Abstract

Ein Stanz-Prägewerkzeug weist eine in einer Bohrung eines Preßstempels (5) verschiebbare Nietnadel (4) auf. Das Werkzeug besteht aus einem Hydraulikzylinder (1) mit zwei Kolben (2, 3), bei denen der eine Kolben (2) die Nietnadel (4) und der andere Kolben (3) den Preßstempel (5) trägt. Der Raum (8) zwischen den Kolben (2, 3) ist mit einem volumenveränderlichen Druckraum (16) verbunden. Der Zylinderraum, der dem einen Kolben (2) zugewandt ist, ist mit einem Druckzylinder (12) verbunden. Nachdem ein Niet unter die Nietnadel (4) zugeführt wurde, wird der Druckzylinder (12) aktiviert und eine Drossel (15) zwischen dem Raum (8) zwischen den Kolben (2, 3) und dem Druckraum (16) zwischengeschaltet. Hierbei wird der Stanzvorgang ausgeführt und sodann der eine Kolben (2) in Richtung des anderen Kolbens (3) gedrückt, wobei dann zur Ausführung des Prägevorgangs der eine Kolben (2) auf dem anderen Kolben (3) aufliegt.
