Definitions
- the invention relates to a multi-component dosing system a variety of metering valves and a coupling device for a control valve.
- the control valves of the metering valves are either directly on the individual dosing valves or in a separate one Control cabinet housed.
- the direct attachment of the Control valves on associated metering valves is due to Space problems often not possible.
- the placement of the Control valves in a control cabinet is particularly useful for Plants required that meet the special requirements of the Subject to explosion protection.
- the control valves are in an explosion-protected area of the control cabinet arranged and each with a separate electrical Wiring and complex hoses with the respective metering valve connected. Multiple hoses become too summarized in a bundle, whereby the clarity in the dosing system is adversely affected.
- DE 37 09 554 A1 describes a device for continuous dosing and mixing of liquid mixtures known in different mixing containers, in which a separate dosing device for each liquid component with a dosing cylinder and two assigned, the Dosing cylinder switching control cylinders is provided.
- a separate dosing device for each liquid component with a dosing cylinder and two assigned, the Dosing cylinder switching control cylinders is provided.
- Such a metering device is due to its large size Space requirement only for use in dosing systems for manufacturing of liquid mixtures from a few components.
- the coupling device for the Control valve is only a single switching element for everyone Dosing valves required because during the mixing process Liquid mixture using the vehicle's coupling device the coupling piece belonging to the control valve one after the other moves the position of the coupling counterpart, which the assigned by the recipe program predetermined metering valve and there in the coupling position the control valve with the corresponding metering valve is connected so that Control valve the metering valve from the closed position to the Delivery position switches.
- the coupling piece from the actuator across the lane with the respective Coupling counterpart brought into cover.
- All metering valves are in the uncoupling position closed and in the various coupling positions of the Control valve is connected to each predetermined metering valve to be switched in the delivery position.
- the easily detachable connection between the control valve and the specified metering valve based on the invention Coupling device allows the number of control means in the dosing system to significantly reduce what is advantageous in a lower installation effort and affects lower costs.
- the guide for the vehicle of the coupling device is expediently a preferably horizontal rail that runs along the roadway has holes arranged in series. On the Long side of the rail facing the vehicle (coupling side) the coupling counterparts for the metering valves are arranged and on the opposite long side (connection side) of the Rails are connections for lines at the holes established.
- the coupling device are the coupling counterparts directly on the on the Dosing valves arranged on the coupling side of the rail fixed and with the end bodies of the metering valves coupled.
- the control valve preferably one Solenoid valve, which is the one to be opened Dosing valve from the closed position to the delivery position on.
- the movable anchor as a coupling counterpart firmly connected to the end body of the metering valve and whose coil is arranged on the coupling piece.
- the dosing valve is switched off by means of a solenoid valve the initial closed position in the delivery position switched by turning on the coil current, whereby the armature is pulled towards the coil and at the same time the Closing body releases the discharge opening of the metering valve. After switching off the coil current, the armature is replaced by a Return spring in the closed position of the metering valve brought back and held there so that the final body closes the dispensing opening.
- the anchor is advantageously on the coupling side as one Plate trained. To the metering valve from the It is to switch the closed position to the delivery position sufficient if the two coupling parts predominate The parts are congruent. This will Inaccuracies when positioning the vehicle when Coupling counterpart of the specified metering valve balanced.
- the coupling counterpart coupling side as one with a cavity in the coil in the Coupling cooperating pin formed so that in the coupling position of the coupling device armature and coil form a positive hole-pin connection.
- the compressed air lines of saved the rail to the metering valves It will only be a product line to each storage container is required because that Control valve and the metering valve both the same valve body to have. As a result, the installation effort is considerable lowered.
- the reduction in the number of lines laid contributes significantly to the clarity in the dosing system because the existing lines match the corresponding Dosing valves can be assigned directly.
- the coupling piece has several arranged side by side and / or one behind the other Through lines, each with a connection on the input side for a pressure line to a control valve.
- the Coupling position overlaps the coupling piece several or multiple rows of holes in the rail so that the Through lines in the coupling piece attach themselves to the holes Connect the coupling counterparts and one each continuous connecting line from the control valves to the Dosing valves are created.
- the doses different Liquid components are made without the Vehicle must be moved. This will make the Cycle times between the individual doses reduced.
- the manufacture of the coupling device is simple and The assembly of the is also inexpensive Make coupling device easily and safely. Farther becomes a simple, reliable control of the individual Dosing valves reached through a control valve.
- the main advantage of the invention is that all Dosing valves only by a control valve, preferably a Solenoid valve. Only if in the same Position of the coupling device on the guide several Dosing valves are controlled, the coupling piece assigned several control valves.
