Description

The object of the invention is - on the one hand - a shaped block with a waisted shape in plan view, characterized in that the waisted Shape is divided into two triangles by a dummy joint; and that the Length of the dummy joint is essentially two thirds of the length of each triangle sides involved.

A shaped block with a waisted shape is from document CH-A-487303, 1, in particular.

From document EP-A-0 063 795 shaped stones are known, which by means of false joints in Top areas with the same shape are divided.

The Form stone known from the first-mentioned document has none Dummy joint. If you put it through a dummy joint in two would divide adjacent triangles, then it would have Scheinfuge a length of just a little more than half the length each of the triangle sides involved.

The shaped block according to the invention combines interesting looks in the Covering surface with good grip when laying, with the Weakening effect due to the waist keeps within tolerable limits.

The invention relates - secondly - to a shaped stone insert, characterized in that it has first shaped stones with a top view waisted shape, divided into two triangles by a dummy joint; and second shaped stones with a hexagonal shape in plan view having. This stone block is very good when laid appealing.

The object of the invention - thirdly - is a shaped block, thereby characterized in that a first stone part with a top view waisted shape and divided into two triangles by a dummy a second stone part with a hexagonal shape in plan view are integrally summarized, being along the summarizing line between the first stone part and the second stone part kinking dummy joint is provided. With such a shaped stone you can create an area with a very loosened up Document impressions without using multiple stone types.

It is preferred if the shaped stone mentioned at the beginning or the first Stone of the stone set or the first stone part of the last addressed shaped stone one in two equilateral triangles has divided form and / or if the second stone of the Stone set or the second stone part the shape of a regular hexagon.

It is understood that the size of the first stones for the use of stones and the size of the second shaped stones matched to each other are that laying in combination is possible. It runs on it addition, that the hexagons have a side length that is essentially the difference between a triangle side length and a dummy joint length corresponds.

It is particularly preferred if first molded block of the molded block set or the first molded block part, the dummy joint length essentially 2/3 of a relevant triangle side length. Analog is special preferred if the hexagons have a in the second stones of the stone insert or the second stone part Side length that is essentially 1/3 of a triangle side length is. It is precisely these aspect ratios that bring the surprising Effect with itself that you can with extremely few types of curb Creation of rectilinear edges of the covering area is sufficient.

The shaped block according to the invention or the first and second shaped blocks of the molded stone set are preferably at least by far the largest part, made of concrete. For the first stones and the second shaped stones different colors can be chosen. The Shaped stones can also have such a comparatively small thickness possess that you could call them plates.

The shaped stones according to the invention and the shaped stone insert according to the invention serves in particular to occupy pedestrian zones, squares, Courtyards, driveways, garage entrances, paths, sidewalks, terraces and the same.

The shaped block according to the invention and the first and second shaped blocks of the stone block according to the invention can be per se on the scope have known, so-called spacer knobs, which are normally extend essentially over the stone height and about 2 to 3 mm stand sideways. These spacer knobs make laying easier even joint spacing.

Curbs with which straight edges of occupied areas, the with shaped stones according to the invention or the inventive Stone blocks are occupied, especially if the continue length relationships between the two, which have been highlighted as preferred Dummy joint, triangle side and hexagon side are realized, become explained in more detail below.

  • a. Belegung der Fläche nur mit ersten Formsteinen;
  • b. Belegung der Fläche nur mit zweiten Formsteinen;
  • c. Belegung eines ersten Teils der Fläche nur mit ersten Formsteinen und Belegung eines anschließenden Teils der Fläche nur mit zweiten Formsteinen;
  • d. Belegung eines ersten Teils der Fläche nur mit ersten Formsteinen und Belegung eines anschließenden, zweiten Teils der Fläche mit abwechselnd ersten und zweiten Formsteinen;
  • It is pointed out that the following options are also available for occupying an area:
  • a. Covering the area with the first shaped stones only;
  • b. Occupancy of the area only with second shaped stones;
  • c. Covering a first part of the area with only first shaped stones and covering a subsequent part of the area with only second shaped stones;
  • d. Covering a first part of the surface only with first shaped stones and covering a subsequent, second part of the surface with alternating first and second shaped stones;
  • e. Covering a first part of the surface with only second shaped stones and covering a subsequent, second part of the surface with alternating first and second shaped stones.
It is understood that the transition from first part of the area to the second part of the area in most In cases where a seamless connection is possible only that one small spaces through small paving stones, split or the like padded with curbs to create a straight line Transition border works, or other more.

    Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von zeichnerisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen noch näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    Fig. 1
    eine erste Ausführungsform eines ersten Formsteins eines erfindungsgemäßen Formsteinsatzes in Draufsicht;
    Fig. 2
    eine zweite Ausführungsform eines ersten Formsteins eines erfindungsgemäßen Formstemsatzes in Draufsicht;

    einen Ausschnitt eines Flächenbelags in Draufsicht, erstellt mit ersten und zweiten Formsteinen eines erfindungsgemäßen Formsteinsatzes;
    Fig. 4
    einen weiteren Formstein in Draufsicht.
    The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. It shows:
    Fig. 1
    a first embodiment of a first stone of a stone block according to the invention in plan view;
    Fig. 2
    a second embodiment of a first shaped block of a mold set according to the invention in plan view;
    Fig. 3
    a section of a surface covering in plan view, created with first and second stones of a stone insert according to the invention;
    Fig. 4
    another shaped stone in top view.

    Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Formstein 2 hat in Draufsicht insgesamt eine Form, die man als schräg gedruckten Buchstaben X ansehen kann. Ein erster Teilbereich 4 und ein zweiter Teilbereich 6 des Formsteins 2 haben jeweils die Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks, und längs der Linie, an der die beiden Teilbereiche 4 und 6 ineinander übergehen, ist der Formstein 2 durch eine Scheinfuge 8 untergliedert.The shaped block 2 shown in FIG. 1 has a shape in plan view, which can be seen as an obliquely printed letter X. A first section 4 and a second section 6 of the shaped block 2 each have the shape of an equilateral triangle, and along the line at which the two sections 4 and 6 merge, the shaped block 2 is subdivided by a dummy joint 8.

    Die Scheinfuge 8 hat z.B. eine Tiefe von 3 bis 10 mm.The dummy joint 8 has e.g. a depth of 3 to 10 mm.

    Beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 2 beträgt die Länge der Scheinfuge 8 drei Viertel der Länge einer Dreieckseite. Fig. 1 veranschaulicht, wie ein Formstein 2 aussieht, wenn die Länge der Scheinfuge 8 die Hälfte der Länge einer Dreieckseite beträgt.In the embodiment of FIG. 2 , the length of the dummy joint 8 is three quarters of the length of a triangular side. Fig. 1 illustrates what a shaped block 2 looks like when the length of the dummy joint 8 is half the length of a triangle side.

    Für sich betrachtet erfüllen die in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Formsteine 2 nicht die Längenbedingung des Anspruchs 3. Sie sind erst patentgemäß als Bestandteil eines erfindungsgemäßen Formsteinsatzes.Viewed in isolation, those in FIGS. 1 and 2 Shown stones 2 not the length condition of the Claim 3. They are only part of the patent a molded block set according to the invention.

    Bei dem durch Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Formsteinsatz, der aus X-förmigen, taillierten, ersten Formsteinen 2 und regelmäßig-sechseckigen (d.h. mit gleich langen Seiten und gleichen Eckwinkeln), zweiten Formsteinen 12 besteht, haben demgegenüber die ersten Formsteine 2 eine Scheinfugenlänge, die zwei Drittel einer Dreiecksseitenlänge beträgt. 3 , which consists of X-shaped, waisted, first shaped stones 2 and regular-hexagonal (ie with sides of the same length and same corner angles), second shaped stones 12, in contrast, the first shaped stones 2 have a dummy joint length that is two thirds of a triangle side length.

    Man erkennt, daß die Seitenlänge der zweiten Formsteine 12 im wesentlichen der Differenz zwischen der Dreiecksseitenlänge und der Scheinfugenlänge entspricht.It can be seen that the side length of the second shaped blocks 12 in essentially the difference between the triangle side length and the The dummy joint length corresponds.

    Ein gleichseitiges Dreieck hat vorzugsweise eine Dreieckseitenlänge von 5 bis 40 cm. Die bevorzugte Sechseckseitenlänge eines regelmäßigen Sechsecks liegt bei 1,6 bis 13,3 cm. Das ist auch der bevorzugte Bereich für die Dreieckseitenlängen, wenn die Dreiecke nicht regelmäßig sind.An equilateral triangle preferably has a triangular side length of 5 to 40 cm. The preferred hexagon side length of a regular one Hexagons are 1.6 to 13.3 cm. This is also the preferred area for the triangle side lengths when the triangles are not regular.

    Die vorstehende Beschreibung hat verdeutlicht, daß man durch Relativverschiebung der beiden dreieckigen Formstein-Teilbereiche 4 und 6 längs der Übergangs-Dreieckseiten "massivere" Formsteine 2 mit geringerer Taillierung (z.B. Fig. 2) oder "schlankere" Formsteine 2 mit stärkerer Taillierung (z.B. Fig. 1 oder noch extremer) gestalten kann. Die Größe der zweiten Formsteine 12 resultiert aus dem Ausmaß der Taillierung.The above description has made it clear that by moving the two triangular shaped stone sections 4 and 6 along the transition triangular sides, "more massive" shaped stones 2 with a lower waist (e.g. FIG. 2 ) or "slimmer" shaped stones 2 with a stronger waist (e.g. Fig 1 or even more extreme). The size of the second shaped stones 12 results from the extent of the waist.

    Die Verlegung des Flächenbelags gemäß Fig. 3 kann man sich so vorstellen, daß in Fig. 3 von oben nach unten eine Reihe erster Formsteine 2 verlegt ist (wobei die obere waagerechte Seite jedes ersten Formsteins 2 gegenüber der unteren waagerechten Seite jedes oben benachbarten, ersten Formsteins 2 um ein Drittel einer Dreiecksseitenlänge nach links versetzt ist), daß rechts anschließend in die "Zwickel" der ersten Formsteine zweite Formsteine 12 hineingelegt sind, daß dann wieder eine Reihe erster Formsteine 2 folgt, und so weiter.The laying of the surface covering according to FIG. 3 can be imagined in such a way that in FIG. 3 a row of first shaped blocks 2 is laid from top to bottom (the upper horizontal side of each first shaped block 2 being opposite the lower horizontal side of each adjacent first first) Formsteins 2 is offset to the left by a third of a triangle side length), that second form stones 12 are then placed on the right in the "gusset" of the first form stones, that a series of first form stones 2 follows again, and so on.

    Mit gestrichelten Linien 14 ist in Fig. 3 für den Fall einer in der Zeichnung oberen, waagrechten, geradlinigen Begrenzung und für den Fall einer in Fig. 3 rechten, senkrechten, geradlinigen Begrenzung eingezeichnet, wie Randsteine gestaltet sein müssen, um zu einer geradlinigen Begrenzung einer belegten Fläche zu kommen. Man sieht, daß für die obere Begrenzung und für die rechte Begrenzung nur jeweils ein Randsteintyp benötigt wird. Wenn hingegen die beschriebenen Längenverhältnisse zwischen Scheinfuge, Dreieckseite und Sechseckseite anders wären als bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3, müßte eine erheblich größere Anzahl von Randsteintypen bereitgestellt werden.With dashed lines 14 is in Fig. 3 for the case in the Drawing upper, horizontal, rectilinear boundary and for the Case of a right, vertical, rectilinear border in FIG. 3 outlined how curbs must be designed to become a straight line boundary of an occupied area. One sees, that only for the upper limit and for the right limit a curb type is needed. If, however, the described Length relationships between dummy joint, triangle side and hexagon side would be different than in the embodiment of FIG. 3, one would have significantly larger number of curb types are provided.

    Fig. 4 veranschaulicht einen weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Formstein, der durch integrale Zusammenfassung eines ersten Formsteins 2 gemäß Fig. 3 und eines zweiten Formsteins 12 gemäß Fig. 3 entstanden ist. Längs der Zusammenfassungslinie verläuft eine abknickende Scheinfuge 16. FIG. 4 illustrates a further shaped block according to the invention, which was created by integrating a first shaped block 2 according to FIG. 3 and a second shaped block 12 according to FIG. 3. A kinking dummy joint 16 runs along the summary line.
