Abstract
Description
The invention is concerned with a shaped block for formation a composite flooring, with lateral Ausneh mingings and projections interlock to create a maintain internal stability and drainage channels too form.
Such shaped stones are known from DE 38 20 002 C2. The known shaped block consists of a cuboid base per, the top and bottom of which are substantially smooth and run evenly and the side surfaces oblique and circumferential Have grooves that form the drainage channels serve. As a disadvantage of this known stone felt that the side deck surfaces lay flat against each other lie so that there is no direct interlocking of the molded blocks occurs in a bandage. Hence the stability of the entire pavement composite, so that it in the Over time, the stones moved among themselves can lead
Another paving stone for flooring is from the EP 0 627 526 B1 is known. This paving stone is in one Laying pattern almost seamlessly on the respective side walls of the neighboring paving stones. The sidewalls of this paving stone point in the downward-facing part Sloping on the composition of the paving stones Form channels to drain the flooring. In the upper part this paving stone are groove-shaped recesses and Projections arranged in the composition of the floor Interlocking surfaces and thus the stability of the whole Promote flooring. A disadvantage of this paving stone for floor coverings it is felt that the lateral surface area chen relatively complicated slopes, recesses and Have projections that manufacture such Paving stones complicate and the manufacturing costs increase.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to To provide molded stone that is simple and efficient in construction and is in the making.
This object is achieved with the characterizing features of main claim 1 . Further features essential to the invention can be found in the subclaims.
According to the invention, the shaped block has at least three Jacket sides and at least two cover surfaces in the jacket and cover surfaces on elongate recesses and projections extend over the entire respective area. The long Chen recesses and projections in the surface and Cover surfaces can either be parallel or perpendicular to each other be arranged.
The cross sections of the recesses and projections are arbitrary and are executed differently depending on the requirements.
The cross sections of the elongated recesses are advantageous and elongated projections trapezoidal, triangular or executed semi-circular. It is essential that the Areas of the cross sections of the recesses and protrusions are different, so that when the Projections and recesses between the two have a cavity forms a multitude of Channels.
It is advantageous that the end faces of the projections extend over the entire jacket or top surface, Have slopes.
The different cross-sectional areas of the recesses and Projections result from the different height dimensions of the recesses and protrusions.
In certain applications, it is advantageous to use the entire Surface to artificially age what is known as Rumbelbe is carried out.
In principle, the cross section of the basic body of the inventions Formstone according to the invention arbitrarily and can be triangular as well also be trapezoidal or polygonal.
The preferred material from which the invention Cast stone is made of concrete.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the shaped block to the invention OF INVENTION 1. In the present case, the base body is a cuboid with four lateral lateral surfaces 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 and two cover surfaces 9 , 10 . A lateral lateral surface 2 has an elongated recess 6 which extends over the entire length of the lateral surface 2 . The cross section of this one recess 6 is in principle arbitrary and is trapezoidal in the present case. Other cross-sectional shapes are described below. The cross-sectional surface 24 of the base body of the shaped block 1 is in principle arbitrary. The second lateral surface 4 opposite the first lateral surface 2 has an elongated projection 7 which extends over the entire length of the second lateral surface 4 . The end faces of this elongated projection are bevels 15 , 15 'which extend from the upper edges of the top surfaces 9 , 10 in the direction of the upper base line of the trapezoidal projection at a certain angle. The angle of these bevels 15 , 15 'should be chosen according to the point of expediency and should be approximately 45 °. The lower cover surface 9 of the base body in this illustration has a second elongated recess 11 which extends over the entire cover surface 9 . In this game Ausführungsbei the elongated recess 11 is perpendicular to the connec tion line between the first recess 6 of the first lateral surface 2 to the opposite projection 7 on the second lateral surface 4th The opposite top surface 10 to the top surface 9 has a second projection 12 parallel to the lower recess 11 , the end faces 13 , 13 'of which are also beveled at a certain angle. In an exemplary embodiment described below, both the recess 11 and the projection 12 lie parallel to the connecting line 14 between the first recess 6 and the first projection 7 .
FIG. 2 shows the side view of a shaped block 1 according to the invention, the view being directed towards the outer surface 4 . The lateral surface 4 is rectangular, since the base body is cuboid. The lower and upper lateral surface 3 , 5 in this view are flat surfaces. On the lateral surface 4, an elongated projection 7 is applied, extending over the entire length of the lateral surface. 4 The end faces 15 , 15 'are chamfered at a certain angle close to 45 °, so that the end faces represent bevels 15 , 15 '. In the present case, the cross section of the projection 7 is trapezoidal and can in principle take any meaningful shape.
FIG. 3 shows the front view, which is rotated by 90 ° in relation to the side view from FIG. 2. The view is directed towards the first cover surface 9 . In the first cover surface 9 , a trapezoidal groove or recess 6 is worked in, which extends over the entire cover surface 9 .
FIG. 4 shows the top view turned by 90 ° compared to the side view from FIG. 2 of the shaped block 1 . In this top view, the view of the lateral surface 3 is tet. In the circumferential surface 2, a groove or recess 6 is inserted, which extends over the entire lateral surface of the second At least one elongated projection 7 is arranged on the lateral surface 4 opposite the lateral surface 2 , the end faces of which are provided with a bevel 15 , 15 '. A trapezoidal elongated groove or recess 11 is also machined into the first cover surface 9 . On the second top surface 10 is an elongated protrusion 12 is arranged, which extends over the entire surface of the 10th In another exemplary embodiment (see FIG. 6), in which the projections 7 , 12 and recesses 6 , 11 are not perpendicular to one another, the first and second recesses 6 , 11 in the lateral surface 2 and the cover surface 9 close them not inclined end faces 15 , 15 'with the edge of the first cover surface 9 , but are offset further to the rear by the height of the recess 11 . The same applies analogously to the elongated projection 12 on the second cover surface 10 of the shaped block 1 .
Fig. 5a shows a schematic diagram of a cross-sectional shape of a projection 7 and the recess 6 , in which the cross-section is trapezoidal or triangular. The trapezoidal cross-section represents a preferred cross-sectional shape, since the acting forces are distributed on the side surfaces of the elongated projection 7 and do not act on a point of the elongated projection 7 . Furthermore, a cavity 21 is formed by the different cross-sectional shapes of the recess 6 and the projection 7 , which, in the paving stone, constitutes a channel for draining the floor covering.
Fig. 5b also shows a triangular cross-sectional shape of the recess 6 and the projection 7. In this embodiment, the tip of the triangle of the projection 7 is provided with a groove 21 '. The groove 21 'has the same effect as that described in Fig. 5a.
Fig. 5c shows a further embodiment of two cross-sectional shapes of the elongated recess 6 and the elongated projection 7 , both of which are approximately semicircular. The height dimensions h1 and h2 of the projection 7 and the recess 6 are different, so that different cross-sectional areas result and consequently a cavity 21 "is formed between the walls of the recess 6 and the projection 7. The cavity 21 " has the same effect like the one previously described. In order to optimize the contact surface of the adjoining shaped stones, the side surfaces 8 , 31 are straight and flat.
Die Auflagefläche 8, 8' bilden die seitlichen Rundungen des Vorsprungs 7 und der Ausnehmung 6.In Fig. 5d other possible cross-sectional shapes of the recess 6 and the projection 7 are shown. In this exemplary embodiment, the cross section of the recess 6 has a further arcuate cutout 21 ''', which represents the cavity between the wall of the projection 7 and the wall of the recess 6 . The bearing surface 8 , 8 'form the lateral curves of the projection 7 and the recess 6 .
Fig. 6 shows two erfindugnsgmäße conglomerates 1 nebeneinan disposed. In this illustration it can be seen that the projection 12 of the top surface 10 is in engagement with the recess 11 of the top surfaces 9 . Analogously to this example, the recesses 6 or the projections 7 on the lateral surfaces 2 and 4 are in engagement with one another. The lateral surface 3 thus forms the surface of the floor covering.
FIG. 7 schematically shows a further laying pattern of a shaped block 1 'according to the invention, the cross-sectional shape 24 of the base body being trapezoidal. In this illustration, the recesses and projections according to the invention are not shown for the sake of simplicity.
