Claims (12)

  1. Distributeur pour articles au détail (1) comprenant un dispositif de commande et des compartiments (3), dans lequel lesdits articles au détail à la pièce peuvent être arrangés d'une manière telle que les mêmes articles soient contenus dans le même compartiment (3), et des moyens de transport (4) coopérant avec ledit dispositif de commande étant prévus pour permettre de déplacer un article au détail spécifique à partir du compartiment correspondant (3) jusqu'à une fenêtre de livraison (6), dans lequel ledit dispositif de commande (1) comprend une unité d'affichage (1b) pourvue d'un écran (1b'), une unité d'entrée (1a) et une unité de traitement qui permet:
    (a) d'afficher, sous la forme d'une liste ou d'une image sur l'écran (1b') de l'unité d'affichage (1b), au moins une partie des articles disponibles dans lesdits compartiments (3);
    (b) d'effectuer une sélection parmi ces articles disponibles affichés;
    dans lequel ledit distributeur est caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de traitement permet en outre:
    (c) d'afficher séparément ces articles sélectionnés sur l'écran (1b') mentionné ci-dessus ou sur un écran séparé de ladite unité d'affichage sous la forme d'une liste; et
    (d) de conduire lesdits articles sélectionnés jusqu'à la fenêtre de livraison (6) en utilisant ledit dispositif de commande (1).
  2. Distributeur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande comprend un système de paiement (5) et des moyens coopérant avec lesdits moyens de transport (4) pour déplacer les articles sélectionnés jusqu'à la fenêtre de livraison après que le paiement ait été effectué à l'aide du système de paiement (5).
  3. Distributeur suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (1) comprend un système d'impression qui permet de délivrer un ticket avec les articles sélectionnés.
  4. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (1) comprend des moyens pour modifier la liste des articles sélectionnés sur l'écran de l'unité d'affichage avant que le paiement ait été effectué.
  5. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (1) comprend des moyens pour sélectionner la langue sur l'écran (1b') de l'unité d'affichage.
  6. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (1) comprend une unité de calcul.
  7. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits compartiments (3) sont arrangés en séries de rangées (7), chaque rangée (7) étant identifiée par une référence de rangée, tandis que chaque compartiment (3) d'une rangée spécifique (7) est identifié par une référence de compartiment accompagnée par la référence de rangée, des moyens étant prévus pour choisir ces références sur l'écran (1b') de l'unité d'affichage (1b) en utilisant le dispositif de commande (1).
  8. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (3) sont installés dans une vitrine d'exposition (2) permettant de visualiser les articles disponibles, avec une référence et le prix de celles-ci, des moyens étant prévus pour permettre l'affichage sur ledit écran (1b') du prix à payer correspondant à la liste des articles sélectionnés lorsque l'on introduit dans ladite unité d'entrée (1a) les références correspondant aux articles sélectionnés.
  9. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de commande (1) comprend au moins un clavier (22) composé de touches numériques permettant d'indiquer les articles sélectionnés, et de touches de fonction (23) permettant de fournir des informations relatives aux articles disponibles et à l'utilisation du dispositif de commande (1).
  10. Distributeur suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une des touches de fonction suivantes: une touche de sélection de langue, une touche d'identification de l'utilisateur de l'équipement nécessitant l'introduction du code pin de l'utilisateur, une touche de correction permettant de modifier la liste des articles sélectionnés et une touche de livraison permettant de recevoir les articles sélectionnés à ladite fenêtre de livraison (6).
  11. Distributeur suivant la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins plusieurs desdites touches sont multifonctionnelles, et en ce que des moyens ont été prévus pour afficher les fonctions possibles et les fonctions sélectionnées sur l'écran (1b') de l'unité d'affichage (1b).
  12. Procédé de fonctionnement du distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - entrée par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'entrée (1a) d'un groupe sélectionné spécifique des articles arrangés dans la même rangée (7);
    - affichage automatique d'une liste de ce groupe sélectionné d'articles;
    - entrée par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'entrée (1a) des articles sélectionnés parmi la liste d'articles affichée;
    - affichage automatique sous la forme d'une liste des articles sélectionnés sur le même écran (1b) ou sur un autre écran proche de ce dernier de l'unité d'affichage, avec le prix correspondant de chacun des articles et le montant total à payer; et
    - après avoir effectué le paiement de ce montant, livraison automatique desdits articles sélectionnés.
