Claims (18)

  1. Vorrichtung (1), die einen Fuß für einen Pfahl oder Mast (2) bildet, insbesondere für einen Fuß einer Gartenlaube oder einen Schilderfuß, mit zwei hohlen Umhüllungen (3, 4) komplementärer Form, die zum Zusammensetzen unter Vorgabe eines Aufnahmeschachtes (25) des unteren Endes des Pfahls oder Mastes geeignet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Umhüllungen Mittel (33, 34) in Form von Kontaktstellen oder Rippen umfassen, die ins Innere des Schachtes gerichtet sind und die sich in ihrer den Schacht bildenden Zone (35) verformen können, derart, daß der augenscheinliche Durchmesser (d) des Schachtes an den Durchmesser (d') des Pfahls oder Mastes angepaßt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schacht (25) im horizontalen Schnitt in seiner mittleren Zone (26) eine Umrandung mit Umkehrpunkten (35) aufweist, in deren Bereich sie sich verformen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umrandung zwischen zwei Umkehrpunkten (35) mindestens einen gekrümmten Bereich (33, 34) zum Abstützen am Pfahl oder Mast (2) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gekrümmte Abstützbereich durch eine in der Wand des Schachtes (25) gebildete Kontaktstelle gebildet wird, die in das Innere des Schachtes gerichtet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Rippen umfaßt, die auf einem Teil der Höhe des Schachtes (25) ausgeformt sind und die sich in Richtung des Inneren des Schachtes (25) erstrecken, um dabei den augenscheinlichen Durchmesser zu verringern.
  6. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schacht (25) nach oben und unten von seiner mittleren Zone (26) divergierend ist.
  7. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) im ganzen genommen eine Kegelstumpfform aufweist, wobei der Bereich mit dem größten Durchmesser auf dem Boden ruht.
  8. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllungen dazu bestimmt sind, mittels Schrauben zusammengefügt zu werden, die durch eine Öffnung (3b, 4b) der entsprechenden Umhüllung hindurchgehen und in ein Sackloch (3c, 4c) der anderen Umhüllung eingreifen.
  9. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände der Sacklöcher (3c, 4c) als Gewinde (3d, 4a, 3a, 4d) gestaltet sind, die für das Zusammenwirken mit den Schrauben (23, 24) vorgesehen sind.
  10. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köpfe (23a, 24a) der Schrauben für eine Lagerung in Aufnahmen (3e, 4e) geeignet sind, die in den Umhüllungen vorgesehen sind.
  11. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn die Köpfe (23a, 24a) der Schrauben in den Aufnahmen (3e, 4e) gelagert sind, sie nicht über die äußere Fläche der Umhüllungen herausragen.
  12. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Umhüllung (3, 4) im unteren Teil mit einer Aufnahmevertiefung (44) für eine den Pfahl (2) ausrüstende Platte (12) versehen ist.
  13. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Umhüllungen (3, 4) gegenüberstehenden Flächen die Aufnahme eines fest mit dem Pfahl (2) oder Mast (2') verbundenen Tuch zwischen den Umhüllungen gestatten.
  14. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sacklöcher (3c, 4c) jedes in einer Umhüllung beidseitig des Schachtes (25) angeordnet sind.
  15. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Sackloch (3c, 4c) einer Umhüllung gegenüber zu einer Öffnung (3b, 4b) der anderen Umhüllung angeordnet ist, die zur Aufnahme des Schaftes der Schraube dient.
  16. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauben (23, 24) dazu dienen teilweise in die Sacklöcher (3c, 4c) eingeschraubt zu werden, um den augenscheinlichen Durchmesser (d) des Schachtes (25) zu vergrößern.
  17. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllungen (3, 4) identisch sind und jede mit einer Füllöffnung (3a, 4a) für ein Ballastmaterial ausgerüstet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung, die einen Fuß bildet, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllungen (3, 4) durch Blasformen eines Kunststoffmaterials gebildet sind.
