Claims (7)

  1. Couvercle (1) en matière plastique pour fermer un récipient, comportant un fond (2) et une paroi (4) qui est fixée au bord extérieur du fond (2), des moyens de retenue (5) qui sont prévus sur le côté intérieur de la paroi de couvercle (4) afin de fixer le couvercle sur une ouverture de récipient, et une bande de garantie (8) globalement annulaire qui est prévue sur le bord de la paroi de couvercle (4) opposé au fond (2), qui est reliée fermement à ladite paroi (4) dans au moins un premier segment d'anneau et qui est reliée de façon amovible au côté inférieur de la paroi (4) dans au moins un second segment d'anneau, le long d'une ligne de rupture, caractérisé en ce que le second segment d'anneau présente au moins une articulation (9) qui est à peu près parallèle à l'axe du couvercle (1) et qui divise le second segment d'anneau en sections aptes à pivoter les unes par rapport aux autres.
  2. Couvercle (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de garantie présente trois articulations (9).
  3. Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les articulations (9) sont conçues comme des affaiblissements de matière dans la bande de garantie (8).
  4. Couvercle selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les articulations (9) sont conçues comme des creux (10) situés sur le côté extérieur de la bande de garantie.
  5. Couvercle selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les articulations (9) sont conçues comme des creux (10) prévus sur le côté intérieur de la bande de garantie.
  6. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de garantie présente sur son côté intérieur des moyens de retenue (16) qui sont en relation fonctionnelle, quand le couvercle est posé, avec des moyens de retenue prévus sur le côté extérieur d'une ouverture de récipient, les moyens de retenue (16) présentant une interruption (17) dans la zone de l'articulation (9).
  7. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande de garantie (8) est reliée fermement à la paroi de couvercle (4) au niveau d'un point d'attache (13), une articulation (9) étant disposée près du point d'attache (13).
