Zungen 10 aufzunehmen und ihre Verformung beim Einstecken des

Claims (14)
- Insertion shell for printed circuit boards with a housing (1) having an insertion opening (2) for the insertion of a plug or the like, a metallic clamping element (4) constructed for the clamping of the plug to be inserted and which is held in the housing (1), at least one arm (8), as well as a deflectable tongue (10) cooperating with the arm (8) and at least one lug (5) projecting from the housing (1) which can be pressed into a plated-through hole of the printed circuit board, characterized in that on its rear end the arm (8) has a shoulder (14), which engages on the inside (18) of the rear wall (19) of the housing (1).
- Insertion shell according to claim 1, wherein the clamping element (4) is held in the housing (1) in such a way that when the lug (5) is pressed in the housing (1) is secured to the printed circuit board.
- Insertion shell according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the clamping element (4) can be inserted in the housing (1) to such an extent that the lug (5) projects from said housing (1) and is limited in said position by a stop (20).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping element (4) can be inserted into the housing (1) through the insertion opening (2) in the latter.
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein an end face of the clamping element (4) is flush with the face of the insertion opening (2).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein on the side of the housing (1) opposite to the insertion opening (2) the press fit lug (5) projects out of said housing.
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one arm (8) engages in a substantially full surface manner on a planar wall (15) of the housing (1).
- Insertion shell according to claim 7 with two arms (8) located in a plane and between which is located the tongue (10).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping element (4) is made and in particular stamped in one piece from sheet metal.
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims with two press fit lugs (5).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping element (4) can be inserted in two grooves (16) of the housing (1).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the housing (1) contains several clamping elements (4) and for each clamping element (4) is provided an individual insertion opening (2).
- Insertion shell according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the maximum deflection of the clamping element, particularly the tongue (10) is limited by the engagement of the tongue (10) on a wall (7) of the housing (1).
- Insertion shell according to one of the claims 7 to 13, wherein the longitudinal direction of the at least one arm (8) and the tongue (10) coincides with the insertion direction.
