Claims (9)
- Handführbare Werkzeugmaschine, insbesondere Schrauber oder Bohrschrauber oder Schlagbohrschrauber, in deren pistolenartigen, hinten einen Handgriff aufweisenden Gehäuse eine Werkzeugspindel zu einer Werkzeugaufnahme nach vorn verläuft, wobei sich die Achse eines Motors zum Antrieb der Werkzeugspindel quer zu dieser erstreckt und mit dieser über ein Winkelgetriebe gekoppelt ist und der Motor in einem vor dem Handgriff angeordneten Gehäuseteil vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Winkelgetriebe(10,14) zwischen einem Getriebe (20,31) und einer Drehmomenteinstelleinrichtung(57) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Winkelgetriebe (10,14) ein Zahnrad(14) aufweist, das koaxial zur Werkzeugspindel(5) gelagert ist, die sich durch das Zahnrad(14) erstreckt, daß koaxial zum Zahnrad (14) eine Hülse(17) gelagert ist, daß die Hülse(17) die Werkzeugspindel(5) über ein Getriebe(20,31) antreibt, das im Gehäuse(1) hinter dem Zahnrad(14) angeordnet ist, daß die Hülse(17) mittels einer Drehmitnahmeeinrichtung(37 bis 40) mit dem Zahnrad(14) derart gekoppelt ist, daß das Zahnrad(14) die Hülse(17) nur bis zu einem einstellbaren maximalen Drehmoment mitnimmt, und daß eine Einstelleinrichtung(42 bis 53) für das Drehmoment vor dem Zahnrad(14) koaxial zur Werkzeugspindel(5) angeordnet ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Drehmitnahmeeinrichtung Mitnahmekörper(40) zwischen Schanzenkonturen(39) und Taschen(37) vorgesehen sind. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hülse(17) drehbar und axial verschieblich auf der Werkzeugspindel(5) gelagert ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drehmitnahmeeinrichtung(37 bis 40) innerhalb des Zahnrads(14) liegt. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hülse(17) eine vordere Stirnfläche(41) aufweist, auf die die Einstelleinrichtung(42 bis 53) wirkt. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einstelleinrichtung(42 bis 53) über ein Axiallager(42) auf die Hülse(17) drückt und eine in ihrer Vorspannung durch axiale Verschiebung einer Buchse(48) einstellbare Feder(47) aufweist, wobei die Buchse(48) durch Drehen einer zur Werkzeugspindel(5) koaxialen Griffhülse(51) axial verstellbar ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Getriebe ein schaltbares Planetengetriebe ist, wobei die Hülse(17) ein Sonnenrad(19) des Planetengetriebes bildet oder mit diesem verbunden ist. - Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der ersten, schaltbaren Planetengetriebestufe(20) eine zweite Planetengetriebestufe(31) nachgeschaltet ist, deren Sonnenrad(32) der Planetenträger(23) der ersten Getriebestufe bildet und deren Planetenträger mit der Werkzeugspindel(5) drehfest verbunden ist.
