Claims (7)
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES, comprenant des plans de travail multiples et des moyens d'aspiration, dans lequel des condenseurs (1) placés dans les plans de travail sont reliés, par l'intermédiaire de vannes à vide (2), à une cuve (3) munie d'au moins une décharge de condensats (4) et d'un cyclone (5), qui est à son tour relié à un groupe filtrant (6) et à un groupe de pompes à vide à palettes (7), caractérisé en ce que la cuve (3) est munie de parois intérieures de séparation (8) à l'intérieur desquelles sont montés des tubes condenseurs (9), soutenus par des parois guide-vapeurs (12) et qui ont pour effet de refroidir les vapeurs en les transformant en eau qui se décharge automatiquement par l'intermédiaire de la ou de chaque décharge de condensats (4).
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les vapeurs qui pénètrent, à travers les vannes à vide (2), se rabattent contre la paroi intérieure de séparation (8), en perdant de la vitesse et en se transformant en eau liquide qui tombe immédiatement pour être expulsée par l'intermédiaire de la ou de chaque décharge des condensats (4).
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur résiduelle passe à travers une cuve munie intérieurement de tubes condenseurs verticaux (9) et refroidie à l'intérieur par de l'eau froide, ladite vapeur résiduelle se transformant ainsi en eau afin d'être expulsée par la ou chaque décharge de condensats (4).
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, afin de condenser toute la vapeur possible, les parois guide-vapeurs (12) sont traversées par les tubes du condenseur (9) qui contraignent la vapeur à suivre un itinéraire en forme de « S ».
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES, selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'afin de rabattre d'éventuelles vapeurs résiduelles ou des particules solides, le cyclone (5) est monté à la sortie de l'espace où sont insérés les tubes condenseurs (9) disposés à l'intérieur de la cuve (3), ledit cyclone (5) étant muni d'une décharge reliée au fond du rabatteur par l'intermédiaire de tubes de décharge (13).
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à la suite du cyclone (5) sont placés un ou plusieurs filtres (6) qui permettent aux pompes à palettes (7) d'aspirer de l'air sec et propre.
- SECHOIR POUR PEAUX TANNEES, selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le vide régnant sur les plans de travail est obtenu au moyen d'une ou plusieurs pompes à palettes (7) du type à couche d'huile, en permettant de cette façon de réduire la pression résiduelle à l'intérieur des chambres à vide, grâce à la présence de la cuve (3), du cyclone (5) et des filtres (6).
