Abstract
Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue très schématique d'une fraction d'un mur rideau pour façade d'immeuble, illustrant l'armature de support des panneaux, vitrés ou non, logés dans cette façade.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en coupe transversale partielle d'un dispositif de fixation et de maintien des panneaux d'un mur rideau, selon l'état de la technique antérieure.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en perspective du dispositif selon l'invention pour le maintien dans l'armature de support des panneaux vitrés.
- Les Figures 4 et 5 sont des vues respectivement en coupes horizontale et verticale, du dispositif de la Figure 3.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de maintien de panneaux juxtaposés, vitrés ou non, d'un mur rideau vertical pour façade d'immeuble ou analogue, par l'intermédiaire d'une armature de support (2) comportant des montants verticaux continus (3) et des traverses horizontales (4) de liaison entre ces montants verticaux, pour délimiter avec ceux-ci des alvéoles de réception (5) pour chacun de ces panneaux (6) appliqué sur le fond d'une feuillure ouverte ménagée dans l'alvéole recevant ce panneau contre un joint d'étanchéité (20) monté dans le fond de la feuillure et porté par ces montants et traverses, ce joint étant en appui sur le bord périphérique du panneau, celui-ci reposant sur sa partie inférieure dans la feuillure par l'intermédiaire de cales de positionnement ou similaires (26), portées par les traverses, par l'intermédiaire des pièces (25) se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte, fixé sur les traverses horizontales (4) exclusivement, un profilé d'étanchéité en Z (22) s'étendant selon la longueur des traverses, ce profilé étant d'une part solidarisé dans chaque alvéole de la traverse par une des ailes du Z et venant d'autre part coiffer le panneau situé en dessous de la traverse selon le bord supérieur de ce panneau, et au moins un organe de serrage (21) qui s'appuie sur le bord supérieur du panneau coiffé par le profilé en Z et également sur le bord inférieur du panneau situé au-dessus, cet organe de serrage étant fixé à la traverse disposée entre les deux panneaux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte éventuellement, fixés sur les montants verticaux (3) de l'armature de support (2), des organes de serrage complémentaires (23) qui s'appuient sur les bords latéraux des panneaux (6).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes de serrage (21) qui maintiennent les bords supérieur et inférieur de chaque panneau (6), et les organes de serrage (23) qui s'appuient sur les bords latéraux de ce panneau, comportent dans leur surface en regard de celui-ci, un revêtement élastique pour éviter la détérioration du panneau.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes de serrage (21,23) comportent dans leur surface opposée à celle qui s'appuie sur les panneaux (6), des moyens d'accrochage (31) permettant d'y fixer par l'extérieur, de préférence à la manière d'un clip, un capot décoratif (24), qui s'étend avantageusement sur tout ou partie de la longueur des traverses horizontales ou des montants verticaux.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque traverse (4) comporte une extension médiane (11) en saillie vers l'extérieur, sur laquelle sont immobilisés respectivement le profilé d'étanchéité en Z (22) de recouvrement du panneau (6) situé en dessous et les organes de serrage des deux panneaux situés au-dessus et au-dessous de la traverse.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé d'étanchéité en Z (22) est réalisé en un matériau plastique souple du genre néoprène ou PVC, ou encore en caoutchouc synthétique du genre EPDM.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les organes de serrage (21, 23) sont réalisés en métal ou en matière plastique, notamment en polyamide.
