- une première chambre délimitée par la paroi latérale et le déflecteur,
- une deuxième chambre délimitée par le moteur et les ailettes de la roue du ventilateur, et
- une troisième chambre délimitée par le déflecteur, le couvercle et la roue du ventilateur.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du filtre,
- la figure 2 montre la circulation de l'air au sein du dispositif selon l'invention,
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus en perspective du couvercle,
- la figure 4 est une coupe A-A de la figure 1 montrant la roue du ventilateur,
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessus du couvercle.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de ventilation en surpression d'un filtre à air (4, 5) de masque à gaz intégré dans un boítier (2) fermé par un couvercle (3), constitué d'un ventilateur (8) centrifuge sans volute connecté en amont du filtre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un support (14) solidaire du couvercle du filtre permettant de centrer le moteur (9) et la roue (10) du ventilateur (8) sur l'axe longitudinal du filtre, de façon à obtenir un fonctionnement axial du ventilateur (8).
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) est muni d'un puit (13) de réception du support (14), comportant une première paroi latérale (15) coopérant avec les moyens de raccordement (22), une seconde paroi latérale (16) prolongeant la première et une paroi de fond (17) munie d'orifices (18) de passage de l'air.
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des lamelles (29) sont fixées à la seconde paroi latérale (16) et au fond (17) pour canaliser l'air vers les orifices (18) de passage.
- Dispositif de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (14) est constitué d'un capot (19) de centrage du moteur (9) ajusté de manière amovible sur le couvercle (3).
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un déflecteur (23) est disposé entre le support et la roue.
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le capot (19) se présente sous la forme d'un élément sensiblement cylindrique prolongé par une paroi latérale (21) munie de moyens de raccordement (22) au couvercle (3).
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (21) du capot est munie d'entrées d'air (28) et est prolongée côté interne par un repli délimitant le déflecteur (23).
- Dispositif de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une première chambre (25) délimitée par la paroi latérale (21) et le déflecteur (23),une deuxième chambre (26) délimitée par le moteur (9) et les ailettes (20) de la roue (10) du ventilateur, etune troisième chambre (27) délimitée par le déflecteur (23), le couvercle (3) et la roue (10) du ventilateur.
- Dispositif de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (21) du capot (3) délimite avec le déflecteur une fenêtre d'observation de la roue (10).
- Dispositif de ventilation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur (20) de la roue (10) est fixé rigidement à l'axe du moteur (9) supporté par un palier (30), ledit axe étant aligné sur l'axe B du filtre.
