Claims (13)

  1. Besamungsrohr zur Aufbewahrung kleiner Mengen von Substanzen, insbesondere biologischer Substanzen, bestehend aus einem Abschnitt eines Rohrs, das im Inneren einer seiner beiden Enden mit einem Verschlußmittel ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel aus einem hydrophoben, mikroporösen einteiligen Stopfen besteht.
  2. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mikroporöse Stopfen zu einem Teil aus einem Polymermaterial besteht.
  3. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen eine zylindrische Form aufweist.
  4. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen aus einer Vollfaser besteht.
  5. Besamungsrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mikroporöse Stopfen einen Porendurchmesser zwischen etwa 0,001 und 10 µm aufweist.
  6. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mikroporöse Stopfen einen Porendurchmesser zwischen etwa 0,2 und 2 µm aufweist.
  7. Besamungsrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faser, aus welcher der mikroporöse Stopfen besteht, einen Dampfdruck von etwas 2·104 bis 3·104 Pa (0,2 bis 0,3 bar) aufweist.
  8. Besamungsrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen eine Länge zwischen etwa 2 und 5 mm aufweist.
  9. Besamungsrohr nach 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymermaterial aus Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HD-PE), Polyamiden, Nitrocellulose, Polyestern, Phenol/Formol-Harzen (PF-Harzen) und Perfluoralkoxyharzen (PFA) ausgewählt ist.
  10. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymermaterial Polyethylen hoher Dichte ist.
  11. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vollfaser durch ein kontinuierliches Extrusionsverfahren herstellbar ist.
  12. Besamungsrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vollfaser durch ein Phasentrennverfahren mittels thermischer Inversion herstellbar ist.
  13. Besamungsrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es entweder durch Herausnehmen des Stopfens oder durch Durchblasen durch den Stopfen entleerbar ist.
