Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication dune boíte comportant un étui (1) formant le corps de la boíte réalisé dans un matériau composite en carton recouvert à l'intérieur par une couche isolante (7) et une couche en matière synthétique appliquée sur celle-ci, dans lequel l'étui est enroulé vers l'extérieur au niveau d'une de ses faces frontales pour former un bord roulé (5), dans lequel on scelle ensuite sur l'aréte supérieure du bord roulé une membrane d'obturation (3) et dans lequel on fixe sur la face frontale opposée, après remplissage de la boíte, un fond (2), caractérisé en ce que l'étui (1) est conformé conique vers l'intérieur au niveau d'une de ses faces frontales sur une distance supérieure à la circonférence du bord roulé (5) de telle sorte que le diamètre extérieur dans la zone du bec d'attaque rétréci est inférieur au diamètre extérieur de l'étui d'environ le double du diamètre du bord roulé, en ce qu'ensuite on enroule vers l'extérieur la face frontale pour former le bord roulé et que l'on applique consécutivement par scellement la membrane d'obturation (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étui est conformé conique vers l'intérieur sur une longueur (1) correspondant approximativement à la circonférence du bord roulé.
  3. Boíte en matériau composite en carton comportant un corps de boíte et un bord roulé enroulé vers l'extérieur (5) réalisée conformément au procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'étui présente sous le bord roulé une partie conique dont la longueur (1) correspond approximativement à la circonférence du bord roulé, et en ce qu'au niveau du bord roulé (5), l'étui (1) présente un diamètre extérieur correspondant approximativement au diamètre extérieur de l'étui (1) dans la zone non déformée.
  4. Boíte en matériau composite en carton selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un couvercle cloche (4) fait fonction de fermeture réutilisable, couvercle présentant au niveau de son bord (1) recouvrant le bord roulé (5) sur la face intérieure un bourrelet annulaire (10) passant en-dessous du bord roulé (5) en le maintenant à enclipsage.
