Claims (4)
- Elektromagnetischer Aktuator zur Steuerung eines Gaswechsel-Hubventils einer Brennkraftmaschinewobei ein mit dem Hubventil (2) in Antriebsverbindung stehender Anker (5) zwischen hubbeabstandet angeordneten Elektromagneten (6, 7) gegen diametral wirkende Federn (8, 9), gesteuert oszillierend angeordnet ist, und wobeider in beiden Elektromagneten (6, 7) geführte Anker (5) mit einer topfartigen Endanschlag-Dämpfungseinrichtung (10) zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein zwischen Stirnflächen (11, 12) diametraler Spulenkerne (6', 7') der Elektromagnete (6, 7) mittels einer im Durchmesser im wesentlichen dem Schaft (4) des Hubventils (2) angepaßten Führungsstange (5') geführter Anker (5) einen schließseitig offenen Topf (13) und einen öffnungsseitig offenen Topf (14) umfaßt, undbeide an der gemeinsamen Ankerplatte (15) von relativ geringer Dicke angeordneten Töpfe (13, 14) mit jeweils in einer Hubrichtung vorspringenden Umfangswandung (16, 17) von relativ geringer Dicke in eine im jeweiligen Spulenkern (6', 7') entsprechend angepaßte Ausnehmung (18, 19) eintauchend angeordnet sind, wobeijeder eingetauchte Topf (13, 14) mit dem jeweiligen Spulenkern (6', 7') eine Dämpfungskammer (10', 10'') bildet. - Aktuator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Umfangswandungen (16, 17) jedes Anker-Topfes (13, 14) bzw. des Doppeltopf-Ankers (5) mit innerhalb von Spulen (20, 21) der Elektromagnete (6, 7) spulennah im jeweiligen Spulenkern (6', 7') angeordneten Ausnehmungen (18, 19) zusammenwirken und fernerdie hubabhängig in die entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (18, 19) der Spulenkerne (6', 7') eintauchenden Umfangswandungen (16, 17) der Anker-Töpfe (13, 14) mit den in den Spulenkernen (6', 7') zugeordneten Ausnehmungen (18, 19) jeweils erste Drosselstellen der Dämpfungskammern (10', 10'') bilden.
- Aktuator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangswandungen (16, 17) der Anker-Töpfe (13, 14) und/oder die gemeinsame Ankerplatte (15) jeweils Drosselöffnungen (22) als zweite Drosselstellen der Dämpfungskammern (10', 10'') aufweisen.
- Aktuator nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Doppeltopf-Anker (5) außenumfänglich auf Höhe der Ankerplatte (15) einen Ankerring (23) aufweist.
