Abstract

PCT No. PCT/EP97/00041 Sec. 371 Date Sep. 8, 1998 Sec. 102(e) Date Sep. 8, 1998 PCT Filed Jan. 8, 1997 PCT Pub. No. WO98/30754 PCT Pub. Date Jul. 16, 1998A paving stone, made from concrete material, having a one-piece plane surface and two strip like support attachments arranged on each lateral surface. These support attachments form joints between adjacent paving stones in a laid composite structure. On each side, two support attachments are symmetrically arranged with center spacings relative to the planes of symmetry, wherein these planes of symmetry extend through the centers of adjacent lateral surfaces. When these paving stones are stacked next to each other, the support attachments from a first paving stone is disposed adjacent to a support attachment on an adjacent paving stone.

Description

The invention relates to a paving stone made of concrete material with a one-piece flat surface and with two strip-shaped support lugs arranged vertically on each side surface, which form joints between adjacent paving stones.

In known paving stones according to the above type, the support lugs come into contact with the side surfaces of adjacent paving stones when laying and form spacing joints in accordance with the assignment and design of the support lugs. The laying processes of these paving stones turn out to be difficult because unintentional displacements of the paving stones occur parallel to the laying level, in particular in the case of mechanical laying, as a result of which the laying is unsafe and the laying pattern is inconsistent and confusing. In addition, the displacements of the paving stones make rework necessary, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Dieser Pflasterstein ermöglicht eine große Anzahl von Verlegekombinationen unter Beibehaltung symmetrisch geradliniger Fugen.DE 44 05 516 a plate-shaped square paving stone with a flat surface and vertically extending strip-shaped approaches is known. This paving stone enables a large number of laying combinations while maintaining symmetrically straight joints.

It is an object of the invention to provide a paving stone which enables a stable bond with adjacent paving stones.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. The formation of approaches with different thicknesses on the side surfaces of the paving stone facilitates manual or mechanical laying by means of a displacement-free cohesion and detection of the paving stones and their laying in a cross and runner network. In addition, the different thicknesses of the support lugs lead to precise laying patterns and their retention even when the composite is heavily loaded, for example by driving in a motor vehicle or the like. The support lugs can optionally have a parallelogram cross-section, for example, rectangular or square, or be designed in a trapezoidal shape and dimensioned such that both types of support lugs have head surfaces with the same width C and a thickness B or B / 2, and side surfaces with opposite the side surfaces of the paving stone body have the same angle of inclination α, the support lugs extending with increasing width towards the foot surfaces. In this way, a largely fit and play-free support of the paving stones in the composite can be achieved, since the taper of the support lugs promotes their abutment and contributes to the displacement-free laying.

In addition, the rectangular paving stone bodies with the dimensions 210 x 130 mm and the square paving stone bodies with the dimensions 172 x 172 mm are formed, the grid dimensions of paving stones with rectangular paving stone bodies being approximately 240 x 160 mm and 200 x 200 mm of square paving stones.

It is understood that dimensional deviations, which ensure the maintenance of the functions of the paving stones, are encompassed by the invention.

The support lugs 5 and 8 extend, as shown in FIGS. 15, 16, over partial heights of the paving stone body 1.

Die Verlegung erfolgt hierbei im Kreuzverbund.4 to 7, a paving stone 9 with a square-shaped paving stone body 10 is shown as a modified embodiment. 4 shows the paving stone 9 schematically, the paving stone 9 of FIG. 5 is shown in a natural design and provided with dimensions. 4 to 7, two trapezoidal support lugs 5 with the thickness b and width c are used on the side surfaces 11 and 12, and two support lugs 8 with the thickness b / 2 and width c are used on the side surfaces 13 and 14. The distances between the support lugs 5 and support lugs 8 on the side surfaces 11, 12 and 13, 14 are selected such that, as shown in FIG. 7, the lugs 5 each engage in the space between adjacent support lugs 8 or support lugs of two adjacent ones Grip over support lugs and thereby prevent unintentional displacements of the paving stones 9 parallel to the laying plane. 6 shows a large number of paving stones 9 which, after being pushed together, can be mechanically detected and laid as a composite. The laying takes place here in the cross composite.

2. Paving stone according to Claim 1, characterized in that the supporting projections (5, 8) are designed in the form of a parallelogram in a cross section.
  3. Paving stone according to Claim 1, characterized in that the supporting projections (5 and 8) are designed in the form of isosceles trapeziums in cross section and are dimensioned such that the two supporting projections (5, 8) have head faces of equal width C and a thickness B and B/2 and have side faces with equal angles of inclination α relative to the side faces (16, 17, 19, 20) of the paving stone body (33) and extend towards the foot faces with increasing width.
  4. Paving stone according to Claim 1, characterized in that the paving stone body (33) is designed in the form of a rectangle with the dimensions 210 × 130 mm and the paving stone body (23) is designed in the form of a square with the dimensions 172 × 172 mm.
  5. Paving stone according to Claims 1 and 4, characterized in that the grid dimension in the case of a rectangular paving stone body (33) is 240 × 160 mm.
  6. Paving stone according to Claim 4, characterized in that the grid dimension in the case of a square paving stone body (23) is 200 × 200 mm.
