Claims (6)
- Kalander mit einem eine obere Durchbiegungseinstellwalze, eine untere Durchbiegungseinstellwalze und Zwischenwalzen aufweisenden vertikalen Walzenstapel, wobei mindestens eine der Zwischenwalzen eine drehfest gelagerte Walzenachse aufweist, auf der sich ein vertikal verlagerbarer, hohlzylindrischer Walzenkem drehbar abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hohlzylindrische Walzenkem (10) der mindestens einen Zwischenwalze (52) sich jeweils nur endseitig über eine Kulisse vertikal verlagerbar gegenüber der Walzenachse (14) an dieser abstützt.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hohlzylindrische Walzenkern (10) mittels Pendelwälzlagern (12) auf den Kulissen (20) sitzt.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (20) über eine hydrostatische Abstützung (22) Walzenzapfen (15) einer Walzenachse (14) einstellbar gegenüber dem hohlzylindrischen Walzenkern (10) vertikal verlagert.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hohlzylindrische Walzenkern (10) eine zusätzliche punktuelle Innenabstützung (30) an einzelnen axial beabstandeten Walzenkernbereichen aufweist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehfeste Walzenachse (14) der Zwischenwalzen mit einem hohlzylindrischen Walzenkern (10) in einer Halterung (61) eines Kalanderständers (18) gehalten ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Zwischenwalzen mit einem hohlzylindrischen Walzenkern (10) ausgebildet sind.
