Claims (10)
- Machine de pose par succion de composants (20) sur cartes imprimées (60), comprenant :un transporteur (1, 2) de réception de cartes imprimées ;une table (5) porte-chargeurs, de réception d'une batterie de chargeurs (6) de composants ;une tourelle (4) porte-buses (8), avec des moyens de présentation, d'avance (11), de saisie (8), de positionnement (12, 13) et de pose des composants (15) sur les cartes (60), etdes moyens de pilotage (17), caractérisée par le fait que la tourelle (4) et ses moyens (11-16) de présentation, d'avance, de saisie, de positionnement et de pose de composants et les moyens de pilotage (17) sont agencés pour la pose d'étiquettes (20) en tant que composants, la machine comprenant des moyens (34) de détection du bord antérieur (35) des étiquettes (20), afin de permettre leur saisie précise par les buses (8), pour tenir compte de l'imprécision de leur longueur.
- Machine de pose selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle il est prévu des moyens (24) pour arrêter les étiquettes (20) avant leur saisie par les buses (8).
- Machine de pose selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle les moyens d'arrêt (24) sont commandés par les moyens de détection (34).
- Machine de pose selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle les moyens de détection (34) commandent les moyens d'arrêt (24) après pré-décollement des étiquettes (20), pour faciliter leur décollement final, par succion, d'une bande transporteuse (21).
- Machine de pose selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle les moyens pour arrêter les étiquettes (20) comprennent un moteur électrique (24) d'avance d'étiquettes, les moyens (11) d'avance des autres composants étant des moyens mécaniques.
- Machine de pose selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle, des composants pouvant être posés simultanément sur plusieurs cartes imprimées (60), les moyens de pilotage (17) sont agencés pour poser plusieurs mêmes étiquettes successives (20), respectivement sur les cartes (60), avant et après la pose sur les cartes (60) d'une pluralité d'autres composants.
- Machine de pose selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, comprenant un chargeur d'étiquettes comportant une bobine émettrice (22) et une bobine réceptrice (23) d'une bande (21) transporteuse d'étiquettes (20) collées sur la bande, le moteur (24) d'entraínement de la bande (21) et d'avance des étiquettes (20) et des moyens (26, 29, 30) de pré-décollement des étiquettes (20).
- Machine de pose selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les moyens de pré-décollement des étiquettes (20) comprennent un bec (26) de détour.
- Machine de pose selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le bec de détour (26) est prolongé, au-delà d'un canal (29) de rebroussement de la bande (21), par un berceau (30) de sustentation d'étiquette (20).
- Machine de pose selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel les moyens (34) de détection du bord antérieur (35) des étiquettes (20) sont prévus adjacents aux moyens (30) de pré-décollement des étiquettes (20).
