Abstract

Es wird eine elektronische Ruckeldämpfungseinrichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen mit elektronischer Kraftstoffeinspritzung in Kraftfahrzeugen vorgeschlagen, insbesondere für Dieselmotoren. Über ein Fahrpedal (11) wird ein Mengenwunschsignal (MeW ) vorgegeben und über ein PDT1-Filter (12) einem mit dem Steuersignaleingang der Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung (10) verbundenen Summen (13) zugeführt. Ein Drehzahlsignal N wird über ein D2T2-Filter (14) gefiltert und im Summenpunkt (13) vom gefilterten Mengenwunschsignal (MeD ) abgezogen. Durch das gefilterte Mengenwunschsignal (MeD ) werden Lastsprünge und ein damit verbundenes unkomfortables Fahrverhalten vermieden und durch die Gegenkopplung der dem Drehzahlsignal N überlagerten Ruckelschwingung wird das Ruckeln gedämpft bzw. verhindert. Durch die beiden separaten Filter 12, 14 werden die Funktionen Mengen- und Ruckeldämpfung entkoppelt, was die Applikation vereinfacht.

An electronic jerk damping device for internal combustion engines with electronic fuel injection in motor vehicles is proposed, in particular for diesel engines. A desired volume signal (Me W ) is specified via an accelerator pedal (11) and fed via a PDT1 filter (12) to a sum (13) connected to the control signal input of the fuel injection device (10). A speed signal N is filtered by a D2T2 filter (14) and subtracted from the filtered quantity request signal (Me D ) at the sum point (13). The filtered quantity request signal (Me D ) avoids load jumps and the associated uncomfortable driving behavior and the jerking of the jerking vibration superimposed on the speed signal N dampens or prevents jerking. The functions of quantity and bucking damping are decoupled by the two separate filters 12, 14, which simplifies the application.
