Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bauteil, Werkzeugkörper oder dergleichen aus einem verschleißfesten Werkstoff, bestehend aus einer metallischen Matrix und in diese eingelagerte metallische Verbindungen sowie einem Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß im beanspruchten Bereich des Teiles im Gefüge anteilsmäßig zumindest 10 Vol.-% durch Verbindungen, deren metallischer Teil aus mindestens einem Element aus den Gruppen IV a und V A des Periodensystemes besteht, gebildet ist und die Verbindungen im Vergleich mit der Matrix eine unterschiedliche Dichte aufweisen.
