Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a paving stone made of concrete a rectangular stone body in the base, whose upright side faces are transverse to the base area extending flat and each side surface protruding strip-shaped approaches of the stone body has that in the installation network with formation of joints on neighboring Stone bodies are supported and with the approaches Form adjacent serrations (see e.g. EP-A-0 428 762 by the same applicant).
A 0487 807 is a paving stone with a rectangular formed by two squares and a triangle Stone body known. This paving stone requires complicated installation measures for closed installation surfaces. In addition, the paving stone leaves a machine Laying through the irregular meandering Edging of stone packages and due to lack of measures for an intimate cohesion of neighboring paving stones, like gears, not too.
Abgesehen davon, daß die beiden Ansätze nur eine lose Abstützung des Pflastersteins im Verlegeverbund ergeben, führt die unmittelbare Abstützung der ansatzfreien Seitenflächen und den dadurch bedingten fehlenden Abständen zu einer unzureichenden Wasserdurchlässigkeit, während das Fehlen von Nut- Federverbindungen die Bildung von Verzahnungen benachbarter Pflastersteine zu mechanischen Verlegungen nicht zuläßt.FR-A-724 986 shows a paving stone with one rectangular stone body formed by three squares, where the two inner side surfaces each have a single approach serving as a distance cam, while the rest of the side surfaces are free of ridges are. Aside from that the two approaches only a loose support of the paving stone in the installation network result in immediate support of the free side surfaces and the resulting missing Distances to insufficient water permeability, while the lack of tongue and groove connections the formation of interlocking adjacent paving stones for mechanical laying not permitted.
It is an object of the invention to present a paving stone To improve the genus so that a large one inner cohesion between stones of the laying surface achieved, an unhindered drainage of liquids from the laying surface enables and a safe mechanical Can be installed.
Verlegepaketen. Dabei bildet der Pflasterstein
mit benachbarten Pflastersteinen umlaufend Fugen, über
die eine behinderungsfreie Abführung von Regenwasser
od.dgl. erfolgen kann. Weiter wird durch Abstützen der
Ansätze an benachbarten Steinkörpern ein ausreichender
Reibungsschluß zum Schutze gegen Verschiebungen oder Verlagerungen
von Steinkörpern, etwa beim Befahren der Pflastersteine
erreicht, wobei gebildete Verzahnungen den sicheren
Zusammenhalt der Pflastersteine beim Verlegevorgang
und im verlegten Zustand unterstützen. The invention has this object with the features of the
Other beneficial effects of the paving stone are in application of the measures of claims 2, 3 and 4 achievable.
Finally, a number of stone bodies are also provided the claimed training for a rectangular installation package summarize as a unit with dimensions 40X60 cm outside dimension and the installation package created in this way its straightforward external boundaries record and lay as a unit.
It has been shown to be particularly advantageous if a number Stone body with those described by claims 1-8 Training a rectangular installation package with the Dimensions 20X40 cm outer dimension and form the installation package common with other installation packages of the same dimensions to a single installation package with the dimensions 40, 60, 80 and so on X 40 cm that can be summarized mechanically and simultaneously are relocatable. The installation packages become one in themselves closed installation picture created, in the longitudinal direction at intervals of 20 cm and in the transverse direction in Gaps can be formed at intervals of 40 cm.
