Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for connecting a Coaxial connector on a printed circuit board using SM technology from a cube-shaped housing with an outer conductor connection and an inner conductor connecting member, the Outer conductor connection and the inner conductor connection element in Connection area on the circuit board are designed so that the SM connector on the circuit board in a first, lying position of the housing or in a second, to the first position rotated by 90 °, standing position is feasible.
Document EP-A-0 624 928 discloses a device in which a housing made of the material consists of the Housing protrude contacts, which serve to connect the housing on a circuit board.
The primary object of the invention is the manufacture a facility mentioned at the beginning, and if possible also to simplify their structure.
This task is carried out at a facility of the type mentioned Art solved according to the invention in that the housing consists of conductive material and at least two to each other vertical outsides of the cube-shaped shape has a solderable surface, so that the housing itself can be connected to the circuit board by SM soldering, and that the inner conductor connection element partially with an insulating part is formed, which can be inserted from the outside into the housing is that the inner conductor connecting member insulates in the housing is fixed.
Essential features of such a device are that the cube-shaped housing is made of conductive material and can even be connected to the PCB by SM soldering and that the inner conductor connection member in a simple manner for Example by pressing into this cube-shaped housing is used. Such a device is therefore without problematic processing steps easier and more economical to manufacture. There is also a regarding HF tightness improved construction because of the outer conductor of the coaxial connector is realized as a metal housing. A Cube-shaped housing can be turned, for example from a square profile material, e.g. B. made of brass and surface treat in different ways.
The coaxial structure of the device is advantageous achieved in that the housing on a first outside a first opening for the outer conductor connection has and on a parallel opposite to this Outside with a second coaxial to the first opening Opening for the inner conductor connecting member is formed.
Regarding the implementation of a surface treatment of the cube-shaped housing, it may be appropriate if in the first opening of the housing made of conductive material existing, surface-treated outer conductor sleeve used is. This way one becomes different because of the inside or outside surface treatment possibly required sealing process for the first opening avoided.
The inner conductor connecting member is in an inventive Device designed in a simple manner so that there is a plug element and a connecting element angled at 90 ° to this has and in the adjacent area at the bend of plug and connection element partially with the insulating part is provided. It is about a simple one Inserting the inner conductor connecting element into the housing of Advantage if the insulating part one in the second opening of the Forms press-fit plug.
With regard to a compact design and a favorable outer outline of the housing, it is appropriate if the housing is on one edge of the cube and on two adjacent ones Exterior of the housing has a recess for that of the insulating part protruding connection element of the inner conductor connection element having.
Finally, it is used to achieve a twist in the housing secured fixation of the inner conductor connecting element of advantage if the insulating part of the inner conductor connecting element on the outer circumference with a protruding longitudinal rib is provided, which in a longitudinal groove of the second opening the housing can be inserted.
Further advantageous embodiments of the subject matter of the claim 1 are specified in the remaining subclaims.
vorgebogenen Innenleiteranschlußteiles 3 fertig gebogen, so
The device known as a PCB coupler according to
Figures 1 to 4 consists of a cube-shaped plastic housing

veredelter, z. B. versilberter oder vergoldeter
Nickeloberfläche und außenseitig verzinnter Oberfläche wird
eine wieder entfernbare Abdichtung der beiden Öffnungen 12
und 14 vorgesehen. In the device according to the invention according to Figures 5 to
12, however, there is the
Stopfen bildet. Im in die zweite Öffnung 14 des Gehäuses
10 eingepreßten Zustand stößt das Isolierteil 21 - was deutlich
The inner conductor connecting element shown in perspective in FIGS. 5 and 6

The embodiment of Figure 11 differs from

entfernbaren Element, z. B. einem Kunststoffstopfen, zu vermeiden,
ist es möglich, die Einrichtung gemäß Figur 12
auszubilden und eine aus leitendem Material bestehende,
oberflächenveredelte Außenleiterhülse 31 in ein vollständig
verzinntes Gehäuse einzusetzen, z. B. einzupressen.
