Definitions
- the invention relates to a venetian blind with a upper and at least one lower curtain made of slats exist and each have separate web bands, the one assigned individually by the curtains, independently of each other shafts driven by one motor each Reversible bearings are adjustable, with at least two shafts mounted one behind the other on a common top rail are.
- Venetian blinds of this type can e.g. B. used to im lower area of the store from direct glare from sunlight to protect while through the open Slat position in the upper area, enough light can to illuminate the room sufficiently.
- VDU workstations relevant where it is necessary to have a low-contrast, not too bright indirect lighting sure.
- the object of the invention is to provide a venetian blind create, in which the slat inclination of several curtains largely avoiding an obstacle to turning are adjustable in the fully closed position.
- the task is performed by a venetian blind the appended claim 1 solved.
- that the distance between the turning shafts is slightly larger than that Radius of the turning bearing is the turning bearing of a shaft axially offset from the swivel bearings of the adjacent reversing shaft are mounted. Due to the staggered arrangement of the turning bearings the depth of the venetian blind in the area of the top rail minimized so that e.g. B. a top rail with two integrated reversing shafts with a top rail a drive shaft is only about 50% deeper.
- the drive motors are those that are favorable in terms of installation space
- Asynchronous squirrel-cage rotators on the reduction gear drive the shafts of the turning bearings and for example by means of Hall sensors as angular momentum transmitters, which with at least interact with a magnet on the circumference of the motor shaft, can be controlled via control electronics.
- FIG. 1 to 6 of a Venetian blinds have a first top rail 10, an intermediate slat 14 and a lower rail 16.
- a main drive 18 for driving elevator bearings 20 and first turning bearings 22 of an upper curtain 24 via a first shaft 25 arranged.
- a power take-off 26 drives over a second shaft 27 second turning bearing 28 on a lower Curtain 30 are assigned.
- the first wave 25 and the second shaft 27 are parallel in one at the same height Distance to each other, which is slightly larger than the radius of the Turning bearing 22, 28 is. This arrangement, through the axial offset position of the turning bearings 22, 28 is allowed a top rail with a comparatively shallow depth.
- the slats 32 of the upper curtain 24 are at fastening points 34 hung on upper web bands 36, over the they are connected to the associated first turning bearings 22 are.
- the upper web bands 36 end laterally on the intermediate lamella 14 with the slats 32 of the upper curtain 24 turns.
- the lower curtain 30 has slats 40 which are suspended from lower web bands 42. These lower ones Web bands 42 are moved by the second turning bearings 28, turning tapes 44 are used for power transmission. This extend from the turning bearings 28 through a first bore 50 in the bottom of the top rail 10 and a second bore 52 in the intermediate lamella 14. As a result, the turning strips 44 guided in the middle of the upper curtain 24.
- a deflection roller for guiding the turning tapes 44 provided. From Fig. 6 it can be seen that the lower Web strips 42 represent extensions of the turning strips 44.
- the turning tapes and web tapes can also be separated executed from each other and with the help of connecting elements be coupled.
- the opening of the entire venetian blind is done by the main drive 18 taken over.
- the elevator belts are through an opening 58 in the top rail 10 and a guide bore 60 in the intermediate plate 14 in the middle of the upper and lower curtains 24, 30 performed and attached to the lower rail 16.
- the guidance of the turning tapes 44 as precisely as possible in the vertical Middle plane of the upper curtain 24, z. B. means two steel pins 62, in the bottom of the top rail 10 and holes in the upper slats 32 and the intermediate slat 14 is necessary because otherwise the turning of the Slats 32 of the upper curtain 24 would be hindered, especially in the fully closed position.
- FIG. 2 to 4 show the venetian blind in various possible Positions.
- Fig. 2 shows all the slats of the whole Venetian blinds in the open position, providing maximum room lighting is achieved.
- Fig. 3 represents the one opened above and closed adjustment of the slats 32, 40 below , which, as already mentioned at the beginning, is for VDU workstations recommends.
- the upper part of the room should be darkened be, e.g. B. for photo projections while to which the viewers want to take notes comes one Slat adjustment according to Fig. 4 into consideration.
- the drive shafts are appropriate in height offset from each other - in cross-section in a triangular Arrangement - to be arranged, the distances being adjacent Waves the distance between the waves 25, 27 of the illustrated embodiments should correspond.
- Slim asynchronous squirrel-cage rotors are suitable as drive motors, those using Hall sensors, those with preferably two on the output shaft of the respective motor arranged magnets work together as an angle encoder, can be controlled via control electronics, so that the respective blinds rotated into certain slat positions can be.
- the arrangement of Hall sensors and magnets on the output shafts of the motors allows sufficient finely graduated adjustment of the slat inclination because between the motors and the gearboxes with gearboxes large gear ratios are provided.
