position into the service position, in which they house the heads 35 of the respective bushes 25.
  • the shell 17 fulfils a containment function for the closure mechanism; the shell 17 can thus be advantageously manufactured from relatively yielding material, also allowing by means of the bearing components 23, 24 to achieve the important function of preventing direct metal contacts between the plates 15, 16 and the door 2 and between the latter and the securing components 19.
  • the lock 1 as an assembly is thus "isolated" from the door 2 thus allowing a considerable reduction in the propagation of noises from the lock 1 itself, as noted during the closure and opening phases, towards the outside and towards the inside of the motor vehicle cell.
  • the shell 17 made of relatively yielding materials allows following closure, slight displacements of lock 1 in relation to the relative striker in such a manner as to compensate for the inevitable assembly play between the door 2 and the respective upright and to greatly reduce the elastic distortion of the door (2) itself, and thereby the consequent emission of unwanted noises during the opening phase.
  • the surrounding 5 could comprise a single plate 15 integrally connected with the door 2 by a plurality of securing components 19; in that case the shell 17 should thus be replaced by components made of relatively yielding materials and allowing their interposition in service, between the plate 15 and the door 2 and between the latter and each of the securing components 19.
  • lock 1 could be fitted to the upright of the door 2 and could cooperate with a striker which is integral with the said door.

Claims (12)

  1. Serrure (1 ) pour une porte (2) de véhicule automobile, comprenant un corps extérieur (11) ayant au moins une première plaque métallique (15) prévue pour être fixée à une portion de la carrosserie (2) du véhicule par le biais de moyens de fixation métalliques (19), un mécanisme de fermeture (7) porté par ladite première plaque (15) et ayant une fourche (8) se déplaçant entre deux positions opérationnelles, respectivement ouvrant et fermant ladite serrure (1), une butée (9) prévue pour verrouiller ladite fourche (8) de manière détachable dans ladite position opérationnelle de fermeture, et un mécanisme d'actionnement (12) pour actionner ledit mécanisme de fermeture (7), caractérisée en ce que ledit corps extérieur (11) comprend une coque (17) en un matériau relativement souple prévu pour loger ledit mécanisme de fermeture (7) et ayant des moyens de support intégrés (23, 24) interposés entre ladite première plaque (15) et ladite portion de la carrosserie (2) et entre ladite première plaque (15) et ledit moyen de fixation (19) pour empêcher un contact direct métal sur métal.
  2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen de fixation comprend une pluralité de composants de fixation métalliques (19), chacun étant pourvu d'une douille métallique (25) engageant un premier trou de passage relatif (26) dans ladite première plaque (15), ayant une surface interne radiale (28) au moins partiellement filetée, et agencé pour être engagé en fonctionnement par une vis de connexion (30) pour connecter ladite première plaque (15) à ladite portion de la carrosserie (2), lesdits moyens de support de ladite coque (17) comprenant, pour chaque dit composant de fixation (19), un premier composant de support (23) de forme annulaire, interposé entre ladite douille métallique (25) et la paroi latérale dudit trou de passage relatif (26) de ladite première plaque (15), et comprenant en fonctionnement une section (33b) faisant saillie axialement vers ladite portion de la carrosserie (2) par rapport à ladite douille (25) et par rapport à ladite première plaque (15) et placée de manière à presser contre ladite portion de la carrosserie (2).
  3. Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps extérieur (11) comprend une deuxième plaque métallique (16) coopérant avec ladite coque (17) du côté opposé de ladite première plaque (15) et fixée à ladite première plaque (15) et à ladite portion de la carrosserie (2) au moyen desdits composants de fixation (19), lesdits moyens de support de ladite coque (17) comprenant, pour chaque dit composant de fixation (19), un deuxième composant de support (24) interposé entre ladite deuxième plaque (16) et le composant de fixation (19) lui-même.
  4. Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque dite douille (25) a une portion principale (34) engageant un dit premier trou de passage relatif (26) de ladite première plaque (15) et un deuxième trou de passage relatif (27) dans ladite deuxième plaque (16), et une tête d'extrémité (35) ayant une dimension maximale supérieure au diamètre extérieur de ladite portion principale (34), chaque dit premier composant de support (23) étant interposé entre ladite portion principale (34) de ladite douille relative (25) et une surface latérale dudit premier trou relatif (26), chaque dit deuxième composant de support (24) étant interposé entre ladite portion principale (34) de ladite douille relative (25) et ladite deuxième plaque (16) et entre ladite tête d'extrémité (35) de ladite douille (25) et la deuxième plaque (16) elle-même.
  5. Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque dit deuxième composant de support (24) comprend une portion annulaire cylindrique (38) interposée entre ladite portion principale (34) de ladite douille relative (25) et une surface latérale dudit deuxième trou relatif (27) dans ladite deuxième plaque (16), et une portion de type coupelle (39) logeant ladite tête d'extrémité (35) de ladite douille (25) et ayant une paroi inférieure perforée (40), engagée par ladite portion principale (34) et interposée entre ladite tête d'extrémité (35) et ladite deuxième plaque (16).
  6. Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdites portions de type coupelle (39) sont réalisées par pressage intégral sur ladite coque (17) dans une position de fabrication, dans laquelle elles font saillie vers l'extérieur depuis ladite coque (17) et lui sont fixées au moyen de bandes relatives (41) et sont arrangées pour se replier pour correspondre auxdites bandes (41) depuis lesdites positions de fabrication dans une position de service, dans lesquelles sont logées lesdites têtes d'extrémité respectives (35) desdites douilles (25).
  7. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est du type modulaire et qu'elle comprend un module de fermeture (3) et un module d'actionnement (4), ledit module de fermeture (3) comprenant une enveloppe externe (5) définie par lesdites première et deuxième plaques (15, 16) et ladite coque (17) et logeant ledit mécanisme de fermeture (7).
  8. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite coque (17) est produite en un matériau en plastique relativement mou.
  9. Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau en plastique relativement mou est de la résine de polyuréthanne.
  10. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite coque (17) est produite en un matériau élastiquement déformable.
  11. Serrure selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau élastiquement déformable est un matériau élastomère.
  12. Serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite portion de la carrosserie (2) du véhicule est constituée par ladite porte (2).
