Claims (12)
- Bohr-, Bohrschraub- oder Schlagbohrmaschine, in deren pistolenartigen, hinten einen Handgriff aufweisenden Gehäuse eine Werkzeugantriebsspindel zu einer Werkzeugaufnahme nach vorn verläuft, wobei eine Motorachse zum Antrieb der Werkzeugantriebsspindel schräg zu dieser verläuft und mit dieser über ein Winkelgetriebe gekoppelt ist und der Motor in einem sich vor dem Handgriff erstreckenden Gehäuseteil angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Winkelgetriebe ein Kegelrad(14) aufweist, das koaxial zur Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) gelagert ist, die sich durch das Kegelrad(14) erstreckt, und daß das Kegelrad(14) die Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) über ein Getriebe(19) antreibt, das im Gehäuse(1) hinter dem Kegelrad(14) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verzahnung(13) des Kegelrades(14) nach vorn gerichtet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Getriebe ein Planetengetriebe(19) ist, dessen Sonnenrad(20) und Planetenträger(22) koaxial zur Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) laufen, wobei das Kegelrad(14) das Sonnenrad(20) antreibt. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Sonnenrad(20) am Kegelrad(14) ausgebildet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Planetengetriebe(19) durch Verschiebung seines Hohlrades(21) gangschaltbar ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß hinter dem Getriebe(19) eine Sicherheitskupplung(32) koaxial zur Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß hinter dem Getriebe(19) eine Ratscheneinrichtung(36) zur Schlagerzeugung koaxial zur Werkzeugantriebsspindel (5) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kegelrad(14) an einem Außenumfang(15) im Gehäuse (1) über ein Wälzlager(16) gelagert ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Wälzlager(16) hinter der Verzahnung(13) des Kegelrads(14) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) in dem Kegelrad(14) drehbar oder drehbar und axial verschieblich gelagert ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) an ihrem vorderen Ende als Hülse(39) zur Aufnahme eines Werkzeugadapters(50) gestaltet ist, wobei an der Hülse(39) eine Schiebehülse (44) zum Festlegen und Lösen des Werkzeugadapters(50) axial verschieblich angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in dem den Motor(6) aufnehmenden Gehäuseteil(7) die Motorachse(M) etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des Handgriffes(2) verläuft, wobei die Motorachse(M) in einem Winkel von etwa 60 bis 80o schräg zur Achse(W) der Werkzeugantriebsspindel(5) steht.
